Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the mounting device of the present invention has been described in connection with stacking appliances, in practice the mounting device may also be used in other equipment stacking applications, such as shipping container stacking applications. Such a stacking scenario involves only the transformation of the stacked objects, has no substantial impact on the structure and working principle of the mounting device and therefore will fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "vertical", "longitudinal", "inner", "transverse", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a mounting device for stacking home appliances according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the mounting device for stacking home appliances of the present invention includes a moving assembly 3 disposed on the top of a first home appliance 1 and a fixing assembly disposed on the moving assembly 3. Wherein the fixing assembly comprises a plurality of fixing members 4, each fixing member 4 being detachably connectable to the bottom of the second appliance 2. The moving assembly 3 is configured to move each of the fixing members 4 along the top surface of the first household appliance 1 so as to adjust the distance between any two fixing members 4 of the plurality of fixing members 4. In this case, the positions of the fixing members 4 are correspondingly adjusted by the moving assembly 3 according to the shape and size (such as the length and/or width) of the bottom of the second appliance 2, so that the fixing members 4 can be uniformly distributed in the fixable range of the bottom of the second appliance 2. After the adjustment is completed, the bottom of the second household appliance 2 is assembled with each fixing member 4, so that the second household appliance 2 is fixed to the top of the first household appliance 1 through the fixing member 4. When the second household appliance 2 needs to be removed from the top of the first household appliance 1, the matching relationship between the second household appliance 2 and the fixing member 4 only needs to be disassembled.
With the above arrangement, the second home appliance 2 having the bottom size not greater than that of the first home appliance 1 can be fixed to the top of the first home appliance 1 by the fixing member 4. The multi-point fixing mode can reliably ensure the placing stability of the second household appliance 2, and the hidden danger that the second household appliance 2 falls down and is broken or injures people by crashing is eliminated. Meanwhile, the detachable connection mode of the second household appliance 2 and the fixing component 4 does not influence the user to replace or detach the second household appliance 2. The fixed stability of second household electrical appliances 2 can not be guaranteed simultaneously can not influence the user and change the superpose pattern of household electrical appliances, and can satisfy the demand that stacks of the arbitrary not unidimensional small-size household electrical appliances of user, the security when having promoted household electrical appliances and stacking, the practicality is strong.
In the above embodiment, the first home appliance 1 and the second home appliance 2 refer to only two home appliances as a home appliance to be stacked, and do not refer to any kind or model of home appliance. In practical applications, as long as the first household appliance 1 can bear the weight of the second household appliance 2, and the bottom size of the second household appliance 2 is not larger than the top size of the first household appliance 1 (of course, in the case of not considering the stacking rationality, when the bottom size of the second household appliance 2 is slightly larger than the top size of the first household appliance 1, the fixing member 4 may be detachably connected with a part of the area of the bottom of the second household appliance 2, and the technical solution will not be described in this case). For example, the first household appliance 1 is a shoe washing machine, and the second household appliance 2 is a small-sized clothes dryer or a small-sized drum washing machine, or the first household appliance 1 is a storage cabinet, and the second household appliance 2 is a microwave oven.
The detachable connection between the fixing member 4 and the second home appliance 2 is not limited. For example, the detachable connection means may include any one or more of snap-fit, abutment, and screw-fit.
Referring again to fig. 2 and with continued reference to fig. 1, fig. 2 is a top-down view of the mounting apparatus for stacked appliances of the present invention (for ease of illustration of the mounting relationship of the moving components, the securing member 4 is not shown in fig. 2). As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the moving assembly 3 includes a first guide assembly 31 and a plurality of first sliding members 32 slidably engaged with the first guide assembly 31. The first guide assembly 31 is disposed on the top of the first household appliance 1 along the first direction, the fixed members 4 are connected to the first sliding members 32 two by two, that is, the number of the fixed members 4 is equal to that of the first sliding members 32, and one fixed member 4 is correspondingly connected to one first sliding member 32. In this case, each of the fixing members 4 is slidable on the first guide assembly 31 in the first direction by means of the first sliding member 32, and the interval between any two fixing members 4 in the first direction is adjustable.
