Calendar management inside an enterprise is significant to one enterprise. Wherein, schedule management includes schedule creation and schedule reminding. Employees in an enterprise often need frequent calendar creation, and a calendar to be created may involve participation of multiple employees. For example, a schedule to be created is a conference schedule in which a plurality of employees participate together. How to create such schedules that require participation by multiple employees is a concern.
In this regard, the embodiment of the present application provides a schedule creating method, please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation environment of the method provided by the embodiment of the present application. The implementation environment may include: a terminal 11 and a server 12.
The terminal 11 is provided with an interactive client for interaction, and in the interactive client of the terminal 11, interactive objects can be divided into interactive groups. In any interaction group, the schedule can be created by using the method provided by the embodiment of the application. The server 12 may store scheduling information of each interactive object, and the server 12 may transmit the scheduling information to the terminal 11.
In one possible implementation, the terminal 11 may be a smart device such as a cell phone, tablet, personal computer, or the like. The server 12 may be a server, a server cluster comprising a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center. The terminal 11 establishes a communication connection with the server 12 through a wired or wireless network.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described terminal 11 and server 12 are only examples, and that other terminals or servers that may be present in the present application or in the future are applicable and within the scope of the present application and are incorporated herein by reference.
Based on the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides a schedule creating method, which is applied to a target terminal as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
in step 201, candidate times are displayed on the interactive page of the interactive group.
The interactive client of the target terminal can comprise one or more interactive groups, and each interactive group comprises a plurality of interactive objects. The different interaction groups may include the same interaction object or different interaction objects, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The embodiments of the present application are described with reference to any interaction group in an interaction client. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the interactive object corresponding to the target terminal is referred to as a target interactive object. The interactive object corresponding to the target terminal may refer to an interactive object that logs in to the interactive client at the target terminal. The target interactive object is an interactive object initiating a schedule creating process in the interactive group.
The interactive page of the interactive group refers to a page for interaction between interactive objects in the interactive group. Wherein, the interaction between the interaction objects may refer to sending text messages, sending icon messages, etc.
The candidate time is an alternative time, the number of the candidate times can be a plurality of candidate times, and each candidate time can be composed of three parts of date, time period and time point. For example, one candidate time may be 12 months 1 day (date) 10:00 am (time point).
In one possible implementation manner, the process of displaying the candidate time on the interaction page of the interaction group by the target terminal is as follows: the target terminal displays a time selection control on an interaction page of the interaction group; and responding to a trigger instruction of the time selection control, and displaying the candidate time on the interactive page.
In the interaction page of the interaction group, a plurality of functional controls can be displayed, and each functional control is used for realizing one interaction function. For example, the functionality control may refer to a picture sharing control that is used to implement a picture sharing function in an interactive group. The plurality of functional controls displayed on the interactive page comprise a time selection control, and the time selection control is used for realizing the function of selecting time.
The display mode of the time selection control is not limited in the embodiment of the application. For example, the time selection control may be displayed as shown in fig. 3 (1). In interactive page 300 of (1) in fig. 3, in addition to adding a watch icon on time selection control 301, the functionality of time selection control 301 is represented below it in the text "select time".
And when the trigger instruction of the target interactive object for the time selection control is detected, displaying candidate time on the interactive page. The method for displaying the candidate time on the interactive page is not limited in the embodiment of the application. Illustratively, each candidate time is displayed directly in the form of an option on the interactive page. After the candidate time is displayed based on the mode, the target interactive object can temporarily select any candidate time by directly triggering options corresponding to any candidate time. Illustratively, as shown in (2) in fig. 3, a date sub-option, a period sub-option, and a time point sub-option are displayed in the interactive page 300, respectively, and candidate times are displayed in the form of a combination of the date sub-option, the period sub-option, and the time point sub-option. After displaying the candidate times in this manner, the target interactive object may temporarily select any candidate time 302 by selecting any date sub-option, any time period sub-option, and any time point sub-option.
In one possible implementation, the manner in which the target interactive object selects any of the date sub-option, any of the time period sub-option, and any of the time point sub-option may be to slide any of the date sub-option, any of the time period sub-option, and any of the time point sub-option to the target area. The target area can be set empirically, or can be freely adjusted according to the actual application scene, which is not limited by the embodiment of the application. For example, as shown in (2) of fig. 3, when the target interactive object slides "12 months 1 day today", "afternoon", and "5:00" to the target area, respectively, the candidate time 302 indicating that the target interactive object is temporarily selected is "12 months 1 day, 5:00 pm".
