Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic membrane peeling device, which comprises: the workbench is used for bearing a workpiece to be stripped; the mounting frame is erected on the workbench; and the stripping mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame and comprises a power unit, an output shaft and a plurality of stripping rollers, the output shaft is connected with the power unit, the stripping rollers are arranged on the output shaft and driven by the output shaft to rotate, and stripping teeth arranged along the periphery of the stripping rollers are arranged on the peripheral surface of each stripping roller. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the stripping roller and the stripping teeth are arranged, and the stripping roller is driven to rotate by the driving unit of the stripping mechanism, so that the stripping teeth contact the film layer in the moving process and drive the film layer to be separated from the surface of the workpiece.

Background
The existing components on the FPCB board usually adopt a surface automatic mounting technology, wherein the surface automatic mounting technology is widely applied in production, before the FPCB board is mounted, a protective film layer is attached to the surface of the FPCB board to protect the FPCB board from being scratched in the transportation process, the FPCB board usually comprises a PET film and a carrier film (ET), the film layer needs to be peeled off firstly in the attaching process of the FPCB, and in the prior art, the FPCB board is usually torn off manually, but the manual tearing off is difficult, the efficiency is low, and the processing cost is high.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the automatic film peeling device of the present invention comprises a workbench 1, a mounting frame 2 and a peeling mechanism 3, wherein the workbench 1 is used for carrying a workpiece 12 to be peeled; the mounting frame 2 is erected on the workbench 1; peeling means 3 install in on the mounting bracket 2, peeling means 3 includes power unit 4, output shaft 5 and a plurality of peel roller 6, output shaft 5 with power unit 4 is connected, peel roller 6 set up in on the output shaft 5 and by output shaft 5 drives relative workstation 1 and rotates, be equipped with on the peripheral surface of peel roller 6 along peel tooth 7 that the periphery of peel roller 6 set up.
As shown in fig. 4, the peeling roller 6 in the embodiment of the present invention is a ratchet wheel, the peeling teeth 7 are ratchet teeth evenly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the peeling roller 6, wherein the tips of the ratchet teeth are arranged at an acute angle and constitute a peeling edge 14, and the peeling edge 14 extends in an axial direction parallel to the output shaft 5, i.e. the blade edge of the peeling edge 14 extends in a direction parallel to the central axis 15. During the rotation process, the stripping edge 14 scrapes the surface film layer of the workpiece, and simultaneously, the workpiece on the workbench 1 is manually or mechanically pushed to move relative to the stripping roller so as to drive the film layer to be separated from the workpiece.
In order to avoid the hard roller from scratching the surface of the workpiece, the stripping roller 6 is a non-metal roller, or the material hardness of the stripping roller 6 is lower than 2H, wherein H' refers to the hardness of a pencil. Specifically, the peeling roller is a nylon roller.
The nylon is a description of polyamide fiber (nylon), and can be made into long fiber or short fiber, and its basic component substance is an aliphatic polyamide. The nylon has good comprehensive properties including mechanical property, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and self-lubricity, and has low friction coefficient, certain flame retardance and easy processing.
The embodiment of the invention also comprises an adjusting mechanism 8, wherein the adjusting mechanism 8 is movably connected with the mounting frame 2 and the stripping mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism 8 adjusts the stripping mechanism 3 in a lifting way.
The adjusting mechanism 8 comprises a sliding seat 9, an adjusting bolt 10 and a guide sliding rail 11.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, a pair of the sliding bases 9 is slidably connected to a pair of the mounting frames 2, specifically, a guide rail 11 is provided on the mounting frame 2, and the sliding bases 9 are slidably connected to the guide rail 11.
The output shaft 5 penetrates between the pair of sliding seats 9, and one end of the output shaft 5 penetrates through the sliding seats 9 and then is connected with the power unit 4.
The power unit 4 is a motor, and in order to prevent the stripping teeth 7 from rotating improperly and damaging the surface of a workpiece, the motor is a speed regulating motor, so that the stripping teeth 7 can be suitable for separating different workpieces from film layers.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the adjusting bolt 10 is in threaded connection with the mounting bracket, and the movable end of the adjusting bolt abuts against the sliding seat 9.
