Description

Environment-friendly laminating ink for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical materials, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly laminating ink for a PVC film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
PVC is an important printing substrate, and because the PVC has the advantages of flame retardance, low price, easy processing and the like, the PVC can be used as a film, various patterns can be printed on the surface of the PVC, the PVC can be applied to wallpaper and floors, and can also be processed into shapes of various containers, and the PVC can be used as household appliances, devices and the like, and in order to achieve the decorative effect, various beautiful patterns need to be printed on the PVC to improve the competitiveness of products, beautify life and increase the attraction to customers. Ink is an important decorative material for these products and materials, and directly influences the aesthetic degree and competitiveness of the products, especially the quality of the ink, and directly influences the reputation of the products.
Most of the currently used inks are solvent-based and contain a large amount of solvents, and the solvents are used as basic materials in the printing process and mainly have the functions of dissolving resin in ink components, adjusting the viscosity of the ink, improving the printing quality and controlling the drying speed of printed patterns so as to influence the production efficiency of products.
Patent CN 103540190B discloses PVC wood grain film printing ink, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-40% of 30% of modified polyurethane-acrylic emulsion, 20-40% of 20% of carboxyl modified ternary composite vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin liquid, 8-25% of pigment, 1-5% of filler, 1-6% of functional resin, 1-3% of polyethylene wax, 1-5% of special auxiliary agent, 10-15% of ethyl acetate and 10-15% of butanone, the technical scheme can improve and avoid adverse reaction of ink and an adhesive base material when a printed product is adhered without adhesive to the maximum extent, the problems that the composite product has large color decay and low adhesion firmness when meeting high temperature are solved, and the product quality is ensured; however, the solvents used in the method are ethyl acetate and butanone, and the solvents are easy to volatilize into workshops and air in the printing and drying processes along with the progress of the printing process, are harmful to human bodies, have extremely high taste, stimulate human sense organs, and bring great harm to personnel and environment in production workshops especially in high-temperature summer.

Preferably, the auxiliary agent is one or more of a thickening agent, a lubricant, a heat stabilizer and an antioxidant.
The invention also discloses a method for preparing the environment-friendly laminating ink for the PVC film, which comprises the following steps:
(1) putting the waterborne polyurethane, the acrylic resin and the auxiliary agent into a dispersion pulling cylinder, and uniformly stirring;
(2) and (2) sequentially adding a defoaming agent and a stabilizing agent into the mixture obtained in the step (1), stirring, uniformly dispersing, slowly adding an organic pigment, uniformly mixing, conveying to a grinding machine, grinding to obtain powder, and adding deionized water when the powder is required to be used, so as to obtain the environment-friendly laminating ink.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (1) is 200-400 r/min; the stirring time is 10-15 min.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (2) is 800-1000 r/min; the stirring time is 10-15 min, and the fineness of the powder obtained by grinding is less than 10 um.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical advantages:
(1) according to the invention, the water-soluble polyurethane is adopted as the water-soluble resin, the solubility in water and the wettability to pigment are good, and deionized water is adopted as the solvent, so that no organic solvent is used, the pollution to the atmospheric environment is reduced, only deionized water is used for dilution in printing, and shallow plate printing is used, so that the cost is reduced, the printing is safe and environment-friendly, the VOC detection of safety indexes conforms to the national standard GB/T26395-2011, and the heavy metal detection conforms to EN 71-3;
(2) according to the invention, hydrogen bonds are generated between carboxyl and hydroxyl in the waterborne polyurethane and a material to be bonded so as to bond the carboxyl and the hydroxyl with the material to be bonded, but the glass transition temperature is relatively low, and the mechanical property is poor, so that the waterborne polyurethane is prepared by matching acrylic resin with high hardness, the relative molecular mass is about 200 ten thousand, the waterborne polyurethane is a long-chain high polymer, a formed molecular chain is very soft, the strength is high, the tensile and impact resistance capability is 7-18 times higher than that of common glass, and the mechanical strength and the toughness of the product can be integrally increased.
(3) The waterborne polyurethane and the acrylic resin are selected, and in the molecular arrangement structure, the tail ends of the waterborne polyurethane and the acrylic resin are in a staggered position relation, so that crosslinking is avoided, a net structure is not formed, crystallization and white fog phenomena are avoided, the whole pigment is in a transparent state, the original color of the pigment can be better maintained after the waterborne polyurethane and the acrylic resin are mixed with the pigment, and the pigment has good tinting strength.
