Abstract
本发明涉及螺杆钻具技术领域,尤其涉及一种无磁高速传动轴总成。包括传动轴、下密封接头、下TC外套、限位套、定位套、承压套、隔套、串轴承、水帽、上TC外套、传动轴壳体、上密封接头、活塞、耐磨套以及万向轴壳体。本装置传动轴与水帽表面噴焊耐磨合金与铍青铜外套配合,上壳体用活塞密封。从而降低成本与加工难度提高工作效率,及产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及螺杆钻具技术领域,尤其涉及一种无磁高速传动轴总成。
背景技术
螺杆杆钻具是一种液力机械,是一种把液体的压力能转换为机械能的能量转换装置,也称为容积式马达,具有高速大扭矩的特性,是目前煤矿钻井工程中常用的井下工具之一,也是最广泛使用的一种井下动力钻具。螺杆钻具主要由代用接头、马达总成、万向轴总成、传动轴总成等组成。其中传动轴总成是螺杆钻具的重要部件之一,它的寿命决定了螺杆钻具的总体寿命,传动轴总成主要用于传递转速、扭矩,当使用高转速大功率的马达时,由于输出转速、扭矩较大,传动轴发生损坏时,造成钻井作业事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种无磁高速传动轴总成。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种无磁高速传动轴总成,其特征在于:包括传动轴、下密封接头、下TC外套、限位套、定位套、承压套、隔套、串轴承、水帽、上TC外套、传动轴壳体、上密封接头、活塞、耐磨套以及万向轴壳体;所述下密封接头与所述传动轴壳体的一端螺纹连接,所述下密封接头套在所述传动轴上,所述下TC外套置于所述传动轴与所述下密封接头之间,下密封接头的前端与所述下TC外套上的阶梯台配合,所述限位套套在所述传动轴上,定位套位于所述限位套与所述传动轴壳体之间,定位套的两端分别与所述下TC外套和隔套接触配合,所述承压套位于所述限位套一侧并套在所述传动轴上,所述隔套套在所述成压套上,所述串轴承设置在所述传动轴与所述传动轴壳体支架,串轴承与所述水帽一端连接,上密封接头与所述传动轴壳体的另一端螺纹连接,所述上TC外套套在所述水帽上,所述活塞套在所述水帽上并位于所述上密封接头内,所述万向轴壳体与所述上密封接头的另一端螺纹连接,耐磨套镶嵌在万向轴壳体内。
优选地,所述水帽表面喷涂有耐磨合金。
优选地,所述上TC外套和下TC外套分别采用铍青铜材料。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本装置传动轴与水帽表面噴焊耐磨合金与铍青铜外套配合,上壳体用活塞密封。从而降低成本与加工难度提高工作效率,及产品质量。

具体实施方式

如图1-3所示,一种无磁高速传动轴总成,包括传动轴1、下密封接头2、下TC外套3、限位套4、定位套5、承压套6、隔套7、串轴承8、水帽9、上TC外套10、传动轴壳体11、上密封接头12、活塞3、耐磨套14以及万向轴壳体15;所述下密封接头与所述传动轴壳体的一端螺纹连接,所述下密封接头套在所述传动轴上,下密封接头与传动轴之间设有密封圈,对传动轴进行密封。
所述下TC外套3置于所述传动轴1与所述下密封接头2之间,下密封接头2的前端与所述下TC外套3上的阶梯台配合,也就是说下密封接头卡止在该位置。所述限位套4套在所述传动轴上,限位套两端分别卡在传动轴上和承压套之间。
定位套5位于所述限位套4与所述传动轴壳体11之间,定位套的两端分别与所述下TC外套3和隔套7接触配合,所述承压套6位于所述限位套一侧并套在所述传动轴上,承压套的两端分别与限位套和串轴承接触配合。
所述隔套套在所述成压套上,所述串轴承设置在所述传动轴与所述传动轴壳体支架,串轴承与所述水帽一端连接,上密封接头与所述传动轴壳体的另一端螺纹连接,所述上TC外套套在所述水帽上,所述活塞套在所述水帽上并位于所述上密封接头内,所述万向轴壳体与所述上密封接头的另一端螺纹连接,耐磨套镶嵌在万向轴壳体内。所述水帽表面喷涂有耐磨合金。所述上TC外套和下TC外套分别采用铍青铜材料。所有材料均选用无磁材料。下密封接头上带有注油孔,采用油密封,起到润滑的作用。

1.一种无磁高速传动轴总成,其特征在于:包括传动轴、下密封接头、下TC外套、限位套、定位套、承压套、隔套、串轴承、水帽、上TC外套、传动轴壳体、上密封接头、活塞、耐磨套以及万向轴壳体;所述下密封接头与所述传动轴壳体的一端螺纹连接,所述下密封接头套在所述传动轴上,所述下TC外套置于所述传动轴与所述下密封接头之间,下密封接头的前端与所述下TC外套上的阶梯台配合,所述限位套套在所述传动轴上,定位套位于所述限位套与所述传动轴壳体之间,定位套的两端分别与所述下TC外套和隔套接触配合,所述承压套位于所述限位套一侧并套在所述传动轴上,所述隔套套在所述成压套上,所述串轴承设置在所述传动轴与所述传动轴壳体支架,串轴承与所述水帽一端连接,上密封接头与所述传动轴壳体的另一端螺纹连接,所述上TC外套套在所述水帽上,所述活塞套在所述水帽上并位于所述上密封接头内,所述万向轴壳体与所述上密封接头的另一端螺纹连接,耐磨套设置在水帽和万向轴壳体之间。
