Generally, when the connecting rod with relatively long length runs in the working area of the slow gear, the tooth part of the slow gear is only meshed with the rear driving wheel and is not meshed with the front driving wheel because the chain clamp is in a contraction state. That is, the tooth portion of the slow gear plate exerts only an urging force on the rear clamp body in the wrap angle region of the slow gear plate, and cannot drive the front clamp body at the other end of the connecting rod. Therefore, when the length of the connecting rod is longer, the negative effect of unbalanced stress of the mechanism is increased, and the large number of side-by-side chain clamps are in the driving state and are pushed to operate, so that the pressure bearing load of stress parts of related elements is greatly increased, and the deformation and the damage of a mechanical device are easily caused.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a driving assembly of a film stretching chain clamp according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a top view illustrating an inlet platform 70 of a film stretching apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The driving assembly of the film stretching chain clamp provided by one embodiment of the present invention comprises a slow gear 10 and an auxiliary gear 20. The slow toothed disc 10 is used to drive the rear drive wheel 425 of the chain clamp 40. The auxiliary fluted disc 20 and the slow fluted disc 10 are coaxially arranged and synchronously run, the auxiliary fluted disc 20 is located above the slow fluted disc 10, the diameter of the auxiliary fluted disc 20 is greater than that of the slow fluted disc 10, the number of teeth of the auxiliary fluted disc 20 is the same as that of the slow fluted disc 10, and the auxiliary fluted disc 20 is used for driving the chain clamp 40 to move.
In the above-mentioned driving assembly of the film stretching chain clamp, in the process that the slow-speed fluted disc 10 operates to drive the rear driving wheel 425 of the chain clamp 40 to move, since the auxiliary fluted disc 20 synchronously contacts the chain clamp 40 and synchronously drives the chain clamp 40 to move, the stress point of the chain clamp 40 in the moving process of the area corresponding to the slow-speed fluted disc 10 is not only the rear driving wheel 425 but also synchronously receives the driving force exerted by the auxiliary fluted disc 20, the mechanical stress coordination is greatly improved, thereby the influence of unbalanced stress on the chain clamp 40 in the area corresponding to the slow-speed fluted disc 10 on the normal operation of the chain clamp can be avoided, and the deformation and damage of the mechanical device caused by unbalanced stress for a long time can be avoided.
Further, the auxiliary toothed disc 20 is adapted to contact the front drive wheel 415 of the chain clamp 40 to drive the front drive wheel 415 in movement. Specifically, the tooth opening of the auxiliary toothed plate 20 can be fitted over the side wall of the front drive wheel 415, for example, the tooth opening of the auxiliary toothed plate 20 can be fitted over the side wall of the front drive wheel 415, so that the front drive wheel 415 is driven forward by the auxiliary toothed plate 20 when it rotates. In addition, in order to achieve synchronous contact between the slow toothed disc 10 and the auxiliary toothed disc 20 and the rear driving wheel 425 and the front driving wheel 415 respectively, the auxiliary toothed disc 20 is located above the slow toothed disc 10, that is, the top of the front driving wheel 415 is higher than the rear driving wheel 425, so that the auxiliary toothed disc 20 can synchronously contact the front driving wheel 415.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a driving assembly of a film stretching chain clamp according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a top view showing an inlet platform 70 of a film stretching apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the auxiliary toothed disc 20 is used to contact the auxiliary driving wheel 30 mounted on the connecting rod 430 of the chain clamp 40 to drive the auxiliary driving wheel 30 to move. Specifically, the tooth opening portion of the auxiliary toothed disc 20 can be sleeved outside the sidewall of the auxiliary driving wheel 30, for example, the tooth opening portion of the auxiliary toothed disc 20 is matched with the sidewall of the auxiliary driving wheel 30, so that the auxiliary driving wheel 30 is synchronously driven to move forward when the auxiliary toothed disc 20 rotates. In addition, in order to achieve synchronous contact between the slow toothed disc 10 and the auxiliary toothed disc 20 and the rear driving wheel 425 and the auxiliary driving wheel 30, respectively, the auxiliary toothed disc 20 is located above the slow toothed disc 10, that is, the top of the auxiliary driving wheel 30 is higher than the rear driving wheel 425, so that the auxiliary toothed disc 20 can synchronously contact the front driving wheel 415. Compared with the front driving wheel 415, the auxiliary driving wheel 30 is located on the connecting rod 430, and is closer to the rear driving wheel 425 than the front driving wheel 415, so that the diameter of the auxiliary toothed disc 20 can be relatively reduced, and especially when the film 90 is stretched longer than the connecting rod 430, the auxiliary driving wheel 30 is designed on the connecting rod 430, so that the volume size of the auxiliary toothed disc 20 can be reduced to a certain extent, and the cost can be saved.
