Abstract

本发明提供一种无纺布生产工艺,涉及无纺布生产领域。该一种无纺布生产工艺,包括原料处理,加入色母和碎化色母颗粒;喷丝处理,将物料喷送至成网输送带上;强化处理,在无纺布的中部铺设尼龙网;二次滚压,将无纺布上下两侧的纤维以及中部铺设的尼龙网充分熔合在一起;包装处理,收卷前剪除毛边,使得无纺布免去后期的染色处理,而两次喷丝处理可以使得无纺布两面具有不同的颜色,同时无纺布的中部铺设有尼龙网使得无纺布的强度更高,更耐用。

一种无纺布生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产技术领域,具体为一种无纺布生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
现有的无纺布生产过程中,若是加强无纺布的强度一般在原材料中增加各种添加剂。则是提高了的无纺布的生产成本,同时各种添加剂对于无纺布的回收利用存在影响。在无纺布生产出来后,也会有对无纺布的颜色进行更改。则需要进行染色处理,染色本身回对环境有较大的污染,使得无纺布的染色成本大大增加。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种无纺布生产工艺,解决了现有无纺布强度较低和无纺布染色成本高的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种无纺布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Sp1:原料处理
选择无色且颗粒均匀的聚丙烯颗粒,并加入色母颗粒,根据生产的要求可选择不同颜色的色母,聚丙烯颗粒的量和色母添加总量是1000:15,若色母颗粒大于聚丙烯颗粒则需要将色母颗粒进行破碎细化处理,使得色母颗粒的大小不大于聚丙烯颗粒的大小,将聚丙烯颗粒和色母颗粒置于搅拌机中混合充分。
Sp2:喷丝处理
将充分混合的物料置于螺杆挤压机上的料斗中,通过螺杆旋转将物料从纺丝模头通过冷风送出,并均匀喷涂在成网输送带。
Sp3:强化处理
成网输送带的纤维上层铺设一层均有经纬的尼龙网,尼龙网的目数为30~50,编制尼龙网的单根尼龙线的直径是0.05~0.1mm,并通过第一次滚压,将尼龙网黏附在纤维上,其压辊表面光滑,滚压的厚度在0.8~1.5mm。
Sp4:二次滚压
在铺设的尼龙网上层进行Sp2的操作,其规格一致,再进行第二次滚压,压辊的表面设置有凸纹,凸纹为单个不相连接的图案,且图案的面积在2~4mm2,图案之间的间距为1~3mm,滚压的厚度在0.5~1mm,压辊的温度控制在155~170℃。
Sp5:包装处理
从第二次滚压传送出后,沿着成网输送带传送方向进行风冷,至无纺布的温度趋向至室温后,进行无纺布的收卷包装工作,在包装前,需要将无纺布两侧的毛边剪除。
优选的,所述螺杆挤压机的螺杆长度为60~100cm,螺杆的两端均设置有温度补偿装置,其螺杆进料的一端的温度为150~170℃,螺杆出料的一端的温度为200~220℃,所述纺丝模头的温度为230~240℃。
优选的,所述纺丝模头的出料量小于2000m3/h,纺丝模头处的冷风送出量与出料量为2:1。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种无纺布生产工艺。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明,在生产的原材料(聚丙烯)中加入色母,使得无纺布在后期无需染色,通过不同颜色的色母即可获得不同颜色的无纺布,降低无纺布的生产成本,减少污染,同时该发明采用二次喷丝滚压处理,使得无纺布两面可以具有两种不同的颜色,提高无纺布的实用性。
2、本发明,在无纺布的中部铺设有尼龙网,可以提高无纺布的强度,从而提高无纺布的实用性,若将尼龙网替换成其它具有功能性的材料,可以使得无纺布具有其它的优点。
3、本发明,原材料的使用单一,生产过程中铺设的尼龙网,也可通过聚丙烯和尼龙熔点不同而分离,该无纺布的回收利用价值高,可以减轻白色污染的压力。

下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:
一种无纺布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Sp1:原料处理
选择无色且颗粒均匀的聚丙烯颗粒,并加入色母颗粒,根据生产的要求可选择不同颜色的色母,聚丙烯颗粒的量和色母添加总量是1000:15,若色母颗粒大于聚丙烯颗粒则需要将色母颗粒进行破碎细化处理,使得色母颗粒的大小不大于聚丙烯颗粒的大小,将聚丙烯颗粒和色母颗粒置于搅拌机中混合充分。

螺杆挤压机的螺杆长度为60~100cm,较长的螺杆可以在挤压送料时产生更多的热量,同时色母和聚丙烯的分布更均匀,螺杆的两端均设置有温度补偿装置,其螺杆进料的一端的温度为150~170℃,螺杆出料的一端的温度为200~220℃,所述纺丝模头的温度为230~240℃,纺丝模头的出料量小于2000m3/h,纺丝模头处的冷风送出量与出料量为2:1。

Claims (3)

1.一种无纺布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
Sp1:原料处理
选择无色且颗粒均匀的聚丙烯颗粒,并加入色母颗粒,根据生产的要求可选择不同颜色的色母,聚丙烯颗粒的量和色母添加总量是1000:15,若色母颗粒大于聚丙烯颗粒则需要将色母颗粒进行破碎细化处理,使得色母颗粒的大小不大于聚丙烯颗粒的大小,将聚丙烯颗粒和色母颗粒置于搅拌机中混合充分;
Sp2:喷丝处理
将充分混合的物料置于螺杆挤压机上的料斗中,通过螺杆旋转将物料从纺丝模头通过冷风送出,并均匀喷涂在成网输送带;
Sp3:强化处理

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述纺丝模头的出料量小于2000m3/h,纺丝模头处的冷风送出量与出料量为2:1。
