In order to solve the technical problem, the invention can use the outdoor fan without faults to continue the normal operation of the air conditioner when all the outdoor fans in the outdoor unit are in faults.
Example one
The present embodiment relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, which is a single outdoor unit including at least one outdoor fan.
In this embodiment, for convenience of description, an air conditioner outdoor unit having one outdoor fan or two outdoor fans is taken as an example for description.
If one outdoor fan is provided in the outdoor unit, it is referred to as an outdoor fan a, and if two outdoor fans are provided in the outdoor unit, it is referred to as an outdoor fan a1 and an outdoor fan a 2.
If an outdoor fan A exists in the outdoor unit, if the outdoor fan A fails, the outdoor unit is forbidden to operate, and the whole air conditioning system stops operating; if the outdoor fan A has no fault, the outdoor fan A enters normal operation control, and the whole air-conditioning system operates normally.
If two outdoor fans A1 and A2 exist in the outdoor unit, if the outdoor fans A1 and A2 both have faults, the outdoor unit is forbidden to operate, and the whole air conditioning system stops operating; if the outdoor fans A1 and A2 have no fault, the outdoor fans A1 and A2 respectively enter normal operation control, and the whole air-conditioning system operates normally; if one of the outdoor fans A1 and A2 has a fault, the faulty outdoor fan enters emergency operation control, that is, the outdoor fan is prohibited from operating, the outdoor fan without the fault enters normal operation control, and the whole air conditioning system operates normally.
The normal operation control described herein is not different from the conventional air conditioner in the manner of controlling the operation of the outdoor fan, and can be known by referring to the manner of controlling the outdoor fan of the conventional air conditioner, for example, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan can be periodically controlled according to the parameters such as the frequency of the outdoor unit compressor, the suction/discharge pressure, and the temperature, and the operation state, the failure information, etc. of the outdoor fan can be monitored in real time.
As shown in fig. 1, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the present embodiment mainly includes a fan status obtaining module 11, an operation control module 12, and a unit status obtaining module 13.
The fan state acquiring module 11 of the present embodiment is configured to acquire an operation state of each outdoor fan, where the operation state includes an emergency operation state when the outdoor fan has a fault and a normal operation state when the outdoor fan has no fault.
Specifically, the system initialization module 14 is configured to obtain the number of the outdoor fans in the current outdoor unit to configure and determine the types of the units, including the single-fan outdoor unit and the multi-fan outdoor unit.
In this embodiment, a multi-fan outdoor unit is described by taking a dual-fan outdoor unit as an example.
In order to ensure the control of the outdoor fans during emergency operation, the system initialization module 14 also initializes a state identification variable for emergency operation, such as a count variable for counting the number of outdoor fans currently in the outdoor unit, and a time variable for counting the emergency operation time of the outdoor unit during emergency operation.
In the present embodiment, the fan status acquisition module 11 determines the operation status of the corresponding outdoor fan based on the determined unit type (single-fan outdoor unit or multi-fan outdoor unit).
In the present embodiment, the operation state of the outdoor fan may be set as follows.
In the operation process of the outdoor unit, once the outdoor fan is found to have a fault, the operation state of the outdoor fan is correspondingly set to an emergency operation state, and such setting can be set by a fan state setting module (not shown), for example, a manual dial setting.
Of course, other software programs may be adopted to automatically recognize the failure condition of the outdoor fan, and set the operation state of the outdoor fan with the failure to the emergency operation state, and so on.
The operation control module 12 of the present embodiment is configured to control the outdoor fan to perform normal operation control or emergency operation control according to the operation state of the outdoor fan. The emergency operation state corresponds to emergency operation control, and the normal operation state corresponds to normal operation control.
And when the operation state of the outdoor fan is collected to be an emergency operation state, the outdoor fan enters emergency operation control. And when the operation state of the outdoor fan is collected to be a normal operation state, the outdoor fan enters normal operation control.
For a single fan outdoor unit, there are two cases: 1) when the running state of the outdoor fan A is a normal running state, the single-fan outdoor unit runs normally; 2) and when the running state of the outdoor fan A is the emergency running state, the single-fan outdoor unit is forbidden to run.
For a dual fan outdoor unit, there are three cases: 1) when the operation states of the outdoor fans A1 and A2 are normal operation states, the double-fan outdoor unit operates normally; 2) the operation states of the outdoor fans A1 and A2 are emergency operation states, and the operation of the double-fan outdoor unit is forbidden; 3) the operation state of one of the outdoor fans a1 and a2 is a normal operation state, and the operation state of the other of the outdoor fans a1 and a2 is an emergency operation state, the outdoor fan in the emergency operation state enters emergency operation control, and the outdoor fan in the normal operation state shifts to normal operation control.
The unit state obtaining module 13 of this embodiment obtains unit operation parameters, such as suction and discharge pressure, temperature, and the like, according to the operating outdoor unit.
The system initialization module 14 also initializes the unit operation parameters, such as the pressure and temperature of the outdoor unit compressor.
For the outdoor unit with the outdoor fan controlled to normally operate (i.e. the running outdoor unit), the set running parameters, such as suction and discharge pressure, temperature and other parameters, are monitored in real time through the set abnormal control module 15, and the running state of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is monitored in real time.
For example, once the pressure of the suction and exhaust air exceeds the pressure limit or the temperature exceeds the temperature limit, the air conditioning system is stopped to avoid affecting the reliability of the air conditioning system, otherwise, the air conditioner continues to operate and continues to monitor the operation state of the outdoor unit.
In order to avoid that the related fault of the outdoor fan with fault affects the operation of the system under the condition of the 3) th condition of the double-fan outdoor unit, the system does not monitor the abnormal information of the outdoor fan any more.
In addition, in order to prevent the outdoor unit from being in emergency operation for a long time and affecting the reliability of the system, in the embodiment, the system is provided with an emergency operation time threshold value, and when the emergency operation time when the counted outdoor unit enters the emergency operation exceeds the emergency operation time threshold value, the air conditioning system is stopped to wait for recovering the retry state.
Wherein the outdoor unit entering emergency operation means that the outdoor unit is in the case of 3) of the double fan outdoor unit as described above.
