The invention discloses a steel bar positioning device and a steel bar positioning method in slip form construction, wherein the steel bar positioning device comprises a transverse guide rail, a connecting plate and a U-shaped positioning pile which are fixed on slip form equipment, the U-shaped positioning pile is fixed on the connecting plate, and the closed end of the U-shaped positioning pile extends out of the connecting plate to form a space for a steel bar to pass through; the connecting plate is also provided with a through hole, and the L-shaped bolt passes through the through hole and is connected and fastened with the nut; the end of the L-shaped bolt is bent and is abutted against the surface of the transverse guide rail, and the connecting plate and the transverse guide rail are fixed through the tightening force of the nut and the bolt. In the invention, the vertical position of the transverse guide rail is not changed in the lifting process, the position relation between the U-shaped positioning pile and the transverse guide rail is also fixed, and the vertical positions of the reinforcing steel bars at all heights can be ensured to be the same.

When the slip form is constructed, a problem needs to be solved: the positioning and binding of the steel bars must be completed within the specified unit time, the overlarge and displacement of the vertical steel bar spacing is prevented in the construction process, and the construction quality of the slip form concrete is ensured.

The invention aims to provide a steel bar positioning device and a steel bar positioning method in slip form construction, so as to quickly and accurately complete vertical steel bar positioning in slip form construction.
