At this time, the gantry 420 needs to be retracted, the lifting driving motor 450 acts to drive the second winch 440 to automatically release the two second steel cables, the lifting supporting mechanism 430 stably drives the rotating end of the supporting plate 360 to rotate downwards in the gantry 420 to a furled state by taking the intersection point of the supporting plate 360 and the telescopic rod 320 as a reference point, the whole process of transporting the dead livestock is completed, and the transport vehicle are in seamless butt joint when transporting the dead livestock, so that time and labor are saved. The invention adopts a mechanical carrying and unloading mode, and the process can be finished by only one person, thereby greatly saving labor force and improving working efficiency.
Optionally, a bolt seat is arranged on a vertical rod of the gantry 420, a through hole is arranged on the telescopic arm 320, the through hole is preferably arranged near the guide cable assembly 350, a bolt is matched to penetrate through a bolt hole on the bolt seat and the through hole on the telescopic arm to lock the gantry 420, and the current locking state is a state when the hoisting mechanism 300 works, and fig. 3 is referred to; only when the unloading mechanism 400 is operated, the latch is pulled out, and the gantry 420 is opened to an operating state, see fig. 1.
Further, the second winch 440 and the lifting driving motor 450 are fixedly disposed on a sliding plate 460, two ends of the sliding plate 460 are provided with the limiting portions 461, the second supporting mechanism 220 is provided with the guide groove 221, and the sliding plate 460 drives the second winch 440 and the lifting driving motor 450 to slide along the guide groove 221 between the two limiting portions 461, so that when the sliding plate 460 abuts against the limiting portion 461 on the right side, the second supporting mechanism 220 can support and accommodate the second winch 440 and the lifting driving motor 450, and at this time, the unloading mechanism is in an inoperative state, the structure of the transportation vehicle is simplified, and the transportation vehicle can pass through a relatively small passage, so as to protect the second winch 440 and the lifting driving motor 450 from being damaged by collision. When the sliding plate 460 abuts against the left limiting portion 461, the second cable 410 on the gantry is matched with the second winch 440 in position, so that the second cable 410 can run vertically along the vertical rod of the gantry 420 to be stressed better, the second winch 440 rotates smoothly, and the second cable 410 is prevented from being completely twisted on one side of the second winch 440 when being retracted, so that the second cable 410 is prevented from knotting.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the telescopic arm 320 includes a positioning pin 323, an outer tube 321 disposed on the first supporting mechanism 210, and an inner tube 322 sleeved in the outer tube 321, the cable guide assembly 350 is disposed at a top end of the inner tube 322, a first adjusting hole is disposed on a side wall of the outer tube 321, a plurality of second adjusting holes axially disposed are disposed on a side wall of the inner tube 322, and the positioning pin 323 passes through the first adjusting hole and can enter one of the second adjusting holes, and the position of the inner tube is changed by switching among the different second adjusting holes. The telescopic arm 320 provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design and low manufacturing cost. The two vertical rod structures of the portal frame 420 are the same as the telescopic rod 320, and are formed by a positioning pin, an outer tube and an inner tube sleeved in the outer tube, the adjusting holes are arranged the same, the height of the vertical rod can be adjusted, and the portal frame is further adapted to the height of the transport vehicle.
