The block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities only and do not necessarily correspond to physically separate entities. I.e. these functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor means and/or microcontroller means.

For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, and some operations/steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
The inventor of the present disclosure finds that the following difficulties exist in calculating the premium balance to be charged in the field of internet insurance services:
1. the amount of data resulting from the long time span is too large. Conceptually, payment will always appear in the list of chargeable premium balances as long as the policy does not confirm payment. For example: if a policy is left before 3 years, the settlement is missed, and the policy is always in the balance list of the premium to be collected, so that the self-healing cannot be realized. The data range of the policy spans 3 years and may involve hundreds of millions of policy data.
2. The amount of data scrolled per month is too large. The premium balance list should be settled monthly, with millions or even tens of millions of policy data per month. The data accumulates over a hundred million easily for several years, and the system is very slow to process.
3. Too many scenes of error occur. Any business system is unlikely to have zero errors, and data has an error condition. In internet insurance, the premium to be charged is divided into a number of subjects, i.e. a number of "categories", such as: premium-to-be-charged gateway 1, premium-to-be-charged gateway 2, premium-to-be-charged channel 1, premium-to-be-charged channel 2. In this case, once the channel number is recorded incorrectly or the payment method is recorded incorrectly, the premium paid by the user will not be reduced by one subject and the other subject is a negative number. The financial accounting voucher can not be modified, and must be processed by 'offset', and the balance list must be consistent with the financial bill at any time of offset, before offset and after offset, and the system design difficulty is very large.
4. Business scenarios are continually enriching and changing, making it difficult to find old lists of premium balances. The internet insurance is continuously developed from the form, the corresponding relation between the designed financial data and the business data needs to be continuously changed along with the corresponding relation, and the new corresponding relation is not suitable for the business scene before 3 years, so that the prior account balance list of the chargeable premium cannot be calculated.
The common calculation method of the balance list of the fees to be paid adds a plurality of judgments of states (the insurance list is added with the payment records), so that the method can cope with the above scenes and is difficult to adapt to the development of internet insurance. Sometimes the balance list and the actual account can be different by tens of millions of yuan or can not be generated at all. Causing great trouble to the normal operation of the company.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a policy data processing system in an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, the system includes: the insurance system 11 is used for acquiring policy data of a policy, wherein the policy data comprises a policy number, a policy acceptance and a policy acceptance state; a financial system 12 for obtaining payable data for the policy, wherein the payable data comprises: the insurance policy number, the account subject of the chargeable insurance fee, the amount of the chargeable insurance fee, the collection voucher number and the insurance acceptance voucher number, wherein the account subject of the chargeable insurance fee represents the payment mode of the chargeable insurance fee; a balance clearing platform 13, the balance clearing platform 13 comprising: the data lookup server 131 is configured to establish a mapping of balance data in a predetermined period according to policy data and premium data of the policy, generate a policy statement table, a manual accounting voucher table and a voucher detail table, adjust the accounting voucher table and voucher detail table, and an accounting voucher black name form table, and generate a premium debit list and a premium credit list to be charged in the predetermined period; a balance generating server 132, configured to generate an account list of the chargeable premium balance in the predetermined period according to the account list of the chargeable premium borrower and the account list of the chargeable premium credit; and a data storage server 133 for storing the list of chargeable premium balances in the predetermined period.

Fig. 2A is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a policy data processing method in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2A, the method includes the steps of:
step S101, acquiring policy data of a policy from an insurance system, wherein the policy data comprises a policy number, a policy acceptance and a policy acceptance state.
Step S102, acquiring chargeable premium data of the policy from a financial system, wherein the chargeable premium data comprises: the insurance policy number, the account subject of the insurance fee to be charged, the amount of the insurance fee to be charged, the collection voucher number and the insurance voucher number, wherein the account subject of the insurance fee to be charged represents the payment mode of the insurance fee to be charged.
Step S103, establishing a mapping of balance data in a preset period according to the policy data and the premium data of the policy, generating a policy clearing list, a manual accounting voucher list and a voucher detail list, adjusting the accounting voucher list and the voucher detail list, and an accounting voucher black name list, and generating a premium debit list and a premium credit list which are receivable in the preset period, wherein the premium debit list and the premium credit list which are receivable comprise voucher numbers, premium amounts, payment modes, service channels and time.