For example, when any candidate time is temporarily selected by the target interactive object, the any candidate time may be displayed in the information input box of the interactive page. As shown in (2) in fig. 3, when the temporarily selected candidate time 302 is "12 months 1 day 5:00 pm today", the "5:00 pm today" is displayed in the information input box 303.
In one possible implementation, in addition to displaying the candidate time, the interactive page of the interactive group may also display a scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time. Wherein the scheduling result is used to guide the selection operation of the candidate time. It should be noted that the number of candidate times is plural, and each candidate time corresponds to one scheduling result. And when the target interactive object temporarily selects one candidate time, displaying a scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time on an interactive page of the interactive group.
The scheduling result corresponding to any candidate time is used for indicating the conflict situation of the time period corresponding to the any candidate time and the scheduling of the interactive object. The time period corresponding to any candidate time is a time period from a start time to an end time, wherein the start time is the any candidate time, and the end time is a time from the reference time interval of the any candidate time. The reference time interval may be set empirically, or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the reference time interval may be set to 1 hour. Assuming that any candidate time is 5:00 pm on 12 months 1 day, the time period corresponding to any candidate time is a time period from 5:00 pm on 12 months 1 day to 6:00 pm on 12 months 1 day.
As shown in (2) in fig. 3, assuming that any candidate time 302 is 5:00 pm on 12 months 1 day, the scheduling result 304 corresponding to the any candidate time may be "conflict with the scheduling of the interactive object 1 and the interactive object 2". From the scheduling result, it can be known that there are other schedules of the interactive object 1 and the interactive object 2 in the period of 5:00 pm on 12 months 1 day to 6:00 pm on 12 months 1 day.
In the process of continuously replacing the temporarily selected candidate time, the target interactive object can learn the time arrangement result corresponding to each candidate time, and then can determine the target time by comprehensively considering the time arrangement result corresponding to each candidate time.
Before the interactive page displays the scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time, the scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time needs to be acquired. In one possible implementation, the process of obtaining the scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time includes the following three steps:
step 1: index data of time schedule information of each interactive object in the interactive group is obtained.
The index data of the schedule information of each interactive object is used to indicate the storage location of the schedule information of the interactive object in the server. The number of the schedule information of the interactive object may be plural, and one schedule information includes, but is not limited to, one time information and one event information. For example, one scheduling information may be a 5:00 pm meeting at 12 months 1 day.
The server stores the corresponding relation between the identification information of the interactive object and the index data of the time schedule information. The identification information of the interactive object is used for uniquely identifying the interactive object, and the identification information of the interactive object may be a login account number of the interactive object, an identity document number of the interactive object, a name of the interactive object, a communication number of the interactive object, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In the server, the correspondence between the identification information of the interactive object and the index data may be stored in a table form, and the correspondence between the identification information of the interactive object and the index data may be stored in one or more tables.
In one possible implementation manner, the target terminal obtains the index data of the scheduling information of each interactive object in the interactive group by: the target terminal obtains index data of the time schedule information of each interactive object in the interactive group from the server by means of remote procedure call (Remote Procedure Call, RPC). The server is used for indexing data based on the scheduling information of each interactive object in the interactive group of the protocol Cheng Laqu.
After receiving the request of the target terminal to acquire the index data of the time schedule information of each interactive object in the interactive group, the server obtains the index data of the time schedule information of each interactive object in the interactive group from the storage bottom layer based on the protocol Cheng Laqu. According to the method, under the condition that only 1 RPC call is needed, index data of time-arrangement information of 500 persons can be pulled at the same time, the pulling speed is high, and the operation smoothness of the interactive client in the target terminal is improved.
Step 2: and acquiring the time schedule information of each interactive object based on the index data of the time schedule information of each interactive object.
Since the index data of the schedule information of the interactive object is used to indicate the storage location of the schedule information of the interactive object in the server, the schedule information of each interactive object can be acquired from the server based on the index data of the schedule information of each interactive object after the index data of the schedule information of each interactive object is acquired. The server is used for taking the time schedule information of each interactive object based on the protocol Cheng La.