As shown in fig. 5, a U-shaped transition piece 371 is disposed below the first adjusting hole of the outer tube 321, the U-shaped bottom of the U-shaped transition piece 371 abuts against the outer tube 321 and abuts against the supporting plate 360, two side walls of the U-shaped transition piece 371 extend out of the outer tube 321 to clamp a chain accommodating box 380, a through hole is disposed on the chain accommodating box, a shaft passes through the through hole 390 disposed on two side walls of the U-shaped transition piece and the through hole on the chain accommodating box 380, and the U-shaped transition piece 371 is used for fastening the chain accommodating box 380 on the outer tube 321. In another alternative embodiment where the outer tube is in a fixed relationship to the chain receiving box, the chain receiving box 380 may be welded directly to the outer tube 321. The supporting plate 360 is provided with an opening, two opposite folded plates 361 for clamping the outer tube 321 are arranged on two sides of the opening, specifically, the folded plates 361 are vertically welded on the bottom surface of the supporting plate 360, through holes arranged on the folded plates 361 and through holes on the chain storage box 380 are matched with the shaft, and the supporting plate 360 is turned over up and down by taking the shaft as a rotating shaft. A reinforcing member 362 with a through hole 363 is provided perpendicular to the bottom surface of the pallet 360 and perpendicular to the flap 361, the reinforcing member 362 can stabilize the rotating pallet 360 on the one hand, and the through hole 363 is fixedly connected to one end of a chain 382 which can be received in a chain receiving box 380 on the other hand. The chain catch plate 381 is arranged above the containing opening of the chain containing box 380, when the chain 382 is not used, the chain is contained in the chain containing box 380, the movable end of the chain is clamped on the chain catch plate 381, and the chain is prevented from falling out of the chain 382 containing box 380. The folded plate 361 is fixedly provided with a limiting piece 3611, the limiting piece 3611 surrounds the shaft, when the mechanical switch 364 on the outer tube 321 is touched, the mechanical switch 364 is triggered, a signal is fed back to the control system, and the pig picking drive motor 340 is controlled to stop running, so that the supporting plate 360 stops rotating upwards. In another embodiment of the supporting plate reverse rotation limiting, a displacement sensor is arranged on the outer pipe 321, when the supporting plate 360 reverses upwards, the bottom surface of the supporting plate 360 is away from a set distance to trigger the displacement sensor, a signal is fed back to the control system, and the pig picking drive motor 340 is controlled to stop running, so that the supporting plate 360 stops reversing upwards.
Further, one end of the supporting plate 360 rotates around the shaft, chain clamping plates 383 are arranged on two sides of the supporting plate on the other end, when dead livestock are loaded on the supporting plate 360, one end of the dead livestock is fixed by a hook, and the other end of the dead livestock is fixedly wound and bound by a chain clamped on the chain clamping plates 383, so that the dead livestock can be prevented from turning out of the supporting plate 360 during the process of carrying on the dead livestock carrying vehicle.
The first supporting mechanism 210 specifically includes two support plates 211 provided on the second supporting mechanism 220, and a rotating shaft 212 is provided between the two support plates 211. The telescopic arm 320 is rotatably connected to the support plate 211, the present invention further includes a screw mechanism 500 for driving the telescopic arm 320 to swing in a vertical plane, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the screw mechanism 500 includes an inner screw 520, an outer sleeve 510 sleeved outside the inner screw 520, and a ratchet assembly 530 sleeved outside the outer sleeve 510, the inner screw 520 includes two inner screws 520 disposed opposite to each other in an up-down direction, both the two inner screws 520 are in threaded connection with the outer sleeve 510, and one end of each of the two inner screws 520 extends and retracts the outer sleeve 510. The top end of the upper inner screw 520 is rotatably connected to the telescopic arm 320, and the bottom end of the lower inner screw 520 is rotatably connected to the rotary shaft 212. The ratchet assembly 530 drives the outer sleeve 510 to rotate, the inner screw 520 is in threaded fit with the outer sleeve 510, so that the inner screw 520 moves, the length of the screw mechanism 500 is changed, the telescopic arm 320 swings, the pitch angle of the telescopic arm 320 is changed, and the dynamic balance of a vehicle body can be kept when a dead animal is hoisted. According to the invention, the ratchet wheel assembly 530 is used for driving the outer sleeve 510 to rotate, the ratchet wheel assembly 530 can be rotated in a small range, so that the effect of rotating the outer sleeve 510 in the same direction can be achieved, and the operation is convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the ratchet assembly 530 includes a ratchet 531 sleeved outside the outer sleeve 510, a pawl 532 engaged with the ratchet 531, and a handle 533 connected to the pawl 532, and the outer sleeve 510 is rotated by the handle 533 of the ratchet assembly 530, so as to save labor. The pawl 532 is rotatably connected with the handle 533, the pawl 532 is provided with two claw parts 5321 engaged with the ratchet wheel 531, and claw openings of the two claw parts 5321 are oppositely arranged, so that the pawl 532 is a bidirectional pawl 532, the claw parts 5321 engaged with the ratchet wheel 531 are changed by rotating the pawl 532, the rotatable direction of the ratchet wheel 531 is changed, and the effect of rotating the outer sleeve 510 back and forth is achieved, so that the length of the screw mechanism 500 is adjusted back and forth.