And step S104, generating an account of the chargeable premium balance in the preset period according to the account of the chargeable premium borrower and the account of the chargeable premium credit.
Step S105, storing the list of the chargeable premium balance in the preset period.
In the above embodiments, the predetermined period may be one or more weeks, one month, one quarter, several months, or one year.
Fig. 2B shows a schematic structural diagram of a policy data processing method in the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2B, the policy data processing method includes the following steps.
In step S201, policy data of a policy is acquired from an insurance system. Wherein the policy data includes: insurance policy number, insurance acceptance and insurance acceptance state.
Step S202, acquiring the chargeable premium data of the policy from the financial system. Wherein the premium data comprises: the payment system comprises a policy number, a premium subject, a premium amount, a collection voucher number and an insurance voucher number, wherein the premium subject represents a payment mode of the premium. The payment voucher number is the voucher issued when the finance is collected, and the underwriting voucher number is the voucher issued when the underwriter underwrits payment. The collection voucher number belongs to the lender data and the underwriting voucher number belongs to the borrower data.
Step S203, determining that the insurance policy is in a normal underwriting stage by comparing the insurance policy data of the insurance policy with the corresponding receivable insurance premium data, and dividing the receivable insurance premium data of the insurance policy into debit data and credit data.
In one embodiment, if the normal policy is contracted, the payable data is recorded as debit data in a debit policy list table that records the underwriting voucher number and payable data.
In one embodiment, the payable data is recorded as credit data in a credit policy statement that records the collection voucher number and the payable data if the collection is confirmed.
In one embodiment, if the collection voucher number or the underwriting voucher number in the receivable voucher data does not find the voucher number corresponding to the collection voucher number or the underwriting voucher number in the voucher data, the policy is determined to be in an abnormal underwriting state. I.e. the credential number is present in the financial system but the corresponding business data is not found. In this case, the voucher number corresponding to the policy number is deleted when the chargeable balance is calculated, and the data corresponding to the policy number can be initially removed at a certain time without further processing.
In one embodiment, after the policy is determined to be in the normal underwriting stage, the policy is analyzed to separate the receivable premium data of the policy into debit data and credit data, which is then processed further. The particulars of the policy are complex due to the particularities of the insurance service, so that the debit or credit data will be recorded in different inventory tables for different situations. As will be specifically analyzed below.
In one embodiment, if the establishment time of the collection voucher number in the receivable payment data is earlier than the underwriting start time of the policy, the receivable payment data is divided into credit data and recorded in the credit policy statement. This special case may occur, for example, if the last day of the month fails to be covered and the first day of the following month does not. Wherein the credit policy list records the underwriting voucher number, etc. A credential list may also be established for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the chargeable premium in the chargeable data is in the account status, the chargeable premium data is divided into credit data and recorded in the manual account voucher table of the credit. This occurs because long billed chargeable fees. The manual insurance certificate number, the manual certificate number and the like are recorded in the manual accounting voucher table of the lender, and the reason, such as 'manual adjustment', needs to be recorded. A credential list may also be established for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment method of the receivable premium in the receivable premium data is different from the payment method used by the underwriter to pay the underwriting money, thereby causing the occurrence of the wrong payable item, the receivable premium data corresponding to the wrong payable item is divided into credit data and recorded in the credit adjustment accounting voucher table, and the receivable premium data corresponding to the corresponding correct payable item is divided into debit data and recorded in the debit adjustment accounting voucher table. That is, the system generates the account subject of the insurance fee due to the error of the payment mode recorded by the system during insurance underwriting, and the like, and partial reimbursement is needed to be performed, so that the correct account subject is changed. A credential list may also be established for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment method of the accounts receivable data at the time of payment is different from the payment method of the underwriter for paying the underwriting money, thereby causing the occurrence of the wrong accounts receivable, the accounts receivable data corresponding to the wrong accounts receivable are divided into debit data and recorded in the debit adjustment accounting voucher table, and the accounts receivable data corresponding to the corresponding correct accounts receivable are divided into credit data and recorded in the credit adjustment accounting voucher table. That is, the system may generate the account subject of the insurance fee due to the error of the payment method recorded by the system during the payment confirmation, and the account subject needs to be partially reimbursed and changed to the correct account subject. A credential list may also be established for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment method recorded during the insurance underwriting of the chargeable premium in the chargeable premium data is missing, the chargeable premium data is divided into debit data and recorded in a debit adjustment accounting voucher table. Namely, the underwriting certificate part has serious errors, and the underwriting certificate part is regenerated by adopting a scheme of complete offset. A credential list may also be established for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment method recorded during payment of the receivable premium in the receivable premium data is missing, the receivable premium data is divided into debit data and recorded in the credit adjustment accounting voucher table. Namely, the part of the received voucher has serious errors, and a scheme of all canceling is adopted to regenerate and establish a voucher detail table for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment method of the receivable premium in the receivable premium data is the same as the payment method used by the underwriter to pay the underwriting, the receivable premium data is divided into debit data and recorded in the debit policy list table. The payment means may be one or more, i.e. one or more, premium subjects. The debit insurance policy list table records information such as insurance certificate numbers, insurance premium subjects and the like.