In one possible implementation, since the amount of the scheduling information of each interactive object is large, the server may take the scheduling information of each interactive object based on the protocol Cheng La by: the server pulls the time schedule information of each interactive object in a cooperative journey concurrent mode based on the cooperative journey. This way, the pulling speed of the scheduling information can be increased several times.
Step 3: based on the scheduling information of each interactive object, a scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time is determined.
For any interactive object, the time schedule state of the interactive object in each time period can be determined according to the time schedule information of the interactive object. The scheduling state is a busy state or an idle state.
The scheduling state of each interactive object in each time period can be determined according to the scheduling information of each interactive object, and then the scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time can be determined according to the scheduling state of each interactive object in each time period. The scheduling result corresponding to the candidate time is used for indicating conflict situations of the time period corresponding to the candidate time and the scheduling of the interactive object.
In one possible implementation manner, after determining the time schedule state of each interactive object in each time period according to the time schedule information of each interactive object, the target terminal may store the time schedule state of each interactive object in each time period, so that the target interactive object can determine the target time by checking the time schedule state.
In the embodiment of the application, after the server stores the time schedule information and the index data of the time schedule information respectively, the server can quickly find the storage position of the time schedule information by using the index data. When the time schedule information is updated, the index data can be updated in an asynchronous updating mode after the time schedule information is updated, so that the time consumption for updating the index data is reduced.
In one possible implementation, a view entry may be displayed on the interactive page in addition to the candidate time. Responding to a trigger instruction of a view entry, and displaying a view page; the schedule status of each interactive object is displayed on the viewing page. The display form of the view portal is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and for example, the display form of the view portal 305 may be as shown in (2) of fig. 3.
The busy and idle states of each interactive object in each time period can be known according to the time schedule state of each interactive object. The manner in which the scheduling status of each interactive object is displayed on the viewing page may be: the time schedule state of each interactive object is displayed in the form of a table on the viewing page.
In displaying the time schedule state of each interactive object in the form of a table, the time schedule state of each interactive object may be displayed using one table; the scheduling status of each interactive object may also be displayed by using a plurality of tables, each table being used to indicate the scheduling status of each interactive object in one date, that is, each table corresponds to one date.
For the case that each table is used for indicating the time arrangement state of each interactive object in one date, when the trigger instruction of checking the entry is detected, the target terminal displays a target table on the check page, wherein the target table is a table corresponding to the date in the candidate time temporarily selected in the interactive page. And providing optional dates on the view page, and responding to a selection instruction of any other date, wherein the target terminal displays a table corresponding to the any other date on the view page.
For example, when the date in the candidate time temporarily selected in the interactive page is 12 months, 1 day, the target table displayed by the viewing page may be as shown in fig. 4. In the target table displayed in the view page 400 of fig. 4, a busy state period of each interactive object is displayed, and a busy state period is defaulted to an idle state period. As can be seen from fig. 4, on the day of 12 months 1, the interactive object 1 is busy in the period of 9:00 am to 9:30 am and 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, respectively, and is idle in other periods; the interactive object 2 is in a busy state in the time periods of 10:30-12:00 am, 4:30-6:00 pm and 8:00 pm-9:00 pm respectively, and is in an idle state in other time periods; the interactive object 3 is in a busy state in the time periods of 2:30-3:30 pm and 9:00 pm-12:00 pm respectively, and is in an idle state in other time periods; the interactive object 4 is in a busy state in the time periods of 2:30 pm-4:30 pm and 7:30 pm-8:30 pm respectively, and is in an idle state in other time periods; the interactive object 5 is in a busy state in the time periods of 11:30-12:30 pm, 2:30-5:30 pm and 9:00 pm-12:00 pm respectively, and in an idle state in other time periods.
Based on the above process, the target interactive object can learn the time arrangement state of each interactive object in each time period on the view page, and then the target time can be determined by comprehensively considering the time arrangement state of each interactive object in each time period.
In step 202, the candidate time selected by the confirmation is taken as the target time, and target interaction information corresponding to the target time is displayed, wherein the target interaction information comprises the target time and voting options.
