本发明涉及线缆生产领域,更具体的说涉及一种用于制作水晶头的原材料的配方。
背景技术
现有的水晶头抗氧化差,易脆,使用寿命短。并且,绝缘效果差,重复使用时易短路。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于制作水晶头的原材料的配方,解决上述技术问题中的一个或多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于制作水晶头的原材料的配方,按质量份数计包括以下组分:按质量份数计包括以下组分:聚丙烯20~35份、辛酸亚锡1.8~2.5份、单体树脂1.2~2份、碳酸钙5~6.2份、防腐剂2~3.5份、增塑剂1.5~2份、氧化铝粉1.5份、硬脂酸镁1.3份、聚氯乙烯50~70份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯3~8份,玻璃纤维1~2份,相容剂4~5份。
在一些实施方式中,还包括偶联剂0.3份、滑石粉0.3份、磷酸钙1.2份、抗氧化剂1.2份、ABS塑料60~65份、聚砜类树脂5~8份。
在一些实施方式中,还包括SEBSSEBS15~30份、SBS10~15份、橡胶油15~25份、重钙 15~30份、硬脂酸锌 1~3份、抗氧化剂1.2份。
通过本配方制作的原材料制成的水晶头不易变形折断,抗氧化性能好,使用寿命长。

通过本配方制作的原材料制成的水晶头不易变形折断,抗氧化性能好,使用寿命长。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制作水晶头的原材料的配方,其特征在于,还包括偶联剂0.3份、滑石粉0.3份、磷酸钙1.2份、抗氧化剂1.2份、ABS塑料60~65份、聚砜类树脂5~8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制作水晶头的原材料的配方,其特征在于,还包括SEBSSEBS15~30份、SBS10~15份、橡胶油15~25份、重钙 15~30份、硬脂酸锌 1~3份、抗氧化剂1.2份。
