In this step, conference details of the current time are presented on the first conference card. And the terminal can generate the first conference card in different modes according to different modes for acquiring the conference detailed information.
In one possible implementation manner, under the condition that the detail information is acquired based on the conference sharing operation triggered by the sharing portal in the main interface of the current conference, the terminal may provide a blank card, and then display the acquired conference detail information on the blank card, so as to obtain the first conference card.
In this implementation, the background style of the blank conference card may be set and changed as needed, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, the terminal acquires a plurality of candidate background patterns, and when any one of the plurality of candidate background patterns is selected, the selected candidate background pattern is used as the background of the blank conference card, namely the background of the first conference card.
In another possible implementation manner, when meeting detail information of the current time is acquired in response to a meeting sharing operation triggered by the second meeting card, the terminal may acquire the second meeting card, and update the acquired current meeting detail information onto the second meeting card, so as to obtain the first meeting card.
In the implementation manner, the second conference card can be forwarded, and the conference detail information displayed on the second conference card is historical conference detail information instead of current conference detail information, so that when forwarding the second conference card, the current latest conference detail information can be updated to the second conference card, and therefore the current latest conference detail information is displayed on the conference card, a user corresponding to the first target account number of the first conference card can acquire the latest conference detail information, and accuracy of acquiring the conference detail information by the user is improved.
The background style of the second conference card may also be set and changed as required, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in addition to the meeting detail information, authority information for viewing the meeting detail information can be displayed on the first meeting card. The conference detail information comprises at least one of conference number, account information of a conference initiator, account information of a conference user, the number of receivable people of the conference, duration of the conference, a conference title, the current participant, a department to which the conference user belongs, positions of the conference user in the department to which the conference user belongs and the like, and the authority information comprises authority information of each type of information. In addition, a viewing portal of meeting detail information can be displayed on the first meeting card, and the viewing portal is used for viewing the meeting detail information. The view entry may be a conference detail button, and when the button is triggered, the conference detail information is displayed on the first conference card in a unfolding mode. Or the terminal directly displays the conference detail information on the first conference card. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, this is not particularly limited.
In one possible implementation, the terminal may highlight the meeting title on top of the first meeting card, provided that the meeting details information includes the meeting title. The highlighting may be at least one of bolded, enlarged, and a special color.
In one possible implementation, under the condition that the conference details include the conference duration, the terminal may directly display the conference duration on the first conference card, or may display the conference duration through a special color according to the size relationship between the conference duration and the preset time. For example, the terminal displays the conference duration through green under the condition that the conference duration is less than the preset time; and displaying the conference duration time through red color under the condition that the conference duration time is not less than the preset time.
In one possible implementation, the terminal may display a relationship between the current participant and the meeting accommodative number in the form of a progress bar on the condition that the meeting detail information includes the current participant and the meeting accommodative number. And, the current number of participants and the number of meeting accommodations are displayed above or below the progress bar. For example, the meeting can accommodate 200 people, the current participant is 10, the terminal displays a first progress bar of a first length corresponding to the meeting can accommodate the number of people through a first color, and displays a second progress bar of a second length corresponding to the current participant through a second color on the first progress bar of the first length. And 10/200 is displayed above the first progress bar and the second progress bar. Wherein the second length is 5% of the first length.
And when the number of the current participants is more and exceeds the preset proportion of the number of the meeting accommodable participants, the terminal can display a progress bar with a second length corresponding to the current participants through a third color. For example, the conference may accommodate 200 people, the preset ratio is 90%, when the current participant is 10, the terminal may display a first progress bar of 5 cm on the first conference card through white, when the current participant is 10, display a second progress bar of 0.25 cm on the first progress bar through green, and when the current participant is 180, display a second progress bar of 4.5 cm on the first progress bar through red.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the current participant and the meeting accommodative number are displayed through the progress bars with different lengths and different colors, so that the target user corresponding to the terminal can intuitively know the relationship between the current participant and the meeting accommodative number.
In addition, when the number of the current participants is more and exceeds the preset ratio of the number of the meeting accommodable participants, the terminal can pop up a prompt box, and prompt messages of the remaining participants are displayed on the prompt box and used for prompting target users corresponding to the current accounts. For example, the prompt message may be "20 remaining participants, please join the meeting as soon as possible".
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target user corresponding to the terminal can be prompted through the pop-up prompt message, and the user is reminded of joining the current conference as soon as possible under the condition that no user joins the current conference.
