Through the technology of the internet of things, centralized management and control can be performed on machines, equipment and personnel through a central computer, remote control can also be performed on household equipment and automobiles, position searching and article theft prevention are achieved, the system is similar to an automatic control system, meanwhile, data of the facts are collected, and finally the data can be gathered into big data, including that roads are redesigned to reduce important social changes such as traffic accidents, city updating, disaster prediction and crime prevention and control, epidemic control and the like, and object association is achieved. The Internet of things digitalizes the real world, and the application range is very wide.
In the prior art, most banking industries manage bank card storehouses by adopting a paper or system registration mode, then manually complete the bank card storehouses according to information such as varieties and quantity on a paper list during sorting, and finally adopt a double-person or multi-person rechecking mechanism to reduce risks. However, in the existing bank card warehouse management method, due to the fact that the bank cards are numerous in types, manual paper management and manual sorting operation are performed, efficiency is low, a large amount of labor cost is wasted, error rate is high, various lists need to be printed in paper management, paperless operation cannot be achieved, resources are wasted, in addition, checking and rechecking are incomplete, manual checking is easy to miss, and financial accounting risks are easy to occur.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a storehouse management method for goods based on the internet of things. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of main steps of a method for managing a warehouse of articles according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the main steps of the method for managing a warehouse of articles according to an embodiment of the present invention may include:
step S101: according to the article sorting requirements, acquiring a target article sorting task and an indicator light sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task;
step S102: according to the target article sorting task, sorting and verifying the inventory of the articles to be sorted corresponding to the target article sorting task;
step S103: and controlling the storage position indicator lamps corresponding to the articles to be sorted to work according to the sorting verification result and the indicator lamp sorting identification so as to guide the operation of the sorted objects.
As can be seen from the above steps S101 to S103, in the warehouse management method for articles according to the embodiment of the present invention, a target article sorting task and an indicator sorting identifier corresponding to the target sorting task can be obtained according to an article sorting requirement. It is contemplated that an item sorting plan may be generated based on item sorting requirements and then the sorting technique divided into one or more item sorting tasks. For convenience of description, the embodiment of the present invention addresses the processing of one article sorting task and designates the article sorting task as a target article sorting task. Therefore, in step S101, a target article sorting task may be obtained according to an article sorting requirement, and in addition, an indicator sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task needs to be obtained, where the indicator sorting identifier may be regarded as an indicator color identifier, and in consideration of that there may be a plurality of article sorting tasks that need to be processed at the same time, and in step S103, an indicator sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task needs to be obtained in order to distinguish different article sorting tasks at the same time because an embodiment of the present invention directs a sorting object to operate by using a library level indicator. For example, the indicator light sorting identifier of the article sorting task a is set to be red, and the indicator light sorting identifier of the article sorting task B is set to be yellow, and the like.
In step S102, according to the target article sorting task, sorting verification is performed on the stock quantity of the articles to be sorted corresponding to the target article sorting task. Since the target item sorting task needs to be performed, it is necessary to determine whether there are enough items to be sorted in the inventory, and only if there are enough items to be sorted, sorting can be continuously performed. In summary, in step S102, the stock quantity of the items to be sorted is sorted and verified. In step S101, the indicator light sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task is obtained, and in step S102, the stock quantity of the article to be sorted is sorted and verified, so in step S103, the stock position indicator light corresponding to the article to be sorted can be controlled to work according to the sorting verification result and the indicator light sorting identifier, so as to guide the operation of the sorted object. That is to say, according to the letter sorting result, according to the pilot lamp letter sorting sign that obtains, control waits to sort the article and correspond the storehouse position pilot lamp work, sort the object like this and just can see which storehouse position's article need sort. The sorting object can be a sorting worker, and the sorting worker can perform operation when seeing that the storage position indicating lamp works; the sorting object can be a sorting machine device which detects that the storage position indicating lamp works and can execute the operation.
According to bank card storehouse management instructions in the banking industry, a bank card sorting plan can be generated according to bank card sorting requirements, then the sorting technology is divided into one or more bank card sorting tasks, target bank card sorting tasks are obtained from the generated bank card sorting tasks, and indicator light sorting marks corresponding to the bank card sorting tasks are red marks. And according to the bank card sorting task, sorting and verifying the stock of the bank card to be sorted. Then, according to the sorting verification result, the corresponding position indicator lamp of the bank card to be sorted is controlled to work according to the red mark, so that the sorting object sees that the indicator lamp in the storehouse works in red, for example, the indicator lamp is on red, and the bank card in the position corresponding to the indicator lamp can be operated.