In one embodiment, if the payable of the payable data is collected in the same manner as the underwriter paid the underwriting, the payable data is divided into credit data and recorded in the credit invoice statement table. That is, the premium accounts are presented to the lender with one or more premium accounts. The credit policy statement form records information such as insurance certificate number, insurance policy subject to be charged and the like.
In one embodiment, if the underwriting status in the policy data of the policy is a refund, the chargeable premium data corresponding to the policy is divided into credit data and recorded in a credit policy statement. The credit policy statement also records the reimbursement voucher number.
The above situation is a high summary of various situations in the process of making a new contract and receiving money under internet insurance. The debit data corresponds to the debit insurance policy statement and the debit-adjusted accounting voucher, and the credit data corresponds to the credit insurance policy statement and the credit-adjusted accounting voucher and the manual accounting voucher. According to the design, necessary conditions can be created for the next balance list generation.
And step S204, generating a debit list according to the debit data, and generating a credit list according to the credit data.
In one embodiment, the debit insurance policy statement and the debit adjustment accounting voucher generate a debit statement. And recording the data in the debit insurance policy list table and the debit adjustment bookkeeping voucher table into the debit list, wherein the amount of the premium to be charged is a positive number. The content comprises the following steps: premium number, premium amount due, payment mode, service channel, billing time, etc.
In one embodiment, the credit statement, the credit adjustment statement, and the manual credit statement generate the credit statement. And recording the data in the credit policy statement, the credit adjustment accounting voucher table and the credit manual accounting voucher table in the credit list, wherein the amount of the premium to be paid is negative. The content comprises the following steps: premium number, premium amount due, payment mode, service channel, billing time, etc. The insurance policy number and the amount of the collected insurance premium are used for calculating the list, and the service channel, the payment mode and the accounting time are used for displaying the list and are necessary information for urging the fee.
Step S205, according to the debit list and the credit list, generating an account balance list of the payable, wherein the payable amount of the policy number in the debit list is compared with the payable amount of the credit list, and if the two payable amounts are equal, the payable data corresponding to the policy number is deleted from the debit list and the credit list.
In one embodiment, the data in the debit and credit lists are recorded in the payable balance list in a manner that distinguishes between the data in the debit and credit lists. In the list of the balance which should be charged, the corresponding information is recorded by a specific symbol. For example, BUSI _ NO represents a business number and BUSI _ TYPE records what business is. If the voucher corresponding business is a new contract, the voucher number is stored by BUSI _ NO, and the BUSI _ TYPE records 'POLICYNO'; if the voucher corresponds to a RENEWAL, then the unique number and "RENEWAL _ ID" are recorded separately for the payment of the RENEWAL. In summary, BUSI _ NO records a unique number, distinguished by BUSI _ TYPE. The benefit of this design is that any new service can be stored in the table, only a new BUSI _ TYPE need be designed to store its unique number. VOUCHER _ NO is the underwriting or collection VOUCHER number, and SUBJECT is the SUBJECT of the warranty in the VOUCHER. AMOUNT is the AMOUNT of the premium to be charged corresponding to the policy number. VOUCHER _ DATE is the billing DATE and is a very critical record. Because the balance is calculated, the "accounting date" is always the standard, namely the date of the certificate in the financial system. The charging date and the insurance date can not be used as the standard. The FLAG indicates the direction of the debit or credit due for the premium. SA represents the debit, i.e., "premium charged", and CR _ ERROR represents the credit, i.e., "premium charged reduced". SA and CR _ ERROR are used to distinguish between debit data and credit data. The foregoing may be indicated by other symbols, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, for the verification of a single billing voucher, since the first part implements the correspondence of the billing voucher to the invoice in each case, the invoice and the amount of occurrence of the voucher number must correspond specifically to each voucher number, e.g., underwriting voucher number Y00001, whereby the amount due 1122010000 ¥ 5000.00.00 dollars, Y0001, the invoice for the voucher number must be 5000 dollars, and if not, the voucher number is prompted.