In one possible implementation, the terminal may highlight the account of the participating user on the condition that the conference details information includes account information of the participating user and that a hierarchical relationship exists between the account of the participating user and the current account. For example, the terminal may display the account number of the participating user in a thickened manner, or display the account number of the participating user in an enlarged manner, or display the account number of the participating user in a special color, under the condition that there is a superior lead of the target user among the participating users.
In one possible implementation, a file link to a file associated with the current meeting may also be displayed on the first meeting card. The process may be: if the current conference is in progress and the terminal receives conference sharing operation, acquiring a file associated with the current conference; generating a file link corresponding to the file; the file link is added to the first meeting card.
In this implementation, the associated file may include a document, form, or group announcement sent by the participating user or meeting initiator during the meeting. The terminal displays a file link on the first meeting card, and a user corresponding to the subsequent first target account can acquire the file sent in the meeting process by triggering the file link, so that the target user is prevented from missing important files.
The terminal can jump to a file display interface when the file link is triggered, wherein the display interface comprises a downloading inlet. And the terminal responds to the downloading operation triggered based on the downloading port to download the file corresponding to the file link.
In step S303, the terminal determines the shared first target account.
In this step, after receiving the conference sharing operation, the terminal may display a sharing interface, where the sharing interface may include multiple target accounts that are displayed separately, or may include multiple groups. Each group comprises a plurality of target accounts, the terminal can determine the selected target group from the plurality of groups, determine the selected target account from the target group, and take the target account as the shared first target account. The terminal can also determine the selected target account from a plurality of target accounts which are displayed independently, and the selected target account is used as the shared first target account.
The target group may be a group of a certain item group inside the company, for example, a financial group, an administrative group, or a personnel group. The target group may also be a college group, for example, a senior high school college group or a junior middle school group. The first target account being shared may be one account or multiple accounts.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the first target accounts are multiple, the method can realize that multiple users are invited to access the current conference at the same time, can avoid multiple operations, and improves the conference invitation efficiency.
In step S304, the terminal sends a sharing request, where the sharing request is used to request sharing the first meeting card to the first target account.
The first meeting card is used for acquiring meeting detail information through the first meeting card before the first target account is accessed to the current meeting.
In one possible implementation manner, the step may be implemented by the following steps (1) to (2), including:
(1) The terminal sends a sharing request to the server, wherein the sharing request carries a first meeting card and a first target account number and is used for requesting the server to share the first meeting card to the first target account number.
(2) And the server receives the sharing request and shares the first meeting card to the first target account.
In some embodiments, all of the conference details are directly displayed on the first conference card, and the server shares the first conference card to the first target account, so that the first target account can obtain all of the conference details.
In some embodiments, conference detail information is not directly displayed on the first conference card, a viewing entry of the conference detail information is displayed on the first conference card, and after the server shares the first conference card to the first target account, the terminal of the first target account displays the conference detail information on the first conference card when detecting that the viewing entry is triggered.
In some embodiments, the server may display meeting detail information corresponding to the permission level on the first meeting card based on the permission level of the first target account, and then share the first meeting card to the first target account. The process may be: the server determines the authority level of the first target account, displays part or all of conference detail information corresponding to the authority level on the first conference card according to the authority level, conceals the other part of conference detail information except the authority level, and then sends the first conference card to the first target account. After the first target account receives the first conference card, part or all of conference detail information corresponding to the authority level of the first target account is acquired.
In some embodiments, when the terminal generates the first meeting card, authority information for viewing the meeting detail information and a viewing entrance are displayed on the first meeting card; in this step, the server determines the authority level of the first target account, and determines whether the first target account has the authority to view the conference detail information based on the authority information and the authority level of the first target account; if the first target account number does not have the authority to view the conference detail information, the server sets the viewing entrance on the first conference card to be in a non-triggerable state. If the first target account number has the authority to view the conference detail information, the server sets the viewing entrance on the first conference card to a triggerable state, and when the terminal corresponding to the first target account number detects that the viewing entrance is triggered, the conference detail information on the first conference card is displayed.
The server may obtain the position of the first target account in the department to which the first target account belongs, and determine the authority level corresponding to the first target account based on the pre-established correspondence between the position and the authority level.