Further, referring to fig. 8 and 9, a plurality of ball assemblies 110 are disposed between the bottom of the supporting mechanism 200 and the car base plate 100 along the circumferential direction to reduce the friction between the supporting mechanism and the car base plate 100, and thus reduce the rotation resistance of the supporting mechanism.
Specifically, be equipped with the fixed axle 630 of vertical setting on the car base plate 100, supporting mechanism 200 is equipped with rotationally the cover and locates the outer fixed sleeve 640 of fixed axle 630, the top of fixed axle 630 stretches out fixed sleeve 640, and its top is equipped with detachably and arranges in the spacing subassembly of its periphery for reach the spacing effect to supporting mechanism 200, prevent that supporting mechanism 200 breaks away from car base plate 100. Specifically, the top periphery of the fixed shaft 630 is concavely provided with a limiting groove, the limiting assembly comprises two locking pieces 631, and the two locking pieces 631 are oppositely clamped in the limiting groove and fastened through a fastening piece. Specifically, the positioning assembly at least includes a positioning shaft 650, the bottom plate 230 defines a first positioning hole 611, the cart substrate 100 defines a plurality of second positioning holes 140 circumferentially arranged around the fixing shaft 630, as shown in fig. 3, the positioning shaft 650 passes through the first positioning hole 611 and can enter one of the second positioning holes 140, and the positioning shaft 650 is switched between the plurality of second positioning holes 140 of the cart substrate 100 to realize rotation and positioning of the supporting mechanism 200. The invention has simple structure, reasonable and effective design and low manufacturing cost.
Further, the positioning assembly further comprises a positioning sleeve 651 arranged on the bottom plate 230, the positioning shaft 650 is sleeved in the positioning sleeve 651, a first adjusting port 6511 and a second adjusting port 6512 communicated with the first adjusting port 6511 are formed in the side wall of the positioning sleeve 651, and the bottoms of the first adjusting port 6511 and the second adjusting port 6512 are arranged in a staggered mode along the axial direction of the positioning sleeve 651, so that the first adjusting port 6511 and the second adjusting port 6512 are matched to form a stepped or sickle-shaped adjusting port. In addition, the outer wall of the positioning shaft 650 is provided with an adjusting shaft 6521 which can extend out of the first adjusting hole 6511 and the second adjusting hole 6512 and can reciprocate between the first adjusting hole 6511 and the second adjusting hole 6512. The positioning shaft 650 is provided with the handle 660 far away from an axial end face of the positioning shaft 230, the handle 660 is lifted upwards, the adjusting shaft 6521 is placed in the first adjusting opening 6511 located above, the positioning shaft 650 can be lifted, the supporting mechanism 200 can rotate at will, the handle 660 is lifted, the adjusting handle 6521 is placed downwards, when the adjusting handle 6521 is switched to the second adjusting opening 6512, the positioning shaft 650 is inserted into the second positioning hole 140, and positioning of the supporting mechanism 200 is achieved. The present invention makes the rotation and positioning of the racking mechanism 200 simple and easy to operate.