For convenience of understanding, the method for managing a warehouse of goods according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2, which is a schematic overall structure diagram of a warehouse management system of goods according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic overall structure diagram of a warehouse management system of goods according to the embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen in fig. 2, the system for managing a warehouse of items may include: the system comprises a master control center, a null star warehouse, a whole box warehouse, a warehouse location, an electronic tag and a warehouse location indicator lamp. The master control center can be used for realizing the warehouse management method of the articles in the embodiment of the invention, namely the master control center is used for managing the articles in the warehouse; the retail warehouse can be used for storing articles of each kind and batch, each article has a warehouse location in the retail warehouse, and each warehouse location in the retail warehouse is provided with a corresponding electronic tag and a corresponding warehouse location indicator lamp; the whole case warehouse can be used for storing whole cases of articles, and the whole cases of articles have a shelf position in the whole case warehouse. For example, in the banking industry, a master control center is used for managing the storage of bank cards in a retail bank and a whole bank, a plurality of bank positions are arranged in the retail bank and used for storing bank cards of each type and batch, each bank position is provided with an electronic tag and a bank position indicator lamp corresponding to the bank position, and the whole bank is used for storing bank cards in boxes.
In the method for managing the storehouses of the articles, the articles are sorted in the sporadic storehouses, and when the storehouses in the sporadic storehouses are insufficient, the articles in the whole storehouses are filled into the sporadic storehouses. The method for managing the storeroom of the articles comprises three parts of task acquisition, indicator light sorting identification, article inventory verification and operation execution. As a reference embodiment, the obtaining of the target item sorting task and the indicator sorting identifier corresponding to the target item sorting task according to the item sorting requirement may include:
step S1011: generating at least one article sorting task according to article sorting requirements, and sending the at least one article sorting task to handheld equipment of a sorting object;
step S1012: and after the sorting object returns the target article sorting task selected by the handheld device and the set indicator lamp sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task, acquiring the target article sorting task and the indicator lamp sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the master control center in fig. 2 generates one or more item sorting tasks according to item sorting requirements, the produced item sorting tasks may be sent to the handheld devices of the sorting objects in the retail store, and it should be noted that the handheld devices are connected to the master control center in advance. In this way, the sorting object can select a target article sorting task from one or more article sorting tasks displayed in the handheld device, and the target article sorting task can be seen as an article sorting task to be processed by the sorting object. Then, the sorting object may set the indicator light sorting identifier corresponding to the selected target item sorting task, for example, the sorting object binds the indicator light sorting identifier corresponding to the target item sorting task to be red. And finally, pushing the selected target article sorting task and the set indicator sorting identifier to a master control center, so that the master control center can acquire the target article sorting task and the indicator sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task, and then the master control center can process the target article sorting task.
In the above embodiment, the selection of the target article sorting task and the setting of the indicator light sorting identifier are both realized by the sorting object through the handheld device, and of course, the selection can also be realized by the master control center. Therefore, as a further reference embodiment of the present invention, acquiring the target item sorting task and the indicator sorting identifier corresponding to the target item sorting task according to the item sorting requirement may include:
step S1013: generating at least one item sorting task according to the item sorting requirements;
step S1014: and selecting a target article sorting task from at least one article sorting task, and setting an indicator lamp sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task.
The master control center can generate at least one article sorting task according to article sorting requirements, then selects a target article sorting task in the generated at least one article sorting task, sets an indicator lamp sorting identifier corresponding to the target article sorting task, and then sends the target article sorting task to the handheld device of a sorting object.
In the method for obtaining the target article sorting task and the indicator light sorting identifier, the target article sorting task can be obtained from the handheld device of the sorting object, so that the sorting object can be sorted according to the obtained target article sorting task, the effect of division and cooperation is achieved, and the technical problem that other sorting objects execute the target article sorting task is solved.
