Abstract

本发明公开了一种水蜜桃包装盒,包括盒体和盒盖,所述盒体内部为用于放置水蜜桃的中空腔室,所述盒盖盖于盒体上端将所述中空腔室密封,所述盒体内设有卡槽层,所述卡槽层上均匀开设有用于安放水蜜桃的槽位,所述卡槽层的外侧壁与盒体的内侧壁固定连接,所述卡槽层内连接有缓冲层和限位层,所述限位层设于所述缓冲层的上端。本发明通过在安放水蜜桃的卡槽层内设有限位层和缓冲层,能有效防止水蜜桃被磕伤,并且在槽位中放置水蜜桃的过程中会自动套上一层无纺棉布,在抓取时直接抓住无纺棉布即可提出水蜜桃,最大程度地保留了商品价值,当水蜜桃全部安放好后,戳针会戳破干冰袋,盒体内的温度会迅速下降,在运输过程中能够有效保鲜。

本发明涉及包装技术领域,具体涉及一种水蜜桃包装盒。
背景技术
水蜜桃是一种富含多种维生素的水果,它因肉质柔软、鲜嫩多汁而深受人们喜爱。水蜜桃的保质期非常短,极难储运,现有的水蜜桃包装盒在运输过程中并不能减缓水蜜桃的熟化过程,经常导致在运输中错过了最佳品尝时间,并且由于水蜜桃质地十分柔软,人们在包装盒中拿出水蜜桃时往往都是直接用手抓取,抓取过程中稍微一用力就会手指印,美观度受损,使其商品价值大打折扣。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种水蜜桃包装盒,用于解决现有技术中水蜜桃运输过程中无法保鲜,用手抓取时会破坏水蜜桃美观度的问题。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种水蜜桃包装盒,包括盒体和盒盖,所述盒体内部为用于放置水蜜桃的中空腔室,所述盒盖盖于盒体上端将所述中空腔室密封,所述盒体内设有卡槽层,所述卡槽层上均匀开设有用于安放水蜜桃的槽位,所述卡槽层的外侧壁与盒体的内侧壁固定连接,所述卡槽层内连接有缓冲层和限位层,所述限位层设于所述缓冲层的上端;
所述缓冲层上均匀开设有与所述槽位一一对应的缓冲槽,所述缓冲槽的缓冲部伸入槽位内,所述缓冲部的外侧壁与槽位的内侧壁贴合,所述缓冲层在相邻的缓冲槽之间的底部设有戳针,所述卡槽层在相邻的槽位之间为凸起部,所述戳针插入对应的凸起部内,所述凸起部内在戳针的正下方设有干冰袋;
所述限位层上均匀开设有与所述槽位一一对应的限位孔,所述限位层上在限位孔的外侧卡嵌有无纺棉布,所述无纺棉布兜住限位孔的底部并从限位孔的边缘处穿出并延伸至限位孔上方。
优选地,所述卡槽层的底部垫有一层珍珠棉拉网。
优选地,所述槽位的底部铺设有一层拉菲丝。
优选地,所述卡槽层为瓦楞纸板层。
优选地,所述限位层为泡沫层。
优选地,所述缓冲层为珍珠棉层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在安放水蜜桃的卡槽层内设有限位层和缓冲层,能有效防止水蜜桃被磕伤,并且在槽位中放置水蜜桃的过程中会自动套上一层无纺棉布,在抓取时直接抓住无纺棉布即可提出水蜜桃,避免了用手抓取时对水蜜桃造成的破坏,最大程度地保留了商品价值,当水蜜桃全部安放好后,戳针会戳破干冰袋,盒体内的温度会迅速下降,在运输过程中能够有效保鲜。