In a possible embodiment, the first direction is transverse to the top surface of the first appliance 1. The first guide member 31 includes a first transverse rail 311 disposed at a rear transverse edge of the top surface of the first home appliance 1. The first slide member 32 is a first slider. The plurality of first sliders are slidably engaged with the first cross rail 311, respectively, so that the distance between any two fixing members 4 in the lateral direction is adjustable. For example, the number of the fixing members 4 is two. When the distance between the two fixing members 4 in the transverse direction is adjustable, the second household appliance 2 with any length size can be fixed on the first household appliance 1 by the two fixing members 4.
In the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first guide assembly 31 includes a first transverse rail 311 and a second transverse rail 312 which are arranged in parallel. The first slide member 32 is a first slider. One portion of the first plurality of sliders is slidably engaged with the first transverse rail 311, and the other portion of the first plurality of sliders is slidably engaged with the second transverse rail 312. For example, when the number of the first slide members 32 is four, two first sliders may be slidably engaged with the first cross rail 311, and the other two first sliders may be slidably engaged with the second cross rail 312. In this case, the distance between the first sliding blocks on the two transverse rails in the transverse direction can be adjusted, and the second household appliance 2 with different lengths and sizes can be adapted to while the second household appliance 2 is fixed on the front side and the rear side.
More preferably, when the mounting device adopts the above arrangement structure, the fixing member 4 of the present invention may further include an elastic connector and a jaw connected to the first slider through the elastic connector. When the second appliance 2 is placed on the first appliance 1, the jaw is clamped to the bottom edge of the second appliance 2 and is clamped by the tendency of the elastic connecting piece to contract. In this case, there is a certain adjustment space in the width direction of the second household appliance 2, and the applicability of the mounting device to the second household appliance 2 is further expanded in addition to the first preferred embodiment.
Furthermore, the moving assembly 3 further includes a second guiding assembly 33 fixed on the top of the first appliance 1 along the second direction, and a second sliding member 34 slidably engaged with the second guiding assembly 33. The first guide assembly 31 is slidably connected to the second guide assembly 33 via a second sliding member 34, wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other. In this case, while the position of each fixing member 4 in the first direction is adjusted by the first sliding member 32, the first guide assembly 31 can also slide on the second guide assembly 33 through the second sliding member 34, so as to change the position of the first guide assembly 31 in the second direction, and further indirectly adjust the position of the fixing member 4 in the second direction, so that the adjustment range of the fixing member 4 can cover one plane, and the adjustment range of the fixing member 4 is greatly increased.
In a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second direction is a longitudinal direction of the top surface of the first appliance 1. The second guide assembly 33 comprises a longitudinal guide rail and the second slide member 34 is a second slider. The number of the second sliding blocks is two, and the first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312 are respectively connected to the longitudinal guide rail in a sliding manner through one second sliding block. In this case, the two fixing members 4 on the first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312 change positions in the longitudinal direction indirectly through the longitudinal guide rail while sliding along the first transverse rail 311, so that the distances between the four fixing members 4 in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction can be adjusted, and the adjustment range of the fixing members 4 is increased to the maximum extent.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of longitudinal rails is two. For convenience of description, the two longitudinal rails will be referred to as a first longitudinal rail 331 and a second longitudinal rail 332 hereinafter. In the orientation of fig. 2, the first and second longitudinal rails 331 and 332 are disposed in parallel adjacent to the left and right edges, respectively, of the top surface of the first appliance 1. Two second sliding blocks are respectively connected to the first longitudinal rail 331 and the second longitudinal rail 332 in a sliding manner, and two ends of the first transverse rail 311 are respectively connected to the first longitudinal rail 331 and the second longitudinal rail 332 in a sliding manner through the second sliding block located on the rear side of the first longitudinal rail 331 and the second sliding block located on the rear side of the first longitudinal rail 331. The second transverse rail 312 is slidably connected to the first longitudinal rail 331 and the second longitudinal rail 332 through a second slider disposed at the front side of the first longitudinal rail 331 and a second slider disposed at the front side of the first longitudinal rail 331, respectively, so that the first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312 can slide in the longitudinal direction. The first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312 are also in sliding fit with the two first sliders respectively. When each fixing member 4 is correspondingly arranged on one first slider, the fixing member 4 can slide along the first transverse rail 311 or the second transverse rail 312 through the first slider, and meanwhile, the two transverse rails can also slide vertically through the second slider, so that the length and width of a fixing area (namely, a rectangular grid area in fig. 2) corresponding to the four fixing members 4 can be adjusted, the adjusting range of the fixing member 4 is increased to the maximum extent, the connection reliability between the fixing member 4 and the first household appliance 1 is also increased, and the fixable load weight of the mounting device is improved. Of course, the number of the longitudinal guide rails may also be more than two, and when the second guide assembly 33 includes more than two longitudinal guide rails, the longitudinal guide rails are arranged in series in the longitudinal direction, and the plurality of points on the first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312 are slidably connected to each longitudinal guide rail through the second slider.