It should be noted that different positions correspond to different authority levels, and the higher the position is, the higher the corresponding authority level is. And the higher the authority level, the more conference details are acquired. For example, for the sales department, the authority level of the department's manager is greater than the authority level of the department's group leader, which is greater than the authority level of the staff. That is, the content of the conference details information displayed on the first conference card acquired by the manager of the department is greater than the content of the conference details information displayed on the first conference card acquired by the group leader of the department, and the content of the conference details information displayed on the first conference card acquired by the group leader of the department is greater than the content of the conference details information displayed on the first conference card acquired by the staff of the department.
In some embodiments, the terminal may also first determine a permission level of the first target account, and generate the first meeting card based on the permission level. The process may be: the terminal responds to the conference sharing operation of the current conference in progress, firstly determines a shared first target account, then determines the authority level of the first target account, acquires part or all of conference detail information of the current conference at the current time corresponding to the authority level, generates a first conference card based on the acquired conference detail information, and sends a sharing request, wherein the sharing request is used for requesting the first conference card to be shared to the first target account.
The process of determining the authority level of the first target account by the terminal is as follows: and the terminal sends a right acquisition request to the server, wherein the right acquisition request is used for requesting to acquire the right grade of the first target account. The server acquires the authority level based on the authority acquisition request, transmits the acquired authority level to the terminal, and the terminal receives the authority level transmitted by the server.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the user corresponding to the first target account can acquire the conference detail information through the first conference card before accessing the current conference, so that the information acquisition efficiency is improved. And after the first target account number acquires the conference detail information, the current conference can be selectively accessed or not accessed according to the conference detail information, so that the autonomous selectivity of accessing the current conference by the user is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, when the terminal corresponding to the first target account receives the first meeting card, the first meeting card can be popped up on the current display interface no matter whether the terminal logs in the target application program or not and whether the terminal runs other application programs or not currently. The display interface may be any interface, for example, the display interface may be a desktop, a login interface for a target application, a chat interface, a game interface, or a video interface. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, this is not particularly limited.
In one possible implementation manner, after the terminal shares the first conference card to the first target account through the server, when the conference detail information is updated, the terminal may also send the updated conference detail information to the terminal corresponding to the first target account. The process may be: if the current conference is in progress and the conference detail information is updated, the terminal acquires the updated conference detail information; and sending updated meeting detail information, wherein the updated meeting detail information is used for updating the information on the first meeting card received by the first target account.
In the implementation mode, the terminal can update the conference detail information under the condition that the current participant number changes; or the terminal can also update the conference detail information periodically; or when receiving the conference sharing operation, the terminal updates the conference detail information. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the timing at which the terminal updates the conference details is not particularly limited. The current participant number changes when the target account number is accessed to the current conference, and also changes when the target account number is exited from the current conference. And, the target account may be any target account, or may be an account having a hierarchical relationship with the current account. In addition, in the condition that the terminal periodically updates the conference details, the period may be set and changed as needed, and for example, the period may be 5 minutes or 10 minutes.
In the implementation manner, when the conference detail information is updated, the terminal sends the updated conference detail information to the first target account, so that the updated conference detail information is displayed on the first conference card, a user corresponding to the first target account can acquire the latest conference detail information, and the accuracy of acquiring the conference detail information by the user is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, an access conference entrance may also be displayed on the first conference card, and the terminal corresponding to the first target account may access the current conference through the access conference entrance. The process may be: the terminal acquires an invitation link of a current meeting; an access conference portal is presented on the first conference card, the access conference portal being associated with the invitation link and the access conference portal being for the first target account to access the current conference through the invitation link.
In the implementation manner, the access conference entrance is displayed on the first conference card, the first target account can be quickly accessed to the current conference through the access conference entrance after the conference detail information is acquired, the current interface is not required to be exited, and then the current conference is accessed through the login target application program, so that the efficiency of accessing the current conference by the user is improved.
In step S305, the terminal displays a conference end interface after the current conference is ended.
In this step, the conference end interface includes a re-access conference portal, which may be a re-launch button. For example, referring to fig. 5, the interface shown in fig. 5 is a conference end interface, which includes a reinitiation button, and the terminal may reinitiate the conference when detecting that the button is triggered.
In this step, the terminal may display the conference end interface when receiving a conference end operation triggered based on an end entry in the main interface of the current conference. And when the terminal receives the conference ending operation, the terminal also updates the conference detail information. The process may be: and the terminal updates the conference detail information under the condition of receiving the conference ending operation, and sends the updated conference detail information to the first target account. Therefore, the terminal corresponding to the first target account can update the information on the first meeting card received by the terminal.