After any candidate time is temporarily selected by the target interactive object, a confirmation control in the interactive page can be triggered. At this time, the target terminal responds to the trigger instruction of the confirmation control, and confirms the selected candidate time as the target time.
Before displaying the target interaction information corresponding to the target time, the target interaction information corresponding to the target time needs to be acquired. In one possible implementation manner, the process of acquiring the target interaction information corresponding to the target time is as follows: and displaying the target time in an information input box of the interactive page, and when the target interactive object inputs text information in the input box and triggers a sending control, acquiring target interactive information corresponding to the target time by the target terminal.
The target interaction information includes, but is not limited to, target time, voting options and text information. Wherein the voting options include a voting option for indicating that it is determined to create the target schedule corresponding to the target time and a voting option for indicating that it is not determined to create the target schedule corresponding to the target time.
After the target terminal obtains the target interaction information, the target interaction information can be displayed. In one possible implementation manner, the target terminal displays the target interaction information corresponding to the target time, which includes but is not limited to the following two ways:
mode one: and displaying target interaction information corresponding to the target time on the interaction page.
The method is that after the target interaction information is obtained, the target interaction information is directly displayed on an interaction page. For example, the manner of displaying the target interaction information on the interaction page may be as shown in fig. 5, where the target interaction information 306 displayed in fig. 5 includes a target time of "5:00 pm today," a requirement for discussing the next version in the meeting, and the time may be? "text information and" ok, not "voting options, wherein the" ok "voting option is used to indicate that the creation of the target schedule corresponding to the target time is determined, and the" not ok "voting option is used to indicate that the creation of the target schedule corresponding to the target time is not determined.
In one possible implementation, the target terminal sends the target interaction information to the server after obtaining the target interaction information. And the server sends the target interaction information to terminals of other interaction objects except the target interaction object in the interaction group. Therefore, the terminals of other interactive objects except the target interactive object can display the target interactive information on the interactive page of the interactive group.
Mode two: and responding to the trigger instruction of the voting link, and displaying target interaction information corresponding to the target time on a voting page corresponding to the voting link.
Before implementing this mode, the method further includes: generating a voting link based on target interaction information corresponding to the target time; and displaying the voting links on the interactive page.
The voting link is generated based on the target interaction information, and when a triggering instruction of the target interaction object on the voting link is detected, the target terminal displays a voting page corresponding to the voting link, and then the target interaction information is displayed on the voting page. The voting page corresponding to the voting link may be referred to as an interactive page, or may be referred to as a page other than the interactive page, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one possible implementation, the target terminal sends the voting link to the server after generating the voting link. And sending the voting link to terminals of other interactive objects except the target interactive object in the interactive group by the server. Therefore, the terminals of other interactive objects except the target interactive object can display the voting link on the interactive page of the interactive group. When the terminals of other interactive objects except the target interactive object detect the trigger instruction of the voting link, the target interactive information can be displayed on the voting page corresponding to the voting link.
The target interaction information is displayed either in the first mode or in the second mode. Before creating a target schedule corresponding to the target time, the target time in the target interaction information is in a triggerable state. The target time for the triggerable state may be displayed as shown at 307 in fig. 5.
In the embodiment of the application, the interactive information adopts a common text information type, and does not adopt a new information type, so that the interactive client of the old version can display the interactive information. The interactive information is provided with target time in the expansion information of the interactive information, and the interactive client of the target terminal can judge whether the interactive information is the interactive information or not by analyzing the expansion information, so that the interactive information can be displayed on the interactive client of the old version in a normal text information display mode.
In step 203, a target schedule corresponding to the target time is created based on the selection of the voting choices by the interactive objects in the interactive group.
Before creating a target schedule corresponding to a target time based on a selection result of the voting options by the interactive objects in the interactive group, the selection result of the voting options by the interactive objects in the interactive group needs to be acquired. In one possible implementation manner, the process of obtaining, by the target terminal, a selection result of the voting options by the interactive objects in the interactive group includes the following two steps:
step one: the target terminal obtains a selection result of the target interactive object on the voting options based on a selection instruction of the target interactive object on the voting options.
The target terminal can directly acquire the selection result of the voting options by the target interactive object.
Step two: the target terminal obtains the selection result of the voting options by other interactive objects except the target interactive object, which are sent by the server.