Further, the driving assembly of the film stretching chain clamp also comprises a driving motor. And a power output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the slow fluted disc 10. The auxiliary fluted disc 20 is fixedly arranged on the slow fluted disc 10. Thus, when the driving motor drives the slow-speed gear 10 to rotate, the slow-speed gear 10 synchronously drives the auxiliary gear 20 to rotate.
It can be understood that the power output shaft can be directly connected to the slow-speed toothed disc 10, and a rotating shaft can be added between the power output shaft and the slow-speed toothed disc 10, that is, the power output shaft drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft drives the slow-speed toothed disc 10 to rotate. Of course, a gear assembly can be further disposed between the power output shaft and the slow-speed fluted disc 10, the gear assembly is engaged with the slow-speed fluted disc 10, the power output shaft transmits the rotating force to the gear assembly, and the gear assembly drives the slow-speed fluted disc 10 to rotate.

In the film stretching device, when the slow-speed toothed disc 10 operates to drive the rear driving wheel 425 of the chain clamp 40 to move, the auxiliary toothed disc 20 synchronously contacts the chain clamp 40 and synchronously drives the chain clamp 40 to move, so that the stress point of the chain clamp 40 in the moving process of the area corresponding to the slow-speed toothed disc 10 is not only the rear driving wheel 425 but also synchronously receives the driving force applied by the auxiliary toothed disc 20, the mechanical stress coordination is greatly improved, the normal operation of the chain clamp 40 is prevented from being influenced by the unbalanced stress of the area corresponding to the slow-speed toothed disc 10, and the deformation and damage of the mechanical device caused by the unbalanced stress of the mechanical device for a long time are avoided.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, 6 and 8, the first moving assembly 410 further includes two first rollers 412 rotatably disposed on the front moving seat 411, and the two first rollers 412 are respectively disposed on two sides of the front track plate 51 and can roll along a side surface of the front track plate 51. The second moving assembly 420 further includes two second rollers 422 rotatably disposed on the rear moving base 421, and the two second rollers 422 are respectively disposed on two sides of the rear rail plate 52 and can roll along a side surface of the rear rail plate 52. Thus, when in use, the first moving assemblies 410 are sequentially mounted on the front track plate 51, the second moving assemblies 420 are sequentially mounted on the rear track plate 52, and the film clamping members 413 of the first moving assemblies 410 synchronously and correspondingly clamp a plurality of portions of one side of the film 90, respectively, so that the film 90 is clamped by the film stretching chain clamping members to move forward along the track 50. When the distance between the front track plate 51 and the rear track plate 52 changes, the included angle between two adjacent connecting rods 430 changes correspondingly, and then the distance between two adjacent film clamping pieces 413 changes, so as to stretch or shrink the film 90. When the film stretching chain clamp assembly moves on the two guide rails, the two first rollers 412 of the first moving assembly 410 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the front rail plate 51 and roll along the side surface of the front rail plate 51, and the second rollers 422 of the second moving assembly 420 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the rear rail plate 52 and roll along the side surface of the rear rail plate 52, so that the operation stability can be improved, and the operation failure rate is low.
It should be noted that, when the distance between the front rail plate 51 and the rear rail plate 52 is decreased, for example, the included angle between two adjacent connecting rods 430 is correspondingly increased, so that the distance between two adjacent film clamping members 413 is increased, and the two film clamping members 413 play a role in stretching the film 90; when the distance between the front rail plate 51 and the rear rail plate 52 is increased, for example, the included angle between two adjacent connecting rods 430 is correspondingly decreased, so that the distance between two adjacent film clamping members 413 is decreased, and the two film clamping members 413 play a role in shrinking the film 90.
Specifically, the two first rollers 412 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the front rail plate 51 and can roll along the side surface of the front rail plate 51. The two second rollers 422 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the rear rail plate 52 and can roll along the side surface of the rear rail plate 52. Therefore, the operation stability can be improved, and the operation failure rate is low.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 8, the first moving assembly 410 further includes a third roller 414 rotatably disposed on the front moving seat 411. The third roller 414 is disposed on the top surface of the front rail plate 51 and can roll along the top surface of the front rail plate 51. In this way, when the film stretching chain clamp assembly runs on the track 50, the third roller 414 of the first moving assembly 410 rolls along the top surface of the front track plate 51, the third roller 414 plays a role of supporting the front moving seat 411, so that the first moving assembly 410 can rapidly run on the front track plate 51, and in addition, the two first rollers 412 of the first moving assembly 410 synchronously move along the two side surfaces of the front track plate 51, so as to play a role of positioning the first moving assembly 410, and thus the first moving assembly 410 can stably run on the front track plate 51.