In one possible implementation manner, after the current conference is finished, the time from the end of the current conference can be displayed on the first conference card, a re-access conference entrance can also be displayed, and the current conference is initiated again based on a plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference under the condition that the access conference operation triggered by the re-access conference entrance is received.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, for the terminal corresponding to the first target account, the terminal may store the first conference card. Wherein, when the terminal receives the first meeting card in the chat interface, the first meeting card can be stored in the chat message or file. When the terminal receives the first meeting card at other interfaces, the first meeting card can be stored in a preset folder. And the re-access conference entrance on the first conference card can be kept in a triggerable state all the time, or can be kept in a triggerable state in a preset period, and is in a non-triggerable state after the preset period is exceeded.
The preset period may be set and changed as needed, for example, the preset period may be 1 day or 2 days.
It should be noted that, after the terminal has performed step S305, the terminal may end the operation, and when receiving the access conference operation, step S306 may be performed.
In step S306, the terminal initiates the current conference again based on the plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference in response to the access conference operation triggered based on the re-access conference portal.
In this step, under the condition that the meeting initiator or any user of the meeting has a requirement of re-meeting, for example, the meeting initiator or any user of the meeting finds that important content is missing, and when the important content is not proposed on the current meeting, the meeting can be re-initiated by triggering the re-access meeting entry key, so that the users just participating in the current meeting are re-invited in, the meeting is quickly initiated, the users are not required to be invited to access the meeting one by one, and the efficiency of re-initiating the meeting is improved. With continued reference to fig. 5, when the reinitiation button in fig. 5 is triggered, the terminal may reinitiate the conference.
In one possible implementation, for a first target account number that receives a first conference card, the conference may be reinitiated by re-accessing a conference entry one key on the first conference card stored by its corresponding terminal. Under the condition that the terminal stores the first meeting card in the chat message or the file, the user corresponding to the first target account can search the first meeting card from the chat message or the file, and then the meeting is restarted. Under the condition that the terminal stores the first meeting card in a preset folder, a user corresponding to the first target account can search the first meeting card from the preset folder, and then the meeting is restarted.
It should be noted that, the conference ending interface may also display information such as the number of participants, account information of the participants, a conference title, a conference number, a conference duration, and a current time from the conference ending. After the conference is restarted, the terminal redisplays the main interface of the conference, and the sharing entrance and the second conference card can also be displayed on the main interface of the conference, so that the conference initiator or any user participating in the conference can continuously invite the user to access the conference through the sharing entrance or the second conference card.
After the conference is restarted, the conference number of the conference can be regenerated, and when the user is invited to access the conference through the sharing entrance or the second conference card, the updated conference number is displayed on the first conference card.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal may be a terminal corresponding to a conference initiator, or may be a terminal corresponding to a participating user. Under the condition that the terminal is the terminal corresponding to the conference initiator, the conference initiator can invite a plurality of second target accounts to access the current conference through the conference card. The process may be: the terminal responds to the received operation of creating the conference, creates the current conference and acquires conference detail information of the current conference before starting; generating a third conference card based on conference detail information of the current conference before the start, and displaying the conference detail information of the current conference before the start on the third conference card; determining a plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference; and sending the third conference card to the plurality of second target accounts.
In this implementation, the meeting details information of the current meeting before the beginning may include a meeting start time, a distance meeting start time, account information of the meeting initiator, and the like. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, conference details information of a current conference before the start is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal invites the participants in the conference card, and the conference card displays the conference detail information of the current conference before the start, so that after the second target account obtains the conference detail information, the current conference can be accessed in time according to the conference detail information, the user is prevented from missing the current conference, and the timeliness of accessing the current conference by the user is improved. For example, under the condition that the conference details information includes a distance from the conference start time, the user corresponding to the second target account number can access the current conference in time when the conference start time is reached, so that the current conference is prevented from being missed.
In one possible implementation, for a plurality of second target accounts that have been accessed to the current conference, the terminal may also send updated conference details information to the plurality of second target accounts. The process may be: if the current conference is in progress and the conference detail information is updated, the terminal acquires the updated conference detail information; and sending updated meeting detail information, wherein the updated meeting detail information is used for updating information on a third meeting card received by the plurality of second target accounts.