The target terminal cannot directly obtain the selection result of the voting options by other interactive objects except the target interactive object, and the selection result of the voting options by other interactive objects except the target interactive object can be obtained only based on the server.
In one possible implementation manner, after the target terminal obtains the target interaction information, the target interaction information may be sent to the server, and the server sends the target interaction information to the terminals of other interaction objects in the interaction group except for the target interaction object. The terminals of other interactive objects except the target interactive object can display the target interactive information, so that each interactive object can see the target interactive information and select voting options in the target interactive information.
In one possible implementation manner, the process of obtaining, by the target terminal, the selection result of the voting option by the other interactive objects except the target interactive object, which is sent by the server, is as follows: for any interactive object except a target interactive object in the interactive group, after the voting option is selected by the any interactive object, the terminal of the any interactive object acquires a selection result of the voting option by the any interactive object based on a selection instruction of the voting option by the any interactive object; then the terminal of any interactive object sends the selection result of the interactive object on the voting option to the server; and the server sends the selection result of the voting option by any interactive object to the target terminal. According to the process, the target terminal can obtain the selection result of the voting options, which is sent by the server, of other interactive objects except the target interactive object.
In one possible implementation, the manner in which the target terminal creates the target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the selection result of the voting options by the interactive objects in the interactive group includes, but is not limited to, the following four manners:
mode one: based on the selection result of the interaction objects in the interaction group on the voting options, voting information corresponding to the interaction objects is displayed on the interaction page, and the voting information is used for guiding triggering operation on target time; responding to a trigger instruction of the target time, displaying a schedule information confirmation page, wherein the schedule information confirmation page comprises schedule information corresponding to the target time; and creating a target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the schedule information in the schedule information confirmation page.
Before the interactive page displays the voting information corresponding to the interactive objects, the voting information corresponding to the interactive objects needs to be generated based on the selection result of the interactive objects in the interactive group on the voting options. In one possible implementation, based on a selection result of the voting options by the interactive objects in the interactive group, the manner of generating the voting information corresponding to the interactive objects is as follows: and extracting information to be filled in the voting information template from the selection result of the interactive object on the voting options, and filling the extracted information into the voting information template to obtain the voting information corresponding to the interactive object. The information to be filled in the voting information template includes, but is not limited to, identification information of the interactive object and voting options selected by the interactive object.
And after the voting information corresponding to the interactive object is obtained, displaying the voting information corresponding to the interactive object on the interactive page. For example, as shown in (1) of fig. 6, in the interactive page 300, voting information 308 of "interactive object 1 can be at the time", "interactive object 2 can be at the time", and "interactive object 5 cannot be at the time" is displayed.
It should be noted that, for the terminals of other interactive objects except the target interactive object, voting information corresponding to the interactive object may be obtained according to the above process, and then the voting information corresponding to the interactive object may be displayed on the interactive page. That is, any one interactive object in the interactive group can view voting information corresponding to the interactive object in the interactive page of the interactive group.
The target time in the target interaction information is in a triggerable state, and the voting information can guide the target interaction object to trigger the target time. When the target interactive object triggers the target time, the target terminal acquires a trigger instruction of the target time. And then the target terminal responds to the trigger instruction of the target time to display a schedule information confirmation page.
It should be noted that, for the case of displaying the target interaction information on the interaction page, since the target time is displayed in the interaction page, the target terminal obtains the trigger instruction of the target time in the interaction page. In the case of displaying the target interaction information on the voting page, the target terminal acquires a trigger instruction of the target time in the voting page because the target time is displayed in the voting page.
And displaying the schedule information corresponding to the target time, which needs to be confirmed by the target interactive object, on the schedule information confirmation page. Calendar information requiring confirmation of the target interactive object includes, but is not limited to, calendar theme, calendar time, and calendar participant. Wherein the schedule time is a time period corresponding to the target time. It should be noted that, in the schedule information confirmation page corresponding to the target time, the schedule time may not be changed, and the schedule theme and the schedule participant may be changed. In the schedule information confirmation page, all interactive objects can be defaulted as schedule participators, and target interactive objects can adaptively prune the default schedule participators according to voting information displayed in the interactive page, so that the phenomenon that the schedule participators cannot participate in target schedules on time is reduced.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the schedule information confirmation page may be shown in fig. 7, in which the schedule subject is a discussion meeting, the schedule time is 12 months 1 day 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and the default schedule participants are the interactive object 1, the interactive object 2, the interactive object 3, the interactive object 4, and the interactive object 5.