In one embodiment, the second moving assembly 420 further includes a fourth roller 423 rotatably disposed on the rear moving base 421. The fourth roller 423 is disposed on the top surface of the rear rail plate 52 and can roll along the top surface of the rear rail plate 52. In this way, when the film stretching chain clamp assembly runs on the rail 50, similarly, the fourth roller 423 of the second moving assembly 420 rolls along the top surface of the rear rail plate 52, and the fourth roller 423 plays a role of supporting the rear moving seat 421, so that the second moving assembly 420 can run on the rear rail plate 52 quickly. In addition, the two second rollers 422 of the second moving assembly 420 move along the two sides of the rear rail plate 52 synchronously, so as to position the second moving assembly 420, and thus, the second moving assembly 420 can stably run on the rear rail plate 52.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the connecting rod 430 includes more than two link plates 431. One end of the link plate 431 is rotatably connected to the front moving seat 411, and the other end of the link plate 431 is connected to the rear moving seat 421. The link plates 431 are respectively disposed at both side surfaces of the first roller 412 adjacent to the rear rail plate 52, and the link plates 431 are respectively disposed at both side surfaces of the second roller 422 adjacent to the front rail plate 51. Thus, the rotatable link plates 431 are disposed on both sides of the first roller 412 adjacent to the rear track plate 52, and when a large force is applied, the supporting force of the link plates 431 on both sides of the first roller 412 is utilized to counteract the unidirectional deformation, thereby greatly improving the pressure resistance of the bearing. Similarly, the rotatable chain plates 431 are arranged on both sides of the second roller 422 close to the front track plate 51, and when a large acting force is applied, the supporting force of the chain plates 431 on both sides of the second roller 422 is utilized to counteract the unidirectional deformation, so that the pressure resistance of the bearing is greatly improved.
It is understood that the first moving assembly 410 and the second moving assembly 420 are alternately arranged, that is, the first moving assembly 410 is adjacent to two second moving assemblies 420, the second moving assembly 420 is adjacent to two first moving assemblies 410, the first moving assembly 410 is exemplified by the first moving assembly 410, the first moving assembly 410 is required to be rotatably connected with one of the adjacent second moving assemblies 420 through one connecting rod 430, and the first moving assembly 410 is also required to be rotatably connected with the other adjacent second moving assembly 420 through the other connecting rod 430, so that the first moving assembly 410 is connected with two connecting rods 430, and thus, more than four link plates 431 are rotatably connected with the first moving assembly 410. Similarly, more than four link plates 431 are rotatably connected to the second moving assembly 420.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, a rotation axis center line of the first roller 412 close to the rear rail plate 52 and a rotation axis center line of one end of the link plate 431 on the front moving seat 411 are arranged in a collinear manner; the center line of the rotation shaft of the second roller 422 adjacent to the front rail plate 51 is arranged in line with the center line of the rotation shaft of the other end of the link plate 431 on the rear moving seat 421. In this way, a force point of the first moving assembly 410 is concentrated on the central line of the rotating shaft of the first roller 412, and a force part of the second moving assembly 420 is concentrated on the central line of the rotating shaft of the second roller 422, which can achieve more stable and reliable operation.
Further, the link plate 431 of the front moving seat 411 and the first roller 412 adjacent to the rear rail plate 52 are disposed on the same rotating shaft. The link plate 431 of the rear moving seat 421 is disposed on the same rotation shaft as the second roller 422 adjacent to the front rail plate 51.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the number of the link plates 431 of the link 430 is two, and the thickness of the link plates 431, the thickness of the first roller 412, and the thickness of the second roller 422 are the same. In two adjacent first moving assemblies 410, the number of the link plates 431 respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the first roller 412 of one of the first moving assemblies 410 is two, and the number of the link plates 431 respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the first roller 412 of the other first moving assembly 410 is three and one; in two adjacent second moving assemblies 420, the number of the link plates 431 respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the second roller 422 of one of the second moving assemblies 420 is two, and the number of the link plates 431 respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the second roller 422 of the other second moving assembly 420 is three and one. In this way, the first rollers 412 of two adjacent first moving assemblies 410 can be arranged in a staggered manner, and the second rollers 422 of two adjacent second moving assemblies 420 can be arranged in a staggered manner.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the front moving seat 411 and the rear moving seat 421 are each a body in an "i" shape, a concave opening 4111 of one side of the front moving seat 411 facing the rear track plate 52 is provided with one end of two chain plates 431 arranged in an overlapping manner, and a concave opening 4211 of one side of the rear moving seat 421 facing the front track plate 51 is provided with the other end of two chain plates 431 arranged in an overlapping manner; the two first rollers 412 on the bottom surface of the front movable seat 411 are located at the same height position, and the two second rollers 422 on the bottom surface of the rear movable seat 421 are located at the same height position; the bottom surface of the front moving seat 411 is provided with a first roller 412 and one end of two link plates 431 in an overlapping manner, and the bottom surface of the rear moving seat 421 is provided with a second roller 422 and the other end of two link plates 431 in an overlapping manner.