In the implementation manner, the terminal can update the conference details in the conference process to the third conference card when the conference is started, so that updated conference details information is displayed on the third conference card, and a user corresponding to the second target account can acquire the latest conference details information through the third conference card in the conference process, thereby improving the information acquisition efficiency.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal can invite the user to access the current conference in the form of the conference card before the current conference starts, during the current conference and after the current conference ends, and the conference detail information is displayed on the conference card, so that the user can acquire the conference detail information before the current conference starts, during the current conference and after the current conference ends, and the information acquisition breadth is improved.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information acquisition method, for a current conference in progress, a conference card is shared with a shared first target account in response to conference sharing operation of the current conference, and conference detail information of the current time is displayed on the conference card, so that the latest conference detail information can be acquired through the conference card before the first target account is accessed to the current conference, and information acquisition efficiency is improved.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an information acquisition apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
a first obtaining unit 601 configured to perform a conference sharing operation in response to a current conference in progress, to obtain conference details information of the current conference at a current time;
A first generating unit 602 configured to execute generating a first meeting card based on the meeting detail information, the meeting detail information being presented on the first meeting card;
a first determining unit 603 configured to perform determination of the shared first target account;
the first sending unit 604 is configured to perform sending a sharing request, where the sharing request is used to request to share the first meeting card to the first target account, and the first meeting card is used to obtain meeting details information through the first meeting card before the first target account accesses the current meeting.
In a possible implementation manner, the first obtaining unit 601 is configured to execute a main interface for displaying an ongoing current conference, where the main interface includes a sharing portal; and responding to conference sharing operation triggered based on the sharing entrance, and acquiring conference detail information of the current conference at the current time.
In another possible implementation manner, the first obtaining unit 601 is configured to execute a main interface displaying the current conference in progress, where a second conference card is displayed on the main interface, and conference detail information of the current conference in a history time is displayed on the second conference card; and responding to conference sharing operation triggered on the basis of the second conference card, and acquiring conference detail information of the current conference at the current time.
In another possible implementation, the first generating unit 602 is configured to perform acquiring the second conference card; and updating the conference detail information to the second conference card to obtain the first conference card.
In another possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
a second acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of updated conference details information if the target conference is in progress and the conference details information is updated;
and the second sending unit is configured to send updated meeting detail information, wherein the updated meeting detail information is used for updating the information on the first meeting card received by the first target account.
In another possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
the first display unit is configured to display a conference ending interface after the current conference ends, wherein the conference ending interface comprises a re-access conference entrance;

a creation unit configured to execute creating a current conference in response to receiving a conference creation operation, and acquire conference detail information of the current conference before starting;
a third generation unit configured to execute generation of a third conference card on which conference details information of the current conference before the start is displayed, based on conference details information of the current conference before the start;
A second determining unit configured to perform determination of a plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference;
and a third transmitting unit configured to perform transmission of a third conference card to the plurality of second target accounts.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information acquisition device, for a current conference in progress, a conference card is shared with a shared first target account in response to conference sharing operation of the current conference, and conference detail information of the current time is displayed on the conference card, so that the latest conference detail information can be acquired through the conference card before the first target account is accessed to the current conference, and information acquisition efficiency is improved.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a terminal 700, according to an example embodiment. In some embodiments, the terminal 700 may be: smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers or desktop computers, etc. Terminal 700 may also be referred to by other names of user devices, portable terminals, laptop terminals, desktop terminals, etc.
In general, the terminal 700 includes: a processor 701 and a memory 702.
In some embodiments, processor 701 includes one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, or the like. In some embodiments, the processor 701 is implemented in hardware in at least one of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing ), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array), PLA (Programmable Logic Array ). In some embodiments, the processor 701 also includes a main processor and a coprocessor, the main processor being a processor for processing data in an awake state, also referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit ); a coprocessor is a low-power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 701 is integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit, image processor) for taking care of rendering and drawing of the content that the display screen is required to display. In some embodiments, the processor 701 further includes an AI (Artificial Intelligence ) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
In some embodiments, memory 702 includes one or more computer-readable storage media, which are non-transitory. In some embodiments, memory 702 also includes high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 702 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 701 to implement the information retrieval method provided by the method embodiments in the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, the terminal 700 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 703 and at least one peripheral. In some embodiments, the processor 701, the memory 702, and the peripheral interface 703 are connected by a bus or signal lines. In some embodiments, the individual peripheral devices are connected to the peripheral device interface 703 via buses, signal lines, or circuit boards. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of radio frequency circuitry 704, a display 705, a camera assembly 706, audio circuitry 707, a positioning assembly 708, and a power supply 709.
