Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides a general type urban railway fastener which characterized in that: the insulating coupling base plate is directly laid on the base, a lower iron base plate, an elastic cushion layer, an upper iron base plate, a nylon insulating cover, a flat cushion block and a heavy spring washer are sequentially laid on the insulating coupling base plate, and an anchoring bolt sequentially penetrates through the insulating coupling base plate from top to bottom and is in anchoring connection with the base; fixing a steel rail on the upper iron base plate;
the lower iron base plate is provided with a convex upright post, and the height of the upright post is smaller than the sum of the heights of the elastic cushion layer and the upper iron base plate which are penetrated through the upright post in a natural state; when the anchor bolt is installed and pre-tightened, the nylon insulating cover compresses the elastic cushion layer through the upper iron base plate until the lower surface of the nylon insulating cover is flush with the top surface of the upright post;
the rigidity of the elastic cushion layer is adjustable, and the elastic cushion layer with the first rigidity is adopted in a non-small-radius curve section in a general road section; in a non-small-radius curve section in the vibration damping road section, an elastic cushion layer with second rigidity is adopted; in the small-radius curve sections in the general road section and the vibration reduction road section, an elastic cushion layer with third rigidity is adopted; wherein the second stiffness < the first stiffness < the third stiffness.
2. The universal urban railway fastener as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the lower part of the nylon insulation cover is provided with a convex edge, the edge is inserted into a gap between the upright columns on the upper iron base plate and the lower iron base plate, and the upper iron base plate and the lower iron base plate are locked in the horizontal direction.

the inner part of the convex edge at the lower part of the nylon insulation cover and the upright post on the lower iron base plate form a matching shape for preventing relative rotation.

the cross sections of the inner part of the protruded edge at the lower part of the nylon insulation cover and the upright post on the lower iron base plate are oblate.
5. The universal urban railway fastener as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the upper part of the nylon insulation cover and the lower part of the flat cushion block form a matching shape for preventing relative rotation.
6. The universal urban railway fastener as claimed in claim 5, wherein:
the upper surface of the nylon insulation cover is provided with a groove, and matched with the groove, the lower surface of the flat cushion block is provided with a convex boss.
7. The universal urban railway fastener as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
and a lower rail base plate is placed in the rail bearing groove of the upper iron base plate, the steel rail is laid on the lower rail base plate, and an insulating gauge block is arranged between the rail bearing groove and the steel rail.
