Abstract
The invention discloses a yarn storage device. The yarn storage device comprises a storage and transportation mechanism, a first detection mechanism and a second detection mechanism, wherein the storage and transportation mechanism comprises a storage and delivery base, a storage and delivery belt and a storage and delivery driving part, a first detection station and a second detection station are sequentially arranged on the storage and delivery base along the storage and delivery direction of the storage and delivery mechanism, the storage and delivery driving part is connected to the storage and delivery belt and used for driving the storage and delivery belt to rotate, the first detection mechanism is arranged at the first detection station, and the second detection mechanism is arranged at the second detection station. The yarn storage device can be used for rapidly and accurately storing multilayer cheese, and can improve the operation efficiency of opening the bobbin and save manpower.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spinning, in particular to a yarn storage device.
Background
After the cheese dyeing process in the textile field is finished, a plurality of cheeses are extracted to be split into bobbins, layered and plate-like for color matching so as to detect the uniformity of the inner color and the outer color of the cheeses. The traditional method for opening the bobbin after dyeing the bobbin yarn and taking the plate for color matching is that after one layer of bobbin yarn is separated, a worker needs to stop the bobbin yarn in time to take the bobbin yarn down and place the bobbin yarn at a fixed position and make a mark, and one bobbin yarn needs to be separated into 5-9 small bobbins from outside to inside to take the plate.

In one embodiment, the storage and transportation mechanism comprises a plurality of storage and transportation shafts rotatably connected to the storage and transportation base, and the storage and transportation belt is in a ring structure and is sleeved on each storage and transportation shaft.

Storage and transportation mechanism 100 includes a storage and transportation base 110, a storage and transportation belt 120, and a storage and transportation driving part 130. The storage and transportation base 110 is provided with a first detection station and a second detection station in a front-back sequence along the storage and transportation direction of the storage and transportation mechanism 100. The storage and transportation driving part 130 is connected to the storage belt 120 for driving the storage and transportation belt to rotate. The first detection mechanism 200 is provided at the first detection station. The second inspection mechanism 300 is disposed at the second inspection station.
The first detection mechanism 200 and the second detection mechanism 300 may be infrared sensors or proximity sensors.
In one embodiment, storage and transportation mechanism 100 includes a plurality of storage shafts rotatably coupled to storage base 110. The storage and transportation belt is of an annular structure and is sleeved on each storage and transportation shaft. Specifically, in order to save the equipment cost, the number of the storage shafts is two.
In one embodiment, storage and transportation mechanism 100 further includes divider panel 140. A plurality of partition plates 140 are sequentially attached to the outer surface of the storage belt 120, and a storage space is formed between adjacent partition plates 140. The height of divider plate 140 is preferably greater than or equal to half the outer diameter of cheese 20 and less than the outer diameter of cheese 20.
In one embodiment, divider panels 140 are evenly distributed on storage belt 120.
In one embodiment, storage and transportation mechanism 100 further includes a baffle 150. The storing and feeding base 110 is provided with a baffle 150 at both sides of the storing and feeding direction of the storing belt 120. The top of the baffle 150 protrudes from the storage and transportation belt. The baffle 150 is used for limiting the cheese 20 from moving and falling off in the transverse direction, and the production smoothness and safety are improved.
Preferably, the baffle 150 is connected to the storage base 110 in a unitary structure.
In one embodiment, the yarn storage device 10 further includes a material receiving mechanism 500, and the material receiving mechanism 500 is connected to the storage and feeding base 110 for conveying the cheese 20 output by the opener onto the storage and feeding belt 120.
In one embodiment, the receiving mechanism 500 includes a receiving slide 510. The material receiving sliding plate 510 is installed on the storage and delivery base 110, and one end of the material receiving sliding plate 510 facing the storage belt 120 is lower than one end of the material receiving sliding plate 510 matched with the tube opener. The storage belt 120 is preferably horizontally arranged, and the angle between the material receiving sliding plate 510 and the storage belt 120 is between 30 and 60 degrees. For example, the angle between the material receiving sliding plate 510 and the storage and transportation belt 120 is 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, or other non-integer angle.
In one embodiment, the receiving mechanism 500 further includes a limiting plate 520 for limiting the moving direction of the cheese 20. Limiting plates 520 are respectively connected to two sides of the material receiving plate.
In one embodiment, the yarn storage device 10 further comprises a third detection mechanism 400. The storage and transportation base 110 is further provided with a third detection station, the third detection station is arranged behind the second detection station along the storage and transportation direction of the storage and transportation mechanism 100, and the third detection mechanism 400 is arranged at the third detection station. The yarn storage device 10 of the present invention is provided with a third detection mechanism 400 for detecting whether a cheese 20 is present at a third detection station on the storage belt 120, when the third detection mechanism 400 does not detect that a cheese 20 is present at a position of the storage belt 120 corresponding to the third detection station, it indicates that the cheese 20 on the storage belt 120 is not saturated, and when the third detection mechanism 400 detects that a cheese 20 is present at a position of the storage belt 120 corresponding to the third detection station, it indicates that the cheese 20 on the storage belt 120 is saturated, and at this time, the opening machine stops working to prevent blockage.
The third detection mechanism 400 may be an infrared sensor or a proximity sensor.
In one embodiment, the yarn storage device 10 further comprises an alarm mechanism electrically connected to the third detection mechanism 400, wherein the alarm mechanism alarms when the third detection mechanism 400 detects the cheese 20. The yarn storage device 10 provided by the invention is provided with the alarm mechanism which can timely remind an operator of timely processing, when the third detection mechanism 400 detects the cheese 20, the alarm mechanism gives an alarm, the operator can timely follow up the processing to take away the cheese 20, the position of the storage and conveying belt 120 corresponding to the third detection station after the cheese is taken away does not have the cheese 20, and the bobbin opener and the storage and conveying mechanism 100 continue to operate, so that the operation is simple and rapid, the repeated bobbin changing times of the operator are reduced, the operation accuracy is improved, the utilization rate of the machine is improved, and the risk of easily disordered bobbin opening sequences is reduced.
In one embodiment, the alert mechanism includes at least one of a buzzer and a flashing light.
The yarn storage device 10 can be used for quickly and accurately storing the multilayer cheese 20, and can improve the operation efficiency of opening the bobbin and save manpower. 3. The yarn storage device according to claim 2, wherein the accumulating mechanism further comprises a plurality of partition plates, the partition plates are sequentially connected to the outer surface of the storage belt, and a storage space is formed between the adjacent partition plates.
4. A yarn storage device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the dividing plate is evenly distributed over the storage belt.

The yarn storage device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the storage and transportation mechanism further comprises a baffle plate, the baffle plates are respectively arranged on the storage and transportation base and positioned on two sides of the storage and transportation belt in the storage and transportation direction, and the top of each baffle plate protrudes out of the storage and transportation belt.
6. A yarn storage device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a receiving mechanism connected to the storage and delivery base for transporting the cheese output by the bobbin opener to the storage and delivery belt.

The yarn storage device according to claim 6, wherein the receiving mechanism comprises a receiving sliding plate, the receiving sliding plate is mounted on the storage and delivery base, and one end of the receiving sliding plate, facing the storage belt, is lower than one end of the receiving sliding plate, which is matched with the bobbin opener.