After the target interactive object finishes confirming the schedule information in the schedule information confirmation page, a confirmation control in the schedule information confirmation page can be triggered. And responding to the confirmation instruction in the schedule information confirmation page, and acquiring the schedule information in the target information confirmation page by the target terminal. Then, the schedule information in the page can be confirmed based on the schedule information, and a target schedule corresponding to the target time can be created.
Mode two: based on the selection result of the voting options by the interactive objects in the interactive group, taking the interactive objects in the interactive group for selecting the first voting option as the first interactive objects, and taking the interactive objects in the interactive group for selecting the second voting option as the second interactive objects; displaying identification information of a first interactive object at a position corresponding to a first voting option, and displaying identification information of a second interactive object at a position corresponding to a second voting option, wherein the identification information of the first interactive object and the identification information of the second interactive object are used for guiding triggering operation on target time; responding to a trigger instruction of the target time, displaying a schedule information confirmation page corresponding to the target time, wherein the schedule information confirmation page comprises schedule information corresponding to the target time; and creating a target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the schedule information in the schedule information confirmation page.
The identification information of the interactive object may refer to an avatar of the interactive object, a nickname of the interactive object in the interactive group, a name of the interactive object, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The first voting choice and the second voting choice are two voting choices for indicating different meanings. Illustratively, the first voting choice is a voting choice for indicating that it is determined to create a target schedule corresponding to the target time, and the second voting choice is a voting choice for indicating that it is not determined to create a target schedule corresponding to the target time.
After the first interactive object and the second interactive object are determined, the identification information of the first interactive object is displayed at the position corresponding to the first voting option, and the identification information of the second interactive object is displayed at the position corresponding to the second voting option.
It should be noted that, for the case of displaying the target interaction information on the interaction page, since the first voting option and the second voting option are displayed in the interaction page, the identification information of the first interaction object and the identification information of the second interaction object are also displayed in the interaction page. For example, as shown at 309 in (2) in fig. 6, the interactive object 1 and the interactive object 2 are displayed at positions corresponding to the voting item of "ok", and the interactive object 5 is displayed at positions corresponding to the voting item of "not ok".
In the case of displaying the target interactive information on the voting page, since the first voting option and the second voting option are displayed in the voting page, the identification information of the first interactive object and the identification information of the second interactive object are also displayed in the voting page.
It should be further noted that, for the terminal of the other interactive objects except the target interactive object, the identification information of the first interactive object may be displayed at the position corresponding to the first voting option and the identification information of the second interactive object may be displayed at the position corresponding to the second voting option according to the above-mentioned process. That is, any one interactive object in the interactive group can view the identification information of the first interactive object and the identification information of the second interactive object.
The target time in the target interaction information is in a triggerable state, and the identification information of the first interaction object and the identification information of the second interaction object can guide the target interaction object to trigger the target time. When the target interactive object triggers the target time, the target terminal acquires a trigger instruction of the target time. And then the target terminal responds to the trigger instruction of the target time to display a schedule information confirmation page.
In the schedule information confirmation page, the target interactive object can adaptively prune default schedule participators according to the identification information of the first interactive object and the identification information of the second interactive object, so that the phenomenon that the schedule participators cannot participate in the target schedule on time is reduced.
Mode three: displaying voting information corresponding to the interactive objects on the interactive page; displaying identification information of a first interactive object at a position corresponding to a first voting option, displaying identification information of a second interactive object at a position corresponding to a second voting option, wherein the voting information, the identification information of the first interactive object and the identification information of the second interactive object are used for guiding triggering operation on target time; responding to a trigger instruction of the target time, displaying a schedule information confirmation page, wherein the schedule information confirmation page comprises schedule information corresponding to the target time; and creating a target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the schedule information in the schedule information confirmation page.
