Claims (6)

1. The conference management platform based on government affair work is characterized in that: the system comprises the following modules:
a conference management module: the conference management module is used for conference managers to input conference information, generate conference seats, select conference units needing to participate in a conference after the conference information is input, and send conference notifications to conference notification receivers of the conference units; after receiving the meeting notice, the meeting notice receiver transmits the meeting notice in the unit and feeds back the list of the participants in the unit; the conference management module sequentially fills the participants into the seat template by taking the central position as the start according to the feedback information of the participants and generates the conference seat;
the participating end management module: after receiving the meeting notice, the meeting notice receiver selects the personnel needing to participate in the meeting in the unit to generate a participant list of the unit and performs meeting registration;
a system setting module: the system administrator limits the conference managers and the conference notification receivers through the system setting module and can group the participating units and the participating personnel;
a background server side: the conference management module, the participant end management module and the system setting module are all connected with the background server through the wireless communication module; and the background server is in butt joint with the government affair management platform of each unit to acquire the personnel information of each unit.
2. A government work based conference management platform according to claim 1, wherein: the conference management module includes:
the two-dimensional code management submodule of registering: after the seat of the conference is generated, the attendance two-dimensional code management submodule generates a conference two-dimensional code associated with the participants;
the participating end management module comprises:
identity binding submodule: the attendants log in the conference management platform at the mobile phone end, and the mobile phone numbers, the mobile phone serial numbers and the attendants are bound through the identity binding sub-module;
a conference feedback registration submodule: the conference informs the receiver to feed back the list of the participants of the unit through the conference registration;
a conference code scanning sign-in submodule: the participants scan the conference two-dimensional code through the mobile phone bound with the information of the participants to sign in the conference.

A government work based conference management platform according to claim 2, wherein: the check-in two-dimensional code management submodule generates a unique identity identification two-dimensional code aiming at each participant; the background server side is connected with a conference terminal through a network, and participants can check in the conference terminal by showing the unique identity identification two-dimensional code for scanning.

A government work based conference management platform according to claim 3, wherein: the unique identification two-dimensional code can be checked by the participants 30 minutes before the conference starts, and the unique identification two-dimensional code is deleted after the conference sign-in is finished.

A government work based conference management platform according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the conference system also comprises a participant identification module and a comparison module, wherein the participant identification module comprises a participant camera arranged at the entrance of the conference place, and the participant camera faces the entrance of the conference place; the participant identification module is connected with the background server through a network, the participant identification module is in a starting state 30 minutes before the conference begins and when the conference begins, the video of the participants passing through the entrance of the conference place is shot, and the participant identification module extracts the facial images of the participants and stores the facial images to the background server;
the participants reserve the image information of the participants through the participant management module;
the comparison module is connected with the background server through a network, the comparison module compares the reserved portrait information of the participants with the facial images of the participants extracted by the participant identification module one by one, the comparison result is fed back to the background server, and the conference management module can obtain the comparison result from the background server.
6. A government work based conference management platform according to claim 5, wherein: the conference room further comprises a mark identification module, wherein the mark identification module comprises a mark identification camera, the mark identification camera is arranged in front of the top of the conference room, and the mark identification camera faces the back of the conference room; the mark recognition module is connected with the background server through a network, when a conference starts to finish, the mark recognition module is in a starting state, the mark recognition camera takes a plurality of groups of conference site photos at regular time, the mark recognition module extracts portrait information in the site photos and conference codes on a conference table, and the codes are used as names of the portraits behind the codes and then fed back to the background server for storage;
the comparison module compares the reserved image information of the participants with the image information extracted by the mark identification module one by one, the comparison result is not matched, the reserved image information of the participants and the facial images of the participants extracted by the participant identification module are compared one by one, and the results of the two comparisons are fed back to the background server.