Referring to fig. 3 and 10, the present invention further includes a power box 710 disposed above the vehicle base plate 100, a control box 720 disposed on the power box 710, and an adjusting mechanism 730 for adjusting the steering of the vehicle. The power box 710 is internally provided with a battery and a control circuit assembly for increasing the weight of the whole trolley and enhancing the lifting capacity of the whole trolley. The control box 720 is provided with an electricity meter, an operation button for controlling the winch to lengthen or tighten the pull rope, a turning handle 740 for controlling the vehicle to advance, retreat, stop and turn, other control buttons and the like. Specifically, the wheel device comprises two rear wheels 750 and a rear wheel frame 751 for mounting the rear wheels 750, the adjusting mechanism 730 comprises a driving rod 721 and a steering linkage mechanism which are matched for supporting the control box 720, one end of the driving rod 721 is connected with the control box 720, the other end of the driving rod 721 passes through the power supply box 710 and is rotatably arranged on the vehicle base plate 100, and the driving rod is connected with the wheels through the linkage mechanism to control steering. The steering linkage mechanism comprises a first swinging piece 731 connected with one rear wheel frame 751 and a second swinging piece 732 connected with the other rear wheel frame 751, a driving rod 721 drives the first swinging piece 731 and the second swinging piece 732 at the same time, the vehicle substrate 100 is provided with a through hole for the driving rod 710 to pass through, and the driving rod 721 sequentially passes through the vehicle substrate 100 and the power supply box 710 to be connected with the control box 720. Through the rotation handle 740 on the manual push-and-pull control box 720, make the control box 720 drive the actuating lever 721 and rotate together, the actuating lever 721 then drives first swing piece 731 and second swing piece 732 rotation, and then realizes turning to of wheel. Specifically, the bottom end of the driving rod 721 is welded with a connecting piece 733, and is connected with the first swinging piece 731 and the second swinging piece 732 through the connecting piece 733, and both ends of the first swinging piece 731 and the second swinging piece 732 are connected with the connecting piece 733 and the rear wheel frame 751 through the cooperation of a pin and a cotter pin.
The invention further comprises a drive motor and a differential connected with the drive motor, and the wheel device further comprises two front wheels 760, and the two front wheels 760 are both connected with the differential. The differential is used for ensuring that the left wheel and the right wheel do not have equal distance running in a pure rolling mode as far as possible, and reducing the friction between the tires and the ground. The differential mechanism is driven to rotate forwards and backwards by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the driving motor, so that the forward and reverse rotation of the two front wheels 760 are controlled, and the whole vehicle is driven to move forwards and backwards.
A space is arranged between the power supply box 710 and the supporting mechanism 200 and is used for placing a disinfection water tank 770, and the vehicle body can be cleaned and disinfected after the dead livestock carrying vehicle is used.
Referring to fig. 11, the control circuit component in the power box 710 in the embodiment of the present invention is a control system, and the control system includes an action switch module 810, a direction instruction module 811, a main control module 820, a speed control module 830, a load current and voltage detection module 840, a walking drive module 841, a pig picking drive module 842, a lifting drive module 843, an electronic brake module 850, and a battery module 860. The output end of the action switch module 810 is connected with the first input end of the main control module 820, the output end of the direction instruction module 811 is connected with the second input end of the main control module 820, the main control module 820 is respectively connected with the speed control module 830 and the load current and voltage detection module 840, the three output ends of the load current and voltage detection module 840 are respectively connected with the walking drive module 841, the pig picking drive module 842 and the lifting drive module 843, the output end of the main control module 820 is connected with the electronic brake module 850, and the battery module 860 supplies power to the main control module 820.
And the action switch module 810 is used for switching operation among a dead animal carrier walking switch instruction, a lifting pig picking switch instruction and a supporting plate lifting switch instruction when dead animals are unloaded.
The direction instruction module 811 is used for an instruction of forward and backward movement operation under the working condition of dead animal carrier walking, an instruction of pulling and placing a first steel cable under the working condition of lifting and picking pigs, an instruction of lifting and lowering a supporting plate under the condition of unloading dead animals and a stop instruction.
And the speed control module 830 is used for automatically adjusting the corresponding driving control speed under three different working conditions of walking, pig picking and lifting.
