Abstract
The invention relates to a PVC-TPU (polyvinyl chloride-thermoplastic polyurethane) adhesive sports floor and a preparation method thereof. The sports floor is prepared by preparing the foaming layer, the stabilizing layer and the PVC layer through melting, and then adhering the TPU layer containing the polyvinyl chloride paste resin to the PVC layer in a double-adhesion mode to prepare the PVC-TPU adhesion method sports floor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sports floor production, in particular to a PVC-TPU (polyvinyl chloride-thermoplastic polyurethane) bonding sports floor and a preparation method thereof.
Background
PVC is one of common engineering plastics, has thermoplasticity, is insoluble in water, gasoline and ethanol, swells or dissolves in ether, ketone, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon, has strong corrosion resistance and good dielectric property, not only has the characteristic of light weight, but also has the characteristics of high strength, oil resistance, chemical resistance and the like, and is frequently used for materials such as sports floors and the like. However, it has the following disadvantages: 1. the toughness is poor, and the steel plate is easy to brittle fracture when being impacted; 2. the brittleness of polyvinyl chloride is greatly influenced by temperature, the lower limit of the use of general PVC products is-15 ℃, and the lower limit of the use of soft PVC is-30 ℃. PVC has a plurality of toughening modifiers which can be roughly divided into elastomer toughening modifiers and non-elastomer toughening modifiers, and the toughening modifiers have better effects such AS EVA, NBR, TPU, SBR, ABS, MBS, ACR, CPE, AS, PS and the like.
However, in the prior art, the phenomena that the compatibility of PVC and a modified material is poor, so that the adhesion force of two phases is insufficient, the layering and cracking are easy to occur in the using process, the performance of the blend is reduced or unstable, and a good toughening effect cannot be generated.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a PVC-TPU bonding sports floor and a preparation method thereof, wherein PVC is bonded with TPU, so that the floor has better elasticity, and the surface stain resistance effect is improved by more than 10 times; the friction resistance coefficient is improved by more than 100 times, the anti-ultraviolet effect reaches the national standard (GB/18586) through certification, and the aging test reaches the national standard.

Preferably, the PVC layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of PVC resin, 55-65 parts of plasticizer, 1-1.3 parts of barium-zinc stabilizer and 1.0-1.3 parts of dye.
Preferably, the raw materials of the stabilizing layer comprise, by weight: 80-100 parts of PVC resin, 55-65 parts of plasticizer, 1-1.3 parts of barium-zinc stabilizer and 28-35 parts of calcium carbonate.
Preferably, the foaming layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of PVC resin, 55-65 parts of plasticizer, 1.0-1.8 parts of potassium zinc stabilizer, 2.5-3.5 parts of VC foaming agent and 1.0-1.3 parts of dye.
Preferably, the plasticizer is the plasticizer DOP.
Preferably, in the TPU layer, the coating thickness of the polyvinyl chloride paste resin on the surface of the TUP is 3 to 5 mm.

(1) coating and sizing the surface layer, mixing PVC resin, a plasticizer, a barium-zinc stabilizer and dye, melting and refining at high temperature to form melt adhesive, coating the melt adhesive by a coating machine at the temperature of 160-200 ℃ and the vehicle speed of 10-12m/min, and shaping the melt adhesive to obtain a PVC layer;
(2) cloth base bonding, namely melting PVC resin, a plasticizer, a barium-zinc stabilizer and calcium carbonate at high temperature to obtain molten glue, coating the molten glue on the surface of the PVC layer prepared in the step (1), and shaping the molten glue to obtain a stable layer;
(3) coating a foaming layer: melting PVC resin, a plasticizer, a potassium-zinc stabilizer, a VC foaming agent and dye at high temperature, smelting into molten gel, coating the molten gel on the surface of the stable layer prepared in the step (2), and shaping the molten gel to obtain a foaming layer;
(4) and (3) TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) laminating: the PVC is taken as a main machine, a film coating machine is matched with the production method, polyvinyl chloride paste resin is heated and melted, the polyvinyl chloride paste resin and TPU are placed in the film coating machine to be compatible to obtain a TPU layer, the prepared TPU layer and the PVC layer are pressed, and the obtained TPU layer and the PVC layer are cooled, formed and rolled to obtain the PVC-TPU bonding sports floor.
Preferably, the bonding process of the TPU main material and the PVC in the step (4) adopts double embossing bonding.
Preferably, the viscosity of the melt-prepared mixed liquid in the process of the laminating machine in the step (4) is 3000-8000pa.s, and the flow rate is 15-20 m/min.
Preferably, the polyvinyl chloride paste resin is a modified 110PVC resin or a modified 120PVC resin.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the modification of the PVC layer by the TUP is completed by bonding the TPU layer dissolved with the polyvinyl chloride paste resin to the PVC layer, so that the compatibility of the TPU layer and the PVC layer is greatly improved, the phenomena of layering and cracking in the use process caused by incompatibility of the TPU and the PVC in the prior art are overcome, and the technical problem of performance reduction or instability caused by blending of the TPU layer and the PVC layer is avoided;
