And the generating module 303 is configured to generate a civil subsidy declaration form according to the user information meeting the multiple screening rules, and send a declaration form approval request to the civil system by calling an interface provided by the civil system.
In an example, after all the user information meeting the multiple filtering rules is obtained through the query module 302, the generation module 303 may assemble the user information with a preset civil subsidy declaration form to generate a civil subsidy declaration form. The civil subsidy declaration form template can comprise a plurality of predefined formats and contents. For example, it may include a title of the declaration form (for example, the title of the declaration form may be preset as "Jiangning district citizen's office living member assessment list"), information of each attribute field in the declaration form, and the like. Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a civil subsidy declaration management apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the civil subsidy declaration management apparatus 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a configuration module 401, a query module 402, a generation module 403, and an update module 404.
The configuration module 401 is configured to configure a plurality of screening rules corresponding to the civil subsidy declaration policy according to the civil supplementary declaration policy.
In an alternative embodiment, the configuration module 401 configures the plurality of screening rules corresponding to the civil subsidy declaration policy according to the following steps: the configuration module 401 queries organization information from the database, screens out corresponding subsidy declaration conditions from the civil administration subsidy declaration policies according to the organization information, and then configures the plurality of screening rules according to the corresponding subsidy declaration conditions. Wherein the agency information includes at least one of: the region where the organization is located, the organization type, the organization grade, the organization nature, and the medical service configuration. In one example, after receiving a request for generating an statement form, the query module 402 may generate a structured query statement (e.g., SQL) according to a plurality of pre-configured screening rules, and then query the user information base according to the structured query statement to obtain user information meeting the plurality of screening rules. Wherein, the user information base can adopt a relational database. Illustratively, the user information stored by the user information repository may include: the information of the old people living in includes basic information such as name, age and sex, health condition information (such as nursing level, bed type, disability and disability level), economic condition information (such as sleepiness and the like), first time of living in and the like. In specific implementation, one or more items of the user information can be set as the necessary information according to the civil administration subsidy policy of the location of the endowment institution.
For example, assume that the plurality of screening rules are: the household registration is that the level of Jiangsu Nanjing and nursing is changed from self-care level to medium level two, and the users conforming to the screening rules are screened out if the last civil evaluation level is half incapability or incapability.
And a generating module 403, configured to generate a civil subsidy declaration form according to the user information meeting the multiple screening rules, and send a declaration form approval request to the civil system by calling an interface provided by the civil system.
In an example, after all the user information meeting the multiple filtering rules is obtained through query by the query module 402, the user information may be assembled with a preset civil subsidy declaration form by the generation module 403 to generate a civil subsidy declaration form. The civil subsidy declaration form template can comprise a plurality of predefined formats and contents. In another example, after all the user information meeting the multiple filtering rules are obtained through query by the query module 402, all the user information meeting the multiple filtering rules may be output and displayed by the generation module 403, and then the displayed user information is processed and sorted manually to obtain the civil subsidy declaration form. After the civil-administration subsidy declaration form is generated, the generation module 403 may send the declaration form approval request carrying the civil-administration subsidy declaration form to the civil-administration system through an interface interaction manner, so as to perform the civil-administration subsidy declaration quickly and timely.
In the embodiment of the invention, the declaration form is submitted to the civil administration system by the generation module in an interface calling mode, so that the automation level of the declaration process is improved, and compared with the traditional declaration process in which the printed declaration form is handed to the civil administration department for evaluation in a manual mode and then a person is sent to the civil administration department to retrieve the evaluation result, the efficiency of the declaration process is greatly improved.
An updating module 404, configured to trigger a timing task when an evaluation result for the health condition of the user changes, so as to update the user information stored in the user information base through the timing task. In specific implementation, the health condition (such as nursing level and bed type) of the elderly can be evaluated through the evaluation management module. When the health condition evaluation result of the old people changes, the timing task can be triggered through the updating module, and the related information of the old people stored in the database can be updated in time. By arranging the updating module 404, the user information can be updated in time, and the problem that the generated statement is inaccurate due to the inquiry of old user information is effectively solved.