A peripheral interface 703 may be used to connect I/O (Input/Output) related at least one peripheral device to the processor 701 and memory 702. In some embodiments, the processor 701, memory 702, and peripheral interface 703 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or both of the processor 701, the memory 702, and the peripheral interface 703 are implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 704 is configured to receive and transmit RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also referred to as electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 704 communicates with a communication network and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 704 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal for transmission, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuit 704 includes: antenna systems, RF transceivers, one or more amplifiers, tuners, oscillators, digital signal processors, codec chipsets, subscriber identity module cards, and so forth. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuitry 704 communicates with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocol includes, but is not limited to: the world wide web, metropolitan area networks, intranets, generation mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity ) networks. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuitry 704 further includes NFC (Near Field Communication ) related circuitry, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The display screen 705 is used to display a UI (User Interface). In some embodiments, the UI includes graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display 705 is a touch display, the display 705 also has the ability to collect touch signals at or above the surface of the display 705. In some embodiments, the touch signal is input as a control signal to the processor 701 for processing. At this time, the display screen 705 is also used to provide virtual buttons and/or virtual keyboards, also called soft buttons and/or soft keyboards. In some embodiments, the display 705 is one and is disposed on the front panel of the terminal 700; in other embodiments, the display 705 is at least two, respectively disposed on different surfaces of the terminal 700 or in a folded design; in other embodiments, the display 705 is a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of the terminal 700. Even more, the display 705 is also arranged in a non-rectangular irregular pattern, i.e. a shaped screen. In some embodiments, the display 705 is made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display ), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or other materials.
The camera assembly 706 is used to capture images or video. In some embodiments, camera assembly 706 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Typically, the front camera is disposed on the front panel of the terminal and the rear camera is disposed on the rear surface of the terminal. In some embodiments, the at least two rear cameras are any one of a main camera, a depth camera, a wide-angle camera and a tele camera, so as to realize that the main camera and the depth camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize a panoramic shooting and Virtual Reality (VR) shooting function or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 706 also includes a flash. In some embodiments, the flash is a single color temperature flash, and in some embodiments, the flash is a dual color temperature flash. The dual-color temperature flash lamp refers to a combination of a warm light flash lamp and a cold light flash lamp, and is used for light compensation under different color temperatures.
In some embodiments, audio circuit 707 includes a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of users and environments, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 701 for processing, or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 704 for voice communication. For purposes of stereo acquisition or noise reduction, in some embodiments, the microphones are provided in a plurality of different locations of the terminal 700. In some embodiments, the microphone is an array microphone or an omni-directional pickup microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 701 or the radio frequency circuit 704 into sound waves. In some embodiments, the speaker is a conventional thin film speaker, and in some embodiments, the speaker is a piezoceramic speaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, not only an electric signal but also an acoustic wave audible to humans can be converted into an acoustic wave inaudible to humans for ranging and other purposes. In some embodiments, audio circuit 707 further includes a headphone jack.
The location component 708 is operative to locate the current geographic location of the terminal 700 for navigation or LBS (Location Based Service, location-based services). In some embodiments, the positioning component 707 is a positioning component based on the United states GPS (Global Positioning System ), the Beidou system of China, or the Galileo system of Russia.
A power supply 709 is used to power the various components in the terminal 700. In some embodiments, power supply 709 is an alternating current, a direct current, a disposable battery, or a rechargeable battery. When the power supply 709 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery is a wired rechargeable battery or a wireless rechargeable battery. The wired rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wired line, and the wireless rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wireless coil. The rechargeable battery is also used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, the terminal 700 further includes one or more sensors 710. The one or more sensors 710 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 711, gyroscope sensor 712, pressure sensor 713, fingerprint sensor 714, optical sensor 715, and proximity sensor 716.
In some embodiments, the acceleration sensor 711 detects the magnitudes of accelerations on three coordinate axes of the coordinate system established with the terminal 700. For example, the acceleration sensor 711 is configured to detect components of gravitational acceleration on three coordinate axes. In some embodiments, the processor 701 controls the display screen 705 to display a user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view based on the gravitational acceleration signal acquired by the acceleration sensor 711. In some embodiments, the acceleration sensor 711 is also used for the acquisition of motion data of a game or user.