In one embodiment, the amount of the payable in the debit list is compared to the amount of the payable in the credit list, and if the two amounts are equal, the payable data corresponding to the policy number is deleted from the debit and credit lists. That is, when the chargeable premium balance in the debit list is a positive number, the chargeable premium balance in the credit list is a negative number, and the two chargeable premium balances for the same policy number are added to 0, the chargeable premium data corresponding to the policy number is deleted from the debit list and the credit list. And finishing the calculation work of the premium balance after traversing all the policy data. At this time, the data retained in the chargeable balance list is the desired calculation result. And the premium of the corresponding premium number is urged to be collected according to the information in the premium balance list. Specifically, the data are stored in the balance list to be paid, and although the policy data are massive data in the internet insurance scene, the step is only calculated by using such a database table, for example, only data of one month are calculated, and the data amount can be calculated relatively quickly even if the data amount reaches thousands of data. The calculation method is to delete the data that the number of the policy in the table is the same and the sum of the amount of the premium to be charged is equal to zero, namely, the same item is subtracted, and the rest data in the table is the balance list of the premium to be charged in the month. The calculation method avoids the operation and judgment of various abnormal conditions so as to achieve the effect of quickly and accurately obtaining the premium balance list. After the data is generated, the data is checked with the accumulated balance calculated by the certificate in the previous step, if the data is completely consistent with the accumulated balance calculated by the certificate, the balance is generated without errors in the current period, and the next part of storage link can be entered; if the two are not consistent, an error is prompted and the two cannot be stored.
In one embodiment, the result table of the chargeable balance list is stored according to the calculation result. The stored contents are the subject of the insurance fee to be charged, the date of the balance, the insurance policy number, the amount of money, the payment mode, the service channel and the service occurrence time. The storage is characterized in that the storage is carried out according to the months, so that the list of each month is consistent with the account of the finance, and the historical list of each month can be used for calling and inquiring; if the data volume of the stock-entering historical list is large, the stock-entering historical list can be transferred to other tables for filing, and only the chargeable premium balance list of the latest month is reserved for generating the chargeable premium balance list of the next month. After the premium bill is generated, the default content is correct and can not be changed, and the corresponding program can be changed along with the change of the service without influencing the generated bill data. Therefore, the method for calculating the chargeable premium balance list applied in the embodiment has the advantages of rapidness, accuracy and stability so as to ensure that the calculation work of the chargeable premium balance list is smoothly completed.
The insurance policy data processing method in the above embodiment generates the debit list and the credit list based on the insurance policy data and the receivable insurance fee data in the predetermined period, and further obtains the receivable insurance fee list in the predetermined period.
In one embodiment, the data in the chargeable premium balance list of the previous month is merged into the chargeable premium balance list, and if the credit data of the chargeable premium balance list is the same as the policy number and the chargeable premium amount of the debit data, the chargeable premium data corresponding to the policy number is deleted from the chargeable premium balance list to obtain the chargeable premium balance list of a plurality of months. The premium balance list is taken out from the previous month, and the premium balance list is written into the current month for calculation. And a monthly accumulation mode is adopted, so that the appearance of bad account staying is reduced.
In one embodiment, the credit or debit policy statement, the credit or debit adjustment voucher statement, and the credit or debit manual voucher statement calculate the current monthly balance for each subject according to the subject to be paid. If the initial balance of the subject is stored, the first initial balance plus the current balance is the accumulated balance, and the later monthly initial balance plus the current balance is the monthly accumulated balance. The balance is calculated in a rolling superposition mode, so that the processing speed can be increased, and the processing accuracy is improved.
The insurance policy data processing method in the above embodiment generates the debit list and the credit list based on the insurance policy data and the premium receivable data, and further obtains the premium receivable list, and the accurate premium receivable balance can be obtained by the above technical method.
