In the process of pumping water of the water pump 1, the main filter plate 6 and the secondary filter plate 7 can filter the past water flow, the main filter plate 6 can block large sundries, and the secondary filter plate 7 can filter small sundries, so that the best sundries blocking effect is achieved.
When the device needs to be cleaned at one end of use, the valve of the connecting pipe between the lower water tank 4 and the water inlet hose 3 is closed, and then the cover I15, the cover II 16 and the pipe cover 13-5 are opened for cleaning the device, and two workers can cooperate to perform the cleaning.
When cleaning, a worker can firstly take up the regulator 12, slide the cross fixing frame 12-1 into the cross fixing groove 11-4, then rotate the rotating frame 12-3 by taking the axis of the upright post 12-2 as a central line, further drive the screw 11-1 to rotate by taking the axis of the screw 11-1 as the central line by driving the positioning column 11-3 in the process of rotating the rotating frame 12-3, the screw 11-1 is connected in the threaded hole 9-1 in a threaded fit manner, and when the screw 11-1 rotates, the position of the pushing frame 8 limits, the transmission cylinder 9 moves axially downwards, namely the transmission cylinder 9 slides downwards in the main cylinder 10-1.
The driving cylinder 9 drives the pushing frame 8 to move downwards when moving downwards, meanwhile, the downward movement of the pushing frame 8 drives the connecting rod 14-1 to move downwards, so that the connecting rod 14-1 rotates inwards by taking the axis of the rotating connecting end of the connecting rod and the supporting leg of the pushing frame 8 as a central line, the connecting rod 14-1 pushes the sliding plate 14-2 inwards when moving, and accordingly sundries on the plate surface 13-1 are pushed into the trapezoidal box 13-2.
During the movement, another worker can properly inject water into the upper water tank 5 through the water injection pipe 5-3 to cooperate with the sliding plate 14-2 to flush out sundries on the plate surface 13-1 from the water outlet pipe 13-4 through the trapezoid tank 13-2 so as to finish the cleaning operation, and after the cleaning operation is finished, the regulator 12 is placed on the placing ring 5-2, and then the cover I15, the cover II 16 and the pipe cover 13-5 are covered again.