Preferably, the mounting device of the present invention further comprises a plurality of locking members. The locking member is disposed between the first guide assembly 31 and the first slide member 32 and/or between the second guide assembly 33 and the second slide member. For the sake of convenience of distinction, the locking member disposed between the first slide member 32 and the first guide assembly 31 will be referred to as a first locking member 5, and the locking member disposed between the second slide member and the second guide assembly 33 will be referred to as a second locking member 6 hereinafter. In the locking condition, the first sliding member 32 can be locked with respect to the first guide assembly 31 by the first locking member 5, and/or the second sliding member can be locked with respect to the second guide assembly 33 by the second locking member 6, thereby restricting the fixing member 4 from being accidentally slid in the lateral or longitudinal direction, so that the second appliance 2 is not knocked down on the first appliance 1 even if it is accidentally bumped.
Preferably, a first locking member 5 is disposed between the first guide assembly 31 and the first sliding member 32, and a second locking member 6 is disposed between the second guide assembly 33 and the second sliding member 34. The first locking member 5 and the second locking member 6 are both locking screws screwed with the first slider or the second slider, and in a locking state, the screw corresponding to the first locking member 5 is in abutting fit with the first guide assembly 31, and the screw corresponding to the second locking member 6 is in abutting fit with the second guide assembly 33, so that the first sliding member 32 is limited from sliding relative to the first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312, and the second sliding member 34 is limited from sliding relative to the longitudinal guide rail. The specific structure and operation principle of the first/second locking member 6 will be described in detail below by taking the first transverse rail 311 and the first locking member 5 disposed between the first transverse rail 311 and the first slider as an example. More specifically, a screw hole is arranged on the first sliding block along the horizontal direction. The screw hole has a screwing end close to any one of the two side walls of the first transverse rail 311, and the lowest end of the screw hole is slightly higher than the top of the side wall of the first transverse rail 311. The head of the locking screw is provided with a clamping ring, and under the condition that the locking screw is screwed into the screw hole, the clamping ring of the head is tightly abutted to the side wall of the first transverse rail 311 so as to limit the first sliding block to slide along the first transverse rail 311.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the first/second locking member is not limited to the above-described locking screw as long as the first/second locking member is constructed to restrain the first/second slider to the corresponding guide rail. For example, the first locking member 5 (or the second locking member 6) may further include a card rotatably connected with the first slider (or the second slider) and an elastic member connected between the first locking member 5 (or the second locking member 6) and the first slider (or the second slider) in a tensile manner, at least a portion of the card may be snapped to an outer side of the first/second cross rail (or the longitudinal rail) so as to restrict the first slider (or the second slider) from moving along the first/second cross rail (or the longitudinal rail). When the position of the first sliding block (or the second sliding block) is adjusted, the card is pulled and is far away from the first/second transverse rails. Furthermore, the locking structures of the first locking member 5 and the second locking member 6 may be the same or different, as long as the locking requirements of the position of the first guide assembly or the second guide assembly can be met.