In some embodiments, the gyro sensor 712 detects the body direction and the rotation angle of the terminal 700, and the gyro sensor 712 and the acceleration sensor 711 cooperate to collect the 3D motion of the user on the terminal 700. The processor 701 can realize the following functions according to the data collected by the gyro sensor 712: motion sensing (e.g., changing UI according to a tilting operation by a user), image stabilization at shooting, game control, and inertial navigation.
In some embodiments, the pressure sensor 713 is disposed on a side bezel of the terminal 700 and/or on an underlying layer of the display screen 705. When the pressure sensor 713 is disposed at a side frame of the terminal 700, a grip signal of the user to the terminal 700 can be detected, and the processor 701 performs left-right hand recognition or quick operation according to the grip signal collected by the pressure sensor 713. When the pressure sensor 713 is disposed at the lower layer of the display screen 705, the processor 701 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the display screen 705. The operability controls include at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control, and a menu control.
The fingerprint sensor 714 is used to collect a fingerprint of the user, and the processor 701 identifies the identity of the user according to the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint sensor 714, or the fingerprint sensor 714 identifies the identity of the user according to the collected fingerprint. Upon recognizing that the user's identity is a trusted identity, the processor 701 authorizes the user to perform relevant sensitive operations including unlocking the screen, viewing encrypted information, downloading software, paying for and changing settings, etc. In some embodiments, the fingerprint sensor 714 is disposed on the front, back, or side of the terminal 700. When a physical key or vendor Logo is provided on the terminal 700, the fingerprint sensor 714 is integrated with the physical key or vendor Logo.
The optical sensor 715 is used to collect the ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, the processor 701 controls the display brightness of the display screen 705 based on the intensity of ambient light collected by the optical sensor 715. Specifically, when the intensity of the ambient light is high, the display brightness of the display screen 705 is turned up; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the display screen 705 is turned down. In another embodiment, the processor 701 also dynamically adjusts the shooting parameters of the camera assembly 706 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 715.
A proximity sensor 716, also referred to as a distance sensor, is typically provided on the front panel of the terminal 700. The proximity sensor 716 is used to collect the distance between the user and the front of the terminal 700. In one embodiment, when the proximity sensor 716 detects that the distance between the user and the front face of the terminal 700 gradually decreases, the processor 701 controls the display 705 to switch from the bright screen state to the off screen state; when the proximity sensor 716 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 700 gradually increases, the processor 701 controls the display screen 705 to switch from the off-screen state to the on-screen state.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structure shown in fig. 7 is not limiting of the terminal 700 and can include more or fewer components than shown, or certain components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be employed.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor of a terminal, causes the terminal to perform the information acquisition method in the above-described embodiment.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises a computer program/instruction which, when executed by a processor, implements the information acquisition method in the above-described embodiments.

Claims (20)
1. An information acquisition method, the method comprising:
responding to the conference sharing operation of the current conference in progress, and acquiring conference detail information of the current conference at the current time;
generating a first meeting card based on the meeting detail information, wherein the meeting detail information is displayed on the first meeting card;
determining a shared first target account;
a sharing request is sent, the sharing request is used for requesting to share the first meeting card to the first target account, the first meeting card is used for acquiring meeting detail information through the first meeting card before the first target account is accessed to the current meeting, the meeting detail information comprises account information corresponding to accounts with a hierarchical relationship with the first target account in account information of a participant, and the hierarchical relationship comprises a hierarchical relationship among departments;
after the current conference is finished, displaying a conference finishing interface, wherein the conference finishing interface comprises a conference access again;
and responding to the access conference operation triggered based on the re-access conference entrance, and re-initiating the current conference based on a plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring meeting details information of the current meeting at the current time in response to a meeting sharing operation of the current meeting in progress includes:
displaying a main interface of the current conference in progress, wherein the main interface comprises a sharing inlet;
and responding to the conference sharing operation triggered by the sharing entrance, and acquiring the conference detail information of the current conference at the current time.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring meeting details information of the current meeting at the current time in response to a meeting sharing operation of the current meeting in progress includes:
displaying a main interface of the current conference in the process of the current conference, wherein a second conference card is displayed on the main interface, and conference detail information of the current conference in historical time is displayed on the second conference card;
and responding to the conference sharing operation triggered based on the second conference card, and acquiring conference detail information of the current conference at the current time.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the generating a first meeting card based on the meeting details information comprises:
Acquiring the second conference card;
and updating the conference detail information to the second conference card to obtain the first conference card.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
if the target conference is in progress and conference detail information is updated, acquiring updated conference detail information;
and sending updated meeting detail information, wherein the updated meeting detail information is used for updating the information on the first meeting card received by the first target account.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if the current conference is in progress and the conference sharing operation is received, acquiring a file associated with the current conference;
generating a file link corresponding to the file;
the file link is added to the first meeting card.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring an invitation link of the current meeting;
an access conference portal is shown on the first conference card, the access conference portal being associated with the invitation link and the access conference portal being for the first target account to access the current conference through the invitation link.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
in response to receiving a conference creation operation, creating the current conference, and acquiring conference detail information of the current conference before starting;
generating a third conference card based on conference detail information of the current conference before the current conference starts, wherein the conference detail information of the current conference before the current conference starts is displayed on the third conference card;
determining a plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference;
and sending the third conference card to a plurality of second target accounts.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
if the current conference is in progress and conference detail information is updated, acquiring updated conference detail information;
and sending updated conference detail information, wherein the updated conference detail information is used for updating information on a third conference card received by a plurality of second target accounts.
