the operating mechanism comprises a center rod (3), an operating board (4), a fixing component and two sliding components, wherein two ends of the center rod (3) are connected with a main body (1) through the two sliding components respectively, the operating board (4) is connected with the center of the center rod (3), one end, far away from the center rod (3), of the operating board (4) is connected with the main body (1) through the fixing component, a plurality of keys (5) and a plurality of data interfaces (6) are arranged on the operating board (4), the sliding component comprises a fixing plate (7), a sliding rail (8), a sliding block (9) and a sleeve (10), the fixing plate (7) is fixed on the main body (1), the sliding rail (8) is U-shaped, two ends of the sliding rail (8) are fixed on one side, close to the operating board (4), of the fixing plate (7), and the sliding block (9) is sleeved on the sliding rail (8), the sleeve (10) is fixedly connected with the sliding block (9), two ends of the central rod (3) are respectively arranged in the two sleeves (10), and the key (5) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the observation mechanism comprises an observation plate (11), a telescopic plate (12), a telescopic assembly, a display screen (13) and a shooting assembly, wherein the telescopic plate (12) is fixedly connected with a cover plate (2) through the observation plate (11), the display screen (13) and the shooting assembly are respectively positioned on the front surface and the back surface of the observation plate (11), the telescopic assembly comprises a driving unit and two telescopic units, the driving unit is positioned on one side of the telescopic plate (12) far away from the observation plate (11), the telescopic unit comprises a driven bevel gear (14), a screw rod (15) and a bearing (16), the bearing (16) is fixed in a notch, one end of the screw rod (15) is arranged in the bearing (16), the other end of the screw rod (15) is fixedly connected with the driven bevel gear (14), the driving unit is in transmission connection with the driven bevel gear (14), the telescopic plate (12) is sleeved on the screw rod (15), the connection part of the expansion plate (12) and the screw rod (15) is provided with a thread matched with the screw rod (15);
the camera assembly comprises a camera (17), a light barrier (18) and two rotating units, the camera (17) is fixed on the observation plate (11), the top end of the light barrier (18) is hinged to the cover plate (2), two sides of the light barrier (18) are connected with the observation plate (11) through the two rotating units respectively, and the camera (17) is electrically connected with the PLC.

The portable property management device based on the internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a fixing box (19) and two fixing units, the fixing box (19) is fixedly connected with the operation panel (4), the two fixing units are respectively located at two ends of the fixing box (19), the fixing units comprise an insertion rod (20), a convex plate (21) and a round hole, the round hole is arranged on the inner wall of the fixing box (19), the periphery of the insertion rod (20) is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the round hole, the convex plate (21) is located in the fixing box (19), the insertion rod (20) is fixedly connected with the convex plate (21), a plurality of springs (22) are arranged in the fixing box (19), two ends of each spring (22) are respectively connected with the two convex plates (21), each spring (22) is in a compressed state, two ends of the fixing plate (7) are provided with an insertion tube (23), the end of the insertion rod (20) far away from the convex plate (21) is arranged in one insertion pipe (23).