It should be further noted that the indicator sorting flag in the embodiment of the present invention may be set according to at least one of the following options: the priority of the article sorting task, the type information of the articles to be sorted corresponding to the article sorting task, and the sorting objects corresponding to the article sorting task. Setting an indicator lamp sorting identifier according to the priority of the article sorting task, for example, setting the indicator lamp sorting identifier of the article sorting task with higher priority, namely, the indicator lamp sorting identifier of the article sorting task needing to be processed first as a red identifier, so that a sorting object can be reminded to process the article sorting task with the red identifier preferentially; setting an indicator light sorting identifier according to the type information of the to-be-sorted article corresponding to the article sorting task, for example, setting the indicator light sorting identifier corresponding to the type information S1 of the to-be-sorted article as a red identifier; and setting an indicator lamp sorting identifier according to the sorting object corresponding to the article sorting task, for example, the indicator lamp sorting identifier corresponding to the sorting object M1 is a red identifier. In the embodiment of the invention, the indicator light sorting identification can be set according to the actual situation, so that the practicability of the warehouse management method of the articles is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the target article sorting task is executed, whether enough articles to be sorted exist in the inventory or not needs to be judged, and only if enough articles to be sorted exist, the sorting can be continuously executed. Therefore, as another reference embodiment of the present invention, the sorting and verifying the inventory amount of the to-be-sorted items corresponding to the target item sorting task according to the target item sorting task may include:
step S1021: according to the target article sorting task, acquiring target types and sorting quantities corresponding to articles to be sorted;
step S1022: under the condition that a target batch is specified in the target article sorting task, judging whether the quantity of articles to be sorted corresponding to the target batch under the target type is larger than the sorting quantity, if so, confirming that the sorting verification is successful, and if not, confirming that the sorting verification fails;
step S1023: and under the condition that the target batch is not specified in the target article sorting task, judging whether the quantity of the articles to be sorted under the target type is larger than the sorting quantity, if so, confirming that the sorting verification is successful, and if not, confirming that the sorting verification fails.
The target article sorting task comprises the target type and the quantity of the articles to be sorted, for example, 100 bank cards with the variety of N1 need to be sorted in the banking industry. Then, whether a target batch is specified in the target article sorting task needs to be judged, if yes, whether the quantity of the articles corresponding to the specified target batch in the target category is larger than the quantity needing to be sorted in the null star library needs to be judged, if so, enough inventory is provided, and the target article sorting task can be executed. For example, if the target article sorting task is to sort 100 first-batch bank cards of the variety N1, it needs to be determined whether the number of the first-batch bank cards of the variety N1 in the retail library is greater than 100, if yes, it indicates that the sorting operation is possible, and if not, it indicates that the inventory is insufficient, and it indicates that the sorting operation is not possible. Of course, if the target batch is not specified in the target article sorting task, it is directly determined whether the quantity of the articles in the target category in the null-star library is greater than the quantity to be sorted, and if so, it indicates that there is sufficient inventory and the target article sorting task can be executed. For example, if the target article sorting task is to sort 200 bank cards with the variety N2, it needs to be determined whether the number of the bank cards with the variety N2 in the retail library is greater than 200, if yes, it indicates that the sorting operation is possible, and if not, it indicates that the stock is insufficient, and it indicates that the sorting operation is not possible.
In the embodiment of the invention, the method for managing the storeroom of the articles comprises the steps of acquiring the task, indicating lamp sorting identification and article inventory verification, and also comprises the step of executing operation. Therefore, as a further reference embodiment, according to the sorting verification result and the indicator sorting identifier, controlling the corresponding bin indicator of the article to be sorted to operate so as to direct the operation of the sorted object, comprising:
step S1031: under the condition that the verification result is that the sorting verification is successful, controlling a storage position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted to be lighted up according to the indicator lamp sorting identification so as to guide a sorting object to sort the article to be sorted;
step S1032: and under the condition that the verification result is that the sorting verification fails, controlling the storage position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted to flicker according to the indicator lamp sorting identification so as to guide the sorting object to perform inventory supplement on the article to be sorted.
As can be seen from the above steps S1031 and S1032, the execution operation of the embodiment of the present invention includes two cases, i.e., success of sorting verification and failure of sorting verification. If the sorting verification is successful, the fact that the objects to be sorted are enough in the null star library is indicated, and the sorting operation can be carried out on the sorted objects. Under this kind of circumstances, can be based on pilot lamp letter sorting sign, the storehouse position pilot lamp that the control is waited to sort article and is corresponded lights to guide the letter sorting object and wait to sort article and sort. In the embodiment of the invention, when the bin indicator lights are lightened according to the indicator light sorting marks, the sorting object can reach the bin for storing the objects to be sorted when the indicator lights corresponding to the target object sorting task processed by the sorting object are lightened according to the indicator light sorting marks, so that the objects to be sorted can be sorted. For example, the sorting object M1 processes the target article sorting task a, and the corresponding indicator light sorting identifier is red, so that the master control center determines that the stock quantity of the articles to be sorted in the task a is sufficient, and the master control center controls the indicator light corresponding to the stock position of the articles to be sorted to be red, so that the sorting object M1 can reach the stock position with the red light on, and then sorts the articles according to the specific sorting quantity in the task a acquired by the handheld device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the sorting operation of the sorting object is completed, the rechecking operation is further performed, so that after the bin indicator light corresponding to the to-be-sorted object is controlled to be turned on according to the indicator sorting identifier to guide the sorting object to sort the to-be-sorted object, the method for managing the warehouse of the object may further include: and after the sorting object is sorted and the storage position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted is shot out, controlling the electronic tag corresponding to the article to be sorted to display balance, and controlling the storage position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted to be lighted up according to the indicator lamp rechecking identifier so as to guide the rechecking object to recheck according to the displayed balance.