In the embodiment of the invention, through the processes executed by the configuration module, the query module, the generation module and the update module, the automation level of the civil subsidy declaration management process can be improved, the workload in the civil subsidy declaration management work is reduced, and the efficiency of the civil subsidy declaration management work is improved; in addition, the personnel meeting the declaration conditions are automatically screened out according to the configured screening rules to form declaration forms, so that the troubleshooting difficulty is reduced, and the error probability is reduced.
Fig. 5 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 500 of a method or apparatus for managing civil subsidy declaration to which an embodiment of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 5, the system architecture 500 may include terminal devices 501, 502, 503, a network 504, and a server 505. The network 504 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 and the server 505. Network 504 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
The user may use the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 to interact with a server 505 over a network 504 to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications, such as an internal management application of an endowment organization, a shopping application, a web browser application, a search application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, and the like, may be installed on the terminal devices 501, 502, and 503.
The terminal devices 501, 502, 503 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 505 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server providing support for intra-institution management-like applications browsed by the user using the terminal devices 501, 502, 503. The background management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the request for generating the statement, and feed back a processing result (e.g., a civil subsidy statement) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the civil subsidy declaration management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 505, and accordingly, the civil subsidy declaration management apparatus is generally disposed in the server 505.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 5 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 6, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 600 suitable for use in implementing an electronic device of an embodiment of the present invention. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 6 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer system 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU 601, ROM 602, and RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted in the storage section 608 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor includes a configuration module, a query module, and a generation module. Where the names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the module itself, for example, a configuration module may also be described as a "module configuring a screening rule".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform the following: configuring a plurality of corresponding screening rules according to the civil subsidy declaration policy; after receiving a request for generating an statement form, generating a structured query statement according to the plurality of screening rules, and querying a user information base according to the structured query statement to obtain user information according with the plurality of screening rules; generating a civil subsidy declaration form according to the user information conforming to the plurality of screening rules, and sending a declaration form approval request to a civil system by calling an interface provided by the civil system; and the statement approval request carries the civil subsidy statement.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing civil subsidy declaration, the method comprising:
configuring a plurality of corresponding screening rules according to the civil subsidy declaration policy;
after receiving a request for generating an statement form, generating a structured query statement according to the plurality of screening rules, and querying a user information base according to the structured query statement to obtain user information according with the plurality of screening rules;
generating a civil subsidy declaration form according to the user information conforming to the plurality of screening rules, and sending a declaration form approval request to a civil system by calling an interface provided by the civil system; and the statement form approval request carries the civil subsidy statement form.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the civil administration system finishes the examination and verification of the civil administration subsidy statement, receiving the approval result of the statement returned by the civil administration system through an interface calling mode.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating a civil subsidy declaration based on the user information that meets the plurality of filtering rules comprises:
and assembling the user information meeting the plurality of screening rules with a preset civil subsidy declaration form template to generate a civil subsidy declaration form.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the user information stored in the user information repository comprises at least one of: health condition information;
the method further comprises the following steps: and triggering a timing task when the evaluation result aiming at the health condition of the user is monitored to change so as to update the user information stored in the user information base through the timing task.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the plurality of filtering rules comprises: screening rules related to household registration, screening rules related to nursing grade change and screening rules related to the approval result of the last statement;
the method further comprises the following steps: and after receiving an approval result of the statement form returned by the civil administration system, storing the approval result of the statement form, and updating the screening rule related to the approval result of the last statement form according to the approval result of the statement form.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein configuring the plurality of screening rules corresponding to the policy according to the civil subsidy application comprises:
inquiring organization information from a database, screening corresponding subsidy declaration conditions from the civil subsidy declaration policies according to the organization information, and then configuring the plurality of screening rules according to the corresponding subsidy declaration conditions.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
before the step of generating the structured query statement according to the plurality of screening rules is executed, acquiring a mechanism identifier from the request for generating the statement, and then querying the plurality of screening rules corresponding to the mechanism identifier.
8. A device for managing a civil subsidy declaration, the device comprising:
the configuration module is used for configuring a plurality of corresponding screening rules according to the civil subsidy application policy;
the query module is used for generating a structured query statement according to the plurality of screening rules after receiving a request for generating a report form, and querying a user information base according to the structured query statement to obtain user information according with the plurality of screening rules;
the generating module is used for generating a civil subsidy declaration form according to the user information conforming to the plurality of screening rules and sending a declaration form approval request to a civil system in an interface mode; and the statement approval request carries the civil subsidy statement.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