The first roller 412 of the bottom surface of one of the front moving seats 411 is located above two of the link plates 431, and the first roller 412 of the bottom surface of the other adjacent front moving seat 411 is located between the two link plates 431. Further, in order to realize that the two first rollers 412 on the bottom surface of the other front moving seat 411 are located at the same height position, a cushion block 4113 is disposed on a side of the bottom surface of the front moving seat 411 away from the rear track plate 52, the thickness of the cushion block 4113 is the same as that of the link plate 431, and the first roller 412 on the front moving seat 411 away from the rear track plate 52 is rotatably mounted on the cushion block 4113.
The second roller 422 of the bottom surface of one of the rear movable seats 421 is located above two of the link plates 431, and the second roller 422 of the bottom surface of the other adjacent rear movable seat 421 is located between two of the link plates 431. Further, in order to realize that the two second rollers 422 on the bottom surface of the other rear movable seat 421 are located at the same height position, a cushion block 4212 is disposed on a side of the bottom surface of the rear movable seat 421 away from the front rail plate 51, the thickness of the cushion block 4212 is the same as that of the link plate 431, and the second roller 422 on the rear movable seat 421 away from the front rail plate 51 is rotatably mounted on the cushion block 4212.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the first rollers 412 of two adjacent first moving assemblies 410 are disposed in a staggered manner, and the second rollers 422 of two adjacent second moving assemblies 420 are disposed in a staggered manner. In this way, when the distance between the front track plate 51 and the rear track plate 52 is increased, the included angle between two adjacent connecting rods 430 is correspondingly decreased, and because the first rollers 412 of two adjacent first moving assemblies 410 are arranged in a staggered manner, the included angle between two adjacent connecting rods 430 can be decreased, which is beneficial to the distance between two adjacent film clamping members 413 being smaller; in addition, under a certain width space of the chain clamp 40, the first roller 412 and the second roller 422 with larger diameters can be configured, so that the physical sizes of the stress components including the first roller 412 and the second roller 422, such as the connecting rod 430 shaft, the first roller 412 and the second roller 422, and the like are increased, and the mechanical strength of the mechanism is effectively improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the front track plate 51 and the rear track plate 52 are both plate-shaped, the wheel surfaces of the two first rollers 412 are respectively attached to two plate surfaces of the front track plate 51, and the wheel surfaces of the two second rollers 422 are respectively attached to two plate surfaces of the rear track plate 52. As described above, when the first moving unit 410 moves along the front rail plate 51, the wheel surface of the first roller 412 runs on the plate surface of the front rail plate 51 in a rotating manner, and similarly, when the second moving unit 420 moves along the rear rail plate 52, the wheel surface of the second roller 422 runs on the plate surface of the rear rail plate 52 in a rotating manner, so that the operation stability can be improved and the operation failure rate is low.

The second moving assembly 420 further includes a fifth roller 424 rotatably disposed on the rear moving seat 421. The limiting member 60 is disposed along the rear rail plate 52 and above the rear moving seat 421, a wheel surface of the fifth roller 424 contacts with the limiting member 60 or a gap is formed therebetween, and the fifth roller 424 can roll along the limiting member 60. Thus, on one hand, the limiting member 60 can prevent the fifth roller 424 from tilting upward to cause the second moving assembly 420 to be separated from the front track plate 51, and can ensure that the second moving assembly 420 stably runs on the rear track plate 52; on the other hand, during the movement of the second moving assembly 420 along the rear rail plate 52, the fifth roller 424 can also roll along the limiting member 60, and the whole film stretching chain clamp assembly has better operation stability on the rear rail plate 52. That is, once the film stretching chain clamp assembly is slightly separated from the top surface of the guide rail, the fifth roller 424 presses against the restraining member 60 and rolls rapidly along the restraining member 60, thereby ensuring the film stretching chain clamp assembly to safely run along the existing track. Specifically, the stopper 60 is a stopper bar provided directly above the rear rail plate 52, and is provided corresponding to the rear rail plate 52.