参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种水蜜桃包装盒,包括盒体1和盒盖2,盒体1内部为用于放置水蜜桃的中空腔室,盒盖2盖于盒体1上端将中空腔室密封,盒体1内设有卡槽层3,卡槽层3上均匀开设有用于安放水蜜桃的槽位31,卡槽层3的外侧壁与盒体1的内侧壁固定连接,卡槽层3内连接有缓冲层4和限位层5,限位层5设于缓冲层4的上端;
参阅图1、图3和图5,缓冲层4上均匀开设有与槽位31一一对应的缓冲槽41,缓冲槽41的直径略小于水蜜桃的最大直径,使得水蜜桃能够卡接于缓冲槽41内保持稳定,防止运输过程中被磕伤,缓冲槽41的缓冲部42伸入槽位31内,缓冲部42的外侧壁与槽位31的内侧壁贴合,缓冲层4在相邻的缓冲槽41之间的底部设有戳针43,卡槽层3在相邻的槽位31之间为凸起部32,戳针43插入对应的凸起部32内,凸起部32内在戳针43的正下方设有干冰袋6;
通过以上技术方案,在放入水蜜桃之前,由于缓冲部42受到凸起部32向上的摩擦力,使得缓冲层4底部的戳针43与干冰袋6保持一定距离,当安放好水蜜桃后,缓冲部42受到的水蜜桃的重力作用突破了摩擦力的限制,使得整个缓冲层4会沿着槽位31的内侧壁下滑一段距离,戳针43也会戳破干冰袋6,干冰袋6内的干冰遇到空气之后发生吸热反应,迅速使盒体1的内部降温,实现了在运输过程中对水蜜桃的保鲜作用。
参阅图1、图4和图6,限位层5上均匀开设有与槽位31一一对应的限位孔51,限位孔51的直径略大于水蜜桃的最大直径,能够有效减小运输过程中水蜜桃的晃动幅度,进一步避免撞伤,限位层5上在限位孔51的外侧卡嵌有无纺棉布52,无纺棉布52兜住限位孔51的底部并从限位孔51的边缘处穿出并延伸至限位孔51上方;
通过以上技术方案,水蜜桃从限位孔51放入缓冲槽41内,在放置过程中,水蜜桃会从底部兜上无纺棉布52直至完全包覆,无纺棉布52实现减震效果的同时,还能在抓取时提供便利,人们只要抓住无纺棉布52的边缘,就能拎提出整个水蜜桃,整个取出的过程都不会对水蜜桃造成破坏。
进一步地,述卡槽层3的底部垫有一层珍珠棉拉网7,槽位31的底部铺设有一层拉菲丝8,提高减震防撞伤的效果。
进一步地,卡槽层3为瓦楞纸板层,限位层5为泡沫层,缓冲层4为珍珠棉层,使得水蜜桃接触的都是柔性材质,不会产生破损。
具体实施时,运输前,水蜜桃穿过限位孔51被安放在缓冲槽41,在穿过限位孔51时,水蜜桃会从底部兜住无纺棉布52直至完全被包覆,当全部安放好后,缓冲层4在重力作用下会下滑一段距离,使得戳针43戳破干冰袋6,在盒体1内创造低温环境实现保鲜功能,在运输过程中,缓冲部42和限位孔51能够有效减震,避免水蜜桃被磕伤,运输完成后,人们直接抓住无纺棉布52的边缘即可提出新鲜的水蜜桃。
综上,本发明能够在运输过程中实现了对水蜜桃的保鲜功能,并且有效地放置了运输过程中的磕碰,在提取时创新性地利用了无纺棉布包覆提取的方式,最大程度地保留了商品价值。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具有高度产业利用价值。

1.一种水蜜桃包装盒,其特征在于,包括盒体(1)和盒盖(2),所述盒体(1)内部为用于放置水蜜桃的中空腔室,所述盒盖(2)盖于盒体(1)上端将所述中空腔室密封,所述盒体(1)内设有卡槽层(3),所述卡槽层(3)上均匀开设有用于安放水蜜桃的槽位(31),所述卡槽层(3)的外侧壁与盒体(1)的内侧壁固定连接,所述卡槽层(3)内连接有缓冲层(4)和限位层(5),所述限位层(5)设于所述缓冲层(4)的上端;
所述缓冲层(4)上均匀开设有与所述槽位(31)一一对应的缓冲槽(41),所述缓冲槽(41)的缓冲部(42)伸入槽位(31)内,所述缓冲部(42)的外侧壁与槽位(31)的内侧壁贴合,所述缓冲层(4)在相邻的缓冲槽(41)之间的底部设有戳针(43),所述卡槽层(3)在相邻的槽位(31)之间为凸起部(32),所述戳针(43)插入对应的凸起部(32)内,所述凸起部(32)内在戳针(43)的正下方设有干冰袋(6);
所述限位层(5)上均匀开设有与所述槽位(31)一一对应的限位孔(51),所述限位层(5)上在限位孔(51)的外侧卡嵌有无纺棉布(52),所述无纺棉布(52)兜住限位孔(51)的底部并从限位孔(51)的边缘处穿出并延伸至限位孔(51)上方。
