Technical Field

The generation of saline-alkali soil makes large-area soil resources difficult to utilize, and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity is reduced. Saline-alkali soil is a generic term for soil and alkaline earth. The saline soil mainly refers to saline soil containing high chloride or sulfate, the soil is alkaline but not necessarily high in pH value, the alkaline earth refers to soil containing carbonate or heavy phosphate, the pH value is high, the soil is alkaline, the content of organic matters in the saline soil is low, the soil fertility is low, the physical and chemical properties are poor, more anions and cations are harmful to crops, and the seedlings of the crops are not easy to promote. The stirring speed in the step (3) is 500-550r/min, and the stirring time is 1-1.5 h.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the formula of the raw materials for preparing the non-woven fabric is carefully selected, the formula is simple, the preparation process is simple, the non-woven fabric is suitable for factory production, and the prepared non-woven fabric material has excellent salt-resistant and mildew-proof effects and is particularly suitable for wrapping the concealed pipe when the concealed pipe drains in saline-alkali soil.

(1) heating the polypropylene resin with the formula dosage to be molten, adding aluminum chloride, calcium borate and diatomite, and uniformly stirring at 220 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;

Experimental example 2 mildew resistance test
The non-woven fabric materials for saline-alkali soil prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative example 2 were subjected to a mildew resistance test: the test was carried out according to ASTM G21-96, and the growth of mold was observed for 28 days of culture:
level 0: no growth, i.e. no growth observed under microscope (magnification 50);
level 1: trace growth, i.e., growth visible to the naked eye, but growth coverage area is less than 10%;
and 2, stage: the growth coverage area is not less than 10%.