In a possible embodiment, the first locking member 5 described above is provided only between the first transverse rail 311, the second transverse rail 312 and the first slider; or the second locking member 6 may be provided only between the first and second longitudinal rails 331 and 332 and the second slider.
The technical solution of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the above preferred embodiments.
Preferably, the fixing member 4 is matched with the bottom clamping of the second household appliance 2, so that the second household appliance 2 can be conveniently placed or taken down by a user while the second household appliance 2 is reliably fixed, the second household appliance 2 does not need to be disassembled and assembled through an additional tool, and the disassembling and placing convenience of the second household appliance 2 is guaranteed.
Specifically, the fixing member 4 includes a block-shaped body provided integrally with the first slider and a card slot provided on the block-shaped body. The clamping grooves are vertically arranged, and under the condition that the positions of the fixing components 4 are adjusted, a user aligns the second household appliance 2 to the fixing fasteners to place, so that the clamping grooves on the fixing components 4 can be clamped to the corresponding clamping positions at the bottom of the second household appliance 2.
In a possible embodiment, the bottom of the second appliance 2 is provided with feet, and the shape of the clamping groove matches with the feet. In the case where the second appliance 2 is placed on top of the first appliance 1. The feet of the second appliance 2 extend into and are clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves of the fixing member 4.
In another possible embodiment, the fastening element 4 is provided with a locking groove that matches the shape of the edge and/or the corner of the bottom of the second appliance 2. For example, the fixing member 4 is provided with an L-shaped slot, and when the L-shaped slot is clamped, the L-shaped slot is clamped on the edge of the second household appliance 2, and two slot walls of the L-shaped slot respectively abut against the bottom surface and the side surface of the second household appliance 2. Or, the shape of the clamping groove is matched with the rectangular bottom foot of the second household appliance 2, and under the condition that the clamping is well carried out, three groove walls of the clamping groove respectively abut against the bottom surface of the second household appliance 2 and the other two adjacent side surfaces of the bottom foot.
Of course, the manner of fitting the fixing member 4 and the second home appliance 2 is not limited to the above. For example, the fixing member 4 may also be provided with a screw hole or an electromagnetic structure, and the bottom of the second appliance 2 is correspondingly provided with a through structure or another electromagnetic structure allowing a screw to pass through, so that the fixing member 4 can also be screwed or magnetically attached together with the bottom of the second appliance 2. Or, the fixed component 4 can also be connected detachably through multiple different cooperation modes simultaneously, if still make the fixed component 4 laminate with the bottom of second household electrical appliances 2 with the magnetic adsorption mode in the joint.
Although the above-mentioned mounting means is described in connection with the first transverse rail 311, the second transverse rail 312, the first longitudinal rail 331, the second longitudinal rail 332, the first slider, the second slider, the first locking member 5, the second locking member 6 and the fixing member 4, this is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not limit the protection of the present invention. Modifications to the embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. For example, when the fluency between the first slider and the lateral rail or between the second slider and the longitudinal rail is low, the first locking member 5 or the second locking member 6 may not be provided. Or the number of the guide rails and the sliding blocks of the first guide assembly 31 or the second guide assembly 33 can be adjusted according to specific fixing requirements. The technical solutions adapted in this way do not depart from the basic principle of the invention and fall within the protection scope of the invention.
In summary, the mounting device of the present invention includes a first transverse rail 311, a second transverse rail 312, a first longitudinal rail 331, a second longitudinal rail 332, a first slider, and a second slider. The two ends of the first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312 are respectively connected to the first longitudinal rail 331 and the second longitudinal rail 332 through the second sliders in a sliding manner, and the two first sliders in the sliding connection on the first transverse rail 311 and the second transverse rail 312 are respectively connected with one fixing member 4, so that the fixing members 4 can move horizontally or vertically, the positions of the fixing members 4 at the top of the first household appliance 1 are adjusted, and the fixing members 4 can be aligned with the clamping positions at the bottom of the second household appliance 2.