The sliding base 9 is provided with a cross beam 13 connected with the sliding bases at two ends, the cross beam and the sliding base 9 can be arranged integrally or fixed integrally through other connecting pieces, a biasing force piece for applying an acting force to the sliding base 9 is further arranged in the sliding base 9, and the biasing force piece applies an acting force opposite to the adjusting bolt 10 to the sliding base 9. Specifically, the biasing force member of this embodiment is a compression spring provided below the slide base 9, the compression spring has an acting force that tends to move the slide base 9 upward, and the heights of the beam 13 on which the peeling roller 6 is mounted and the slide base 9 can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt 10 with a knob, so that the peeling roller 6 can be adjusted.
Of course, as an alternative embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 8 may also be another adjustable lifting mechanism, such as a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder, and the lifting of the cross beam 13 is realized by the lifting of the hydraulic cylinder or the air cylinder which is arranged below the cross beam 13, so as to realize the lifting of the peeling roller 6; or the lifting device can also be a gear-rack mechanism, a vertically arranged rack is arranged on the sliding seat 9, a gear meshed with the rack is arranged on the mounting seat 2, a motor for driving the gear to rotate forward and backward is arranged on the gear, the gear is driven to rotate forward and backward by controlling the motor to rotate forward and backward, so that the rack is driven to lift, and finally the sliding seat 9 and the stripping roller 6 are lifted.
In the embodiment of the invention, the workpiece 12 to be stripped is a flexible circuit board, and the film layer to be stripped is a polyester film (PET film) and a carrier film.
The working process of the automatic stripping device comprises the following steps:
firstly, adjusting the height of the slide 9 and the cross beam 13 by turning the adjusting bolt 10 so as to adjust the height of the peeling roller 6;
then, turning on the motor, and controlling the rotation direction of the peeling roller 6 to be opposite to the translation direction of the workpiece 12 to be peeled, that is, taking fig. 1 as an example, the workpiece 12 to be peeled moves in the arrow direction in the figure in fig. 1, and the two peeling rollers 6 rotate in the counterclockwise direction;
when the peeling roller 6 rotates, the lowest position of the peeling tooth 7 moves to scrape the film layer to be peeled at the edge of the workpiece 12 to be peeled, the film layer is driven by the peeling roller 6 to be separated from the surface of the workpiece 12 to be peeled along with the relative movement of the element 12 to be peeled, and then the workpiece 12 to be peeled is pushed to move along the arrow direction in figure 1 until the film layer is completely peeled.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the stripping roller and the stripping teeth are arranged, and the stripping roller is driven to rotate by the power unit of the stripping mechanism, so that the stripping teeth contact the film layer in the moving process and drive the film layer to be separated from the surface of the workpiece.

1. An automatic film peeling device, characterized by comprising:
the workbench is used for bearing a workpiece to be stripped;
the mounting frame is erected on the workbench;
and the stripping mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame and comprises a power unit, an output shaft and a plurality of stripping rollers, the output shaft is connected with the power unit, the stripping rollers are arranged on the output shaft and driven by the output shaft to rotate relative to the workbench, and stripping teeth arranged along the periphery of the stripping rollers are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the stripping rollers.
2. The automatic film stripping device according to claim 1, wherein the stripping roller is a ratchet wheel, and the stripping teeth are ratchet teeth uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the stripping roller.
3. The automatic film stripping device of claim 2, wherein the tips of the teeth of the ratchet constitute stripping edges extending in an axial direction parallel to the output shaft.
4. The automatic stripping device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the stripping roller is a non-metallic roller.

The automatic film stripping device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an adjusting mechanism, wherein the adjusting mechanism is movably connected with the mounting frame and the stripping mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism adjusts the stripping mechanism in a lifting manner.