For example, in the case where the target interactive information is displayed on the interactive page, as shown in (3) of fig. 6, in the interactive page 300, voting information 308 of "interactive object 1 can be at the time", "interactive object 2 can be at the time", and "interactive object 5 cannot be at the time" is displayed. Further, as shown at 309 in (3) in fig. 6, the interactive object 1 and the interactive object 2 are displayed at positions corresponding to the voting item of "ok", and the interactive object 5 is displayed at positions corresponding to the voting item of "not ok".
In the schedule information confirmation page, the target interactive object can adaptively delete default schedule participators according to voting information, identification information of the first interactive object and identification information of the second interactive object, so that the phenomenon that the schedule participators cannot participate in the target schedule on time is reduced.
In the process of creating the target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the first, second, or third modes, the target interactive object may determine whether to create the target schedule corresponding to the target time by analyzing the displayed information indicating the selection result. When the target interactive object decides not to create a target schedule corresponding to the target time, the target interactive object can reselect the target time in the displayed candidate time by triggering a time selection control; when the target interactive object decides to create a target schedule corresponding to the target time, the target time in the target interactive information can be triggered, the schedule information is confirmed on the schedule information confirming page, and then the target terminal creates the target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the schedule information. By the process, the phenomenon that schedule participators in the created schedules cannot participate in the target schedules on time can be reduced, and the creating effect of the schedules is improved.
Mode four: and in response to the selection result indicating that the number of interactive objects selecting the third voting choice is not lower than the number threshold, creating a target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the target interactive information.
Wherein the third voting choice is used for indicating that the creation of the target schedule corresponding to the target time is determined. The number threshold may be determined based on a total number of interactive objects in the interactive group and a proportional threshold. The proportional threshold may be set empirically, or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the scale threshold may be set to 80% and the number threshold is 4 assuming that the total number of interactive objects in the interactive group is 5.
When the selection result indicates that the number of interactive objects selecting the third voting choice is not less than the number threshold, the target terminal may automatically create a target schedule corresponding to the target time based on the target interactive information. The target terminal may store a structural frame of the schedule, and when the selection result indicates that the number of the interactive objects selecting the third voting option is not lower than the number threshold, the target terminal extracts information to be filled in the structural frame of the schedule from the target interactive information, and then fills the extracted information in the structural frame of the schedule, thereby creating the target schedule corresponding to the target time.
The information to be filled in the structural framework of the schedule may include a schedule theme, a schedule time, and schedule participants. The schedule theme can be extracted from text information in the target interaction information, the schedule time is a time period corresponding to the target time, and schedule participators can determine according to preset rules. The embodiment of the application does not limit the preset rule, for example, the preset rule can be that all interactive objects in the interactive group are used as schedule participators; for another example, the preset rule may also be that an interactive object that will select the third voting choice is a calendar participant.
In one possible implementation, after creating the target schedule corresponding to the target time, the target terminal sets the target time in the target interaction information to a non-triggerable state, so as to avoid creating a conflicting schedule. The target time for the non-triggerable state may be displayed as shown at 310 in fig. 8.
In one possible implementation, after the target schedule corresponding to the target time is created, the target schedule may also be displayed on the interactive page to inform the target interactive object that the target schedule corresponding to the target time has been successfully created. The manner of displaying the target schedule on the interaction page may be as shown in 311 in fig. 8, in which the schedule is labeled, the schedule theme of "discussion meeting", the schedule time of "12 months 1 day 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm" and the schedule participants of "interaction object 1, interaction object 2 … …" are displayed.
In one possible implementation, after the target schedule corresponding to the target time is created, the target schedule may also be recorded in a calendar or memo of the target interactive object, so as to remind the target interactive object between reaching the start time of the target schedule.
After the target terminal creates the target schedule, the target schedule is sent to the server, and the server sends the target schedule to the terminals of the participants in the target schedule, so that the terminals of the participants in the target schedule remind the participants in the target schedule between the starting time of the target schedule.
In the embodiment of the application, the target schedule corresponding to the target time is created by displaying the target interaction information corresponding to the target time and then based on the selection result of the voting options in the target interaction information by the interaction objects in the interaction group. The process of creating the target schedule is executed in the interaction group, so that the creation efficiency of the target schedule can be improved; in addition, the target schedule is created based on the selection result of the interaction object on the voting options, so that the phenomenon that participants of the target schedule cannot participate in the target schedule on time can be reduced, and the schedule creation effect is good.