The main control module 820 is configured to receive instruction information of the motion switch module 810, the direction instruction module 811, and the speed control module 830, and output a corresponding control signal.
And the load current and voltage detection module 840 is used for detecting which working condition control signal of the three working conditions is the output control signal according to the output information of the main control module 820, driving the walking drive module 841, the pig picking drive module 842 or the lifting drive module 843, and correspondingly controlling the walking drive motor 8411, the pig picking drive motor 340 or the lifting drive motor 450 to work.
The size of the battery module 860 is 12V × 2/45Ah, and is connected with a charging interface.
Optionally, the control system further includes an audible and visual alarm module 870, an input end of which is connected to an output end of the main control module 820, and is configured to display working states of walking, pig picking, and lifting under three different working conditions, and provide audible and visual alarm when the power supply is not powered.
Optionally, the control system further includes a keyboard and display burning interface module 880, through which working programs of three different working conditions, namely walking, pig picking and lifting, can be burned to the main control module 820 on line, so that the control system is convenient to maintain and upgrade.
Further, the control system further includes an electronic brake module 890, an input end of which is connected to an output end of the main control module 820, for controlling whether the two front wheels 760 work or not.
The invention also provides a dead animal carrying operation method, which comprises the following steps:
the dead livestock transport vehicle is driven into the breeding house, the positioning pin 323 on the telescopic arm 320 is pulled out according to the length of the dead livestock, the height is adjusted to be the height suitable for the body length of the dead livestock, and then the dead livestock transport vehicle is inserted into the positioning pin 323 for fixing;
the ratchet assembly 530 adjusts the length of the screw mechanism 500, thereby changing the inclination angle of the telescopic arm 320;
the positioning shaft 650 is pulled up through the handle 660, the bottom plate 230 is rotated, the supporting plate 360 faces to the hurdle sheet opening of the breeding house, the positioning shaft 650 is inserted into the second adjusting opening 6512 to fix the bottom plate 230, and then the chain 382 is fixed on the nearby hurdle sheet to prevent the dead livestock carrying vehicle from toppling over;
a pig picking switch and a pig picking motor moving direction button are clicked on the control box 720, the pig picking drive motor drives the first winch 330 to move, and the first steel cable 310 is released;
a hook arranged at the free end of the first steel rope 310 hooks the neck or the front leg of the dead animal, the pig picking drive motor 340 drives the first capstan 330 to move, the first steel rope 310 is retracted, and the dead animal is lifted;
when dead livestock reaches the position of the supporting plate 360, the pig picking driving motor 340 stops driving the first winch 330 to move, the chassis 230 is returned to the original position, and the telescopic arm 320 is adjusted to gradually approach the center of the carrier to prevent the carrier from overturning forwards;
clicking a walking switch and a walking motor movement direction button on the control box 720, and enabling the dead animal transport vehicle to leave the breeding house and reach the position near the dead animal transport vehicle;
the gantry 420 is opened to a working position, and the chain 382 is fixed on a nearby fence piece to prevent the dead livestock carrying vehicle from toppling;
a lifting switch and a lifting motor movement direction button are clicked on a control box 720, a lifting driving motor 450 drives a second winch 440 to move, a supporting plate 360 is lifted to a height corresponding to the dead livestock transport vehicle, a stop button is pressed, and the dead livestock are unloaded onto the dead livestock transport vehicle to complete a pig picking process;
after the pigs are picked up, the dead livestock transport vehicle is cleaned and disinfected by using a disinfection water tank so as to avoid pollution.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

the lifting mechanism comprises a first steel cable, a telescopic arm arranged on the bearing mechanism, a first winch and a pig picking driving mechanism for driving the first winch to rotate, the telescopic arm and the car base plate are arranged in an included angle, a steel cable outlet is formed in the top end of the telescopic arm, one end of the first steel cable is wound on the first winch, the other end of the first steel cable penetrates through the telescopic arm and extends out of the steel cable outlet, a supporting plate located below the steel cable outlet is arranged at the front end of the telescopic arm, and one end of the supporting plate is rotatably fixed on the telescopic arm;

2. The dead-animal carrier as claimed in claim 1, wherein a switch is provided on the telescoping bar, and when the tray is rotated upward and lifted, the switch is triggered to stop the cover from reversing upward.