10. An information acquisition apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
a first acquisition unit configured to perform a conference sharing operation in response to a current conference in progress, and acquire conference details information of the current conference at a current time;
A first generation unit configured to execute generation of a first meeting card on which the meeting detail information is presented, based on the meeting detail information;
a first determining unit configured to perform determination of the shared first target account;
the first sending unit is configured to send a sharing request, wherein the sharing request is used for requesting the first meeting card to share the first target account, the first meeting card is used for acquiring meeting detail information through the first meeting card before the first target account is accessed to the current meeting, the meeting detail information comprises account information corresponding to accounts with a hierarchical relationship with the first target account in account information of a participating user, and the hierarchical relationship comprises hierarchical relationships among departments;
a first display unit configured to display a conference end interface after the current conference is ended, wherein the conference end interface comprises a re-access conference entrance;
and the conference initiating unit is configured to execute conference accessing operation triggered based on the conference re-accessing entrance and re-initiate the current conference based on a plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first obtaining unit is configured to execute a main interface that presents the current meeting in progress, the main interface including a sharing portal; and responding to the conference sharing operation triggered by the sharing entrance, and acquiring the conference detail information of the current conference at the current time.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first obtaining unit is configured to execute a main interface that displays the current conference while the current conference is in progress, the main interface having a second conference card displayed thereon, the second conference card having conference details information of the current conference at a history time displayed thereon; and responding to the conference sharing operation triggered based on the second conference card, and acquiring conference detail information of the current conference at the current time.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first generation unit is configured to perform acquiring the second conference card; and updating the conference detail information to the second conference card to obtain the first conference card.
14. The apparatus according to any one of claims 10-13, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
A second acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of updated conference detail information if the target conference is in progress and the conference detail information is updated;
and the second sending unit is configured to send the updated meeting detail information, wherein the updated meeting detail information is used for updating the information on the first meeting card received by the first target account.
15. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a third obtaining unit configured to obtain a file associated with the current conference if the current conference is in progress and the conference sharing operation is received;
a second generating unit configured to execute generation of a file link corresponding to the file;
an adding unit configured to perform adding the file link to the first meeting card.
16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a fourth acquisition unit configured to execute an invitation link to acquire the current conference;
and a second display unit configured to perform displaying an access conference portal on the first conference card, the access conference portal being associated with the invitation link and being used for the first target account to access the current conference through the invitation link.
17. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a creation unit configured to execute creating the current conference in response to receiving a conference creation operation, and acquire conference detail information of the current conference before starting;
a third generation unit configured to execute generation of a third conference card on which conference details information of the current conference before the start is presented, based on conference details information of the current conference before the start;
a second determining unit configured to perform determination of a plurality of second target accounts participating in the current conference;
and a third transmitting unit configured to perform transmission of the third conference card to a plurality of the second target accounts.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a fifth acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of updated conference detail information if the current conference is in progress and the conference detail information is updated;
and a fourth transmitting unit configured to perform transmission of updated conference details information for updating information on a third conference card received by the plurality of second target accounts.
19. A terminal, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the information acquisition method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
20. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that instructions in the computer readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of a terminal, enable the terminal to perform the information acquisition method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