The letter sorting object is in the completion letter sorting back, and the storehouse position pilot lamp that will wait to sort article corresponds is taken out of time, and total control center can monitor the storehouse position pilot lamp that corresponds and has been gone out like this, just can show the balance of waiting to sort article on the electronic tags that corresponds, also be the electronic tags that the storehouse position corresponds promptly, perhaps the electronic tags that the storehouse position pilot lamp corresponds. Meanwhile, the control center controls the corresponding storage position indicator lamp of the article to be sorted to be lighted up according to the indicator lamp rechecking identifier, so that the rechecking object can be guided to recheck according to the displayed balance. The rechecking object can be a rechecking worker, and the rechecking worker can perform rechecking operation when seeing that the storage position indicator lamp works; the rechecking object can be rechecking machine equipment, and the rechecking machine equipment can execute rechecking operation when detecting that the storage position indicator lamp works. It should be noted that, in order to separate the sorting and reviewing areas, the indicator light sorting identifier and the indicator light reviewing identifier corresponding to the target object sorting task are different; still alternatively, the target object sorting task and the rechecking operation may be assigned to the same object for processing, that is, the sorting object and the rechecking object are the same, in which case, the indicator sorting identifier and the indicator rechecking identifier corresponding to the target object sorting task are the same. For example, the rechecking identification of the indicator light is green, when rechecking personnel see that the storage position indicator light is turned on green in the starry library, the rechecking personnel can turn on the green storage position, then recheck the articles in the storage position according to the balance of the articles displayed on the electronic tag corresponding to the storage position, and after the rechecking is finished, the indicator light is turned off. If the rechecking quantity is not consistent, the rechecking object can send reminding information to the master control center through the handheld device and then carry out rechecking examination operation.
After the rechecking operation is carried out on the rechecking object, the information of rechecking completion is sent to the master control center in a mode of shooting out the stock level indicator lamp, so that the master control center can update the stock of the articles to be sorted. Therefore, as another reference embodiment, after controlling the electronic tag corresponding to the article to be sorted to display the balance, and controlling the storage position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted to light up according to the indicator lamp rechecking identifier to guide the rechecking object to recheck according to the displayed balance, the method for managing the storage of the article may further include: and after the rechecking object finishes rechecking and the corresponding stock position indicator lamp of the article to be sorted is shot out, updating the stock quantity of the article to be sorted.
In step S1032, if the sorting verification fails, it indicates that the inventory of the articles to be sorted in the null star library is insufficient, and the sorting operation may not be performed on the sorted objects. Under the condition, the storage position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted can be controlled to flicker according to the indicator lamp sorting identification so as to guide the sorting object to perform storage supplement on the article to be sorted. In the embodiment of the invention, when the bin indicator lights flash according to the indicator light sorting identification, the sorting object can reach the bin for storing the articles to be sorted when the indicator light corresponding to the target article sorting task processed by the sorting object flashes according to the indicator light sorting identification, so that the articles to be sorted in the whole bin can be supplemented to the bin corresponding to the articles to be sorted in the starry bin. For example, the sorting object M2 processes the target article sorting task B, and the sorting identifier of the corresponding indicator light is red, so that the master control center determines that the stock quantity of the articles to be sorted in the task B is insufficient, the master control center controls the indicator light corresponding to the stock position of the articles to be sorted to flash red, so that the sorting object M2 can reach the stock position of the flashing red light, and then the articles to be sorted in the whole box warehouse are replenished to the stock position corresponding to the articles to be sorted in the retail warehouse.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after controlling the flashing of the corresponding storage position indicator light of the to-be-sorted item according to the indicator light sorting identifier to guide the sorting object to perform storage replenishment on the to-be-sorted item, the method may further include: and after the sorting object completes inventory supplement to automatically clear the target article sorting task, regenerating the target article sorting task and controlling the storage position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted to be turned off.
In the method for managing the storeroom of the articles, the master control center controls the corresponding position indicator lamp of the article to be sorted to flash according to the indicator lamp sorting identification so as to guide the sorting object to perform inventory replenishment on the article to be sorted, and the target article sorting task is automatically cleared after the sorting object completes the inventory replenishment, so that the master control center can generate the cleared target article sorting task again, and it needs to be noted that the position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted is still in a flashing state at the moment, and therefore, the master control center also needs to control the position indicator lamp corresponding to the article to be sorted to be closed.