The dead-animal carrier as claimed in claim 1, wherein a chain receiving case is fixedly provided on a side of said telescoping bar opposite to said guard plate, and a reinforcing member having a through hole is provided adjacent to a bottom surface of said guard plate of said telescoping bar, said through hole being provided to fixedly connect an end of a chain received in said chain receiving case.
4. The dead-animal carrier of claim 3, wherein a chain catch plate is provided above the receiving opening of the chain receiving box.
5. The livestock handling vehicle of claim 1, wherein said portal frame comprises two side rails and a cross bar connecting said side rails, said side rails having locking means, said telescoping arm having through holes for receiving said portal frame by engaging a pin through said locking means and said through holes.

The livestock handling vehicle of claim 1, wherein said second winch and said lifting/lowering driving mechanism are fixedly disposed on a sliding plate, the sliding plate has two limiting portions at two ends thereof, said supporting mechanism has a guiding groove, the sliding plate drives said second winch and said lifting/lowering driving mechanism to slide along said guiding groove between the two limiting portions, such that when the sliding plate abuts against one of the limiting portions, said supporting mechanism can support and accommodate the second winch and said lifting/lowering driving mechanism, and when the sliding plate abuts against the other limiting portion, said second cable on said gantry is matched with the position of said second winch.
7. The dead-animal carrier as claimed in claim 1, wherein said carrier base plate is provided with a vertically disposed fixed axle about which said supporting mechanism is rotatable, said telescopic arm being provided on said supporting mechanism;
the supporting mechanism comprises a bottom plate and a positioning assembly arranged on the bottom plate, the positioning assembly at least comprises a positioning shaft, a first positioning hole is formed in the bottom plate, a plurality of second positioning holes circumferentially distributed around the fixing shaft are formed in the vehicle base plate, and the positioning shaft penetrates through the first positioning hole and can enter one of the second positioning holes.

The livestock handling vehicle of claim 6, wherein said positioning assembly further comprises a positioning sleeve disposed on said bottom plate, said positioning rod is sleeved in said positioning sleeve, a side wall of said positioning sleeve is opened with a first adjusting opening and a second adjusting opening communicated with said first adjusting opening, bottoms of said first adjusting opening and said second adjusting opening are arranged along an axial direction of said positioning sleeve in a staggered manner, an outer wall of said positioning rod is provided with a locking shaft capable of extending out of said first adjusting opening and said second adjusting opening and reciprocating between said first adjusting opening and said second adjusting opening, and a top of said positioning rod is provided with an adjusting handle.

The dead-animal carrier of claim 1, further comprising a control system comprising an action switch module, a direction command module, a master control module, a speed control module, a load current voltage detection module, a travel drive module, a pig pickup drive module, a lift drive module, an electronic brake module, and a battery module;
the output end of the action switch module is connected with the first input end of the main control module, the output end of the direction instruction module is connected with the second input end of the main control module, the main control module is respectively connected with the speed control module and the load current and voltage detection module, the three output ends of the load current and voltage detection module are respectively connected with the walking drive module, the pig pickup drive module and the lifting drive module, the output end of the main control module is connected with the electronic brake module, and the battery module supplies power to the main control module.
10. A dead animal carrying operation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the dead livestock transport vehicle is driven into the breeding house, and the length of the telescopic arm is adjusted according to the length of the dead livestock;
making the supporting plate face to the fence piece opening of the breeding house, and fixing the chain on the nearby fence piece;
the pig picking driving mechanism drives the first capstan to act and pay out the first steel cable;
fixing or binding a first steel cable on the dead livestock body, driving a first winch to act by a pig picking driving mechanism, withdrawing the first steel cable and hoisting the dead livestock;
