The invention solves the problems of large occupied space and complex effect control of the connection mode of the pilot valve and the main valve in the prior art, the pilot valve and the main valve are integrally installed through the oil way end cover, the pipeline installation is avoided, and the connection mode of the pilot valve and the main valve has the advantages of simple process, space saving, variable combination forms and strong assembly applicability.

The pilot valve is electrified, the valve rod is lifted by means of electromagnetic force, the pilot valve port is opened, the upper cavity of the electromagnetic valve is relieved by the pilot hole at the moment, low-high differential pressure is formed around the main valve core, and under the action of the differential pressure, the fluid pressure pushes the main valve core to move upwards to open the main valve port; when the power is cut off, under the action of spring force and gravity of the main valve core, the valve rod is reset, the pilot hole is closed, the main valve core moves downwards, and the main valve port is closed; the pressure of the upper cavity of the electromagnetic valve is increased, and the fluid pressure pressurizes the main valve core, so that the sealing is better.
The plug-in type electromagnetic valve is installed in a mode of inserting the installation block.
At present, a control valve of an engineering machine is mainly of a hydraulic control structure and is divided into a pilot valve and a main valve (a multi-way valve, the same applies below), the pilot valve and the main valve are of a split structure, the pilot valve is a control mechanism for operating other valves or elements, and an auxiliary valve is used and is connected with the pilot valve and the main valve through a hydraulic pipeline. 1) the pilot valve mounting block (4) and the end cover (2) of the main valve (1) are of an integral structure;
2) the pilot valve mounting block (4) and the end cover (2) of the main valve (1) are of independent structures;
3) the pilot valve mounting block (4) and the end cover (2) of the main valve (1) are of a combined structure.

The pilot valve and main valve integrated valve combination as claimed in claim 6, wherein when the pilot valve mounting block (4) and the end cover (2) of the main valve (1) are of an integral structure, an oil inlet passage, an oil return passage, a valve element spring cavity of the main valve (1), a pilot valve mounting hole and a control oil passage are arranged inside and on the surface of the pilot valve mounting block (4); and a valve core spring of the main valve (1) is arranged in a valve core spring cavity of the main valve (1).
8. A pilot valve and main valve integrated valve combination according to claim 1, characterized in that a sealing member is provided between the mounting surfaces of the pilot valve (3) and the pilot valve mounting block (4).
9. A pilot valve and main valve integrated valve combination according to claim 1, characterized in that a sealing is arranged between the pilot valve mounting block (4) and the mounting plane of the main valve (1).
