firstly, disassembling the connection between an engine and a front axle, the connection between a gearbox and the front axle and the connection between the engine and the gearbox, then hanging out the engine and the gearbox assembly, then disassembling the steering gear assembly, finally disassembling the remaining parts of the front axle, and after the disassembly is finished, transporting the parts which are not disassembled according to the second step;
twenty-seven steps: disassembling and finishing:
the engine is transported to a disassembling working platform on an engine disassembling part line lifting platform by a crane, then a release button of a lifting station 1 is pressed, if no working platform exists on a station 2A, the working platform carrying the engine is directly transported to the station 2A by the lifting station 1 in a forward rotation mode, if the working platform exists on the station 2A, the lifting station 1 is in a waiting release state until the working platform on the station 2A is moved away, then the working platform carrying the engine is transported to the station 2A for disassembling operation, finally the working platform carrying the engine is automatically lowered to the bottom and then reversed after the working platform carrying the engine is transported to the station 2A by the lifting station 1, the empty working platform is automatically lifted to the top to wait for the engine by the station 2B, and the lifting station is restored to an initial state.
Example 2
The difference from example 1 is:
in the first step, the front end and the rear end of the forklift are required to be clamped at the bumper part when the forklift is operated, and the two sides of the forklift are required to be clamped at the pedal parts of the four doors.
In the third step, the vehicle roof is removed from the production line through a crane, and the vehicle roof is piled on the empty ground beside the production line, and the piled empty ground does not influence the production operation.
In the ninth step, enough space is needed to disassemble the bolt and the nut at the position of the bracket under the shock absorber.
And in the third step to the twenty-sixth step, disassembling personnel can conveniently and safely climb onto the vehicle for disassembling operation.
And in the second step and the twenty-seventh step, the conversion between the high position and the low position of the lifting platform is ensured to be accurate, and the lifting is stable and reliable up and down and is kept in a constant speed state.

firstly, a forklift forks a vehicle onto a pry body of a lifting station 1, then a release button of the lifting station 1 is pressed, if no pry body is arranged on a station 2A, the lifting station 1 rotates forwards to directly transport the pry body loaded with the vehicle to the station 2A, if the pry body is arranged on the station 2A, the lifting station 1 is in a state of waiting for release until the pry body on the station 2A is moved away, then the pry body loaded with the vehicle is transported to the station 2A for disassembly operation, finally the lifting station 1 transports the pry body loaded with the vehicle to the station 2A, then the lifting station 1 automatically descends to the bottom and rotates reversely, the station 2B automatically transports an empty pry body to the lifting station 1, after the empty pry body loaded with the lifting station 1 is in place, the lifting station 1 automatically rises to the top to wait for loading, and the lifting station;
step two: and (3) disassembling and transporting the automobile:
firstly, a release button of a station 2A is pressed, if no pry body is arranged on the station 3A, the station 2A rotates forwards to directly transport the pry body carrying the vehicle to the station 3A, if the pry body is arranged on the station 3A, the station 2A is in a state of waiting for release until the pry body on the station 3A is moved away, then the pry body carrying the vehicle is transported to the station 3A to be disassembled, the station 17B does not have a release button to the station 2B, the station belongs to an automatic control state, only the previous station does not have a pry body, and the next station automatically rotates backwards to transport the pry to the previous station;
step three: cutting and disassembling the roof: firstly, cutting the car roof and the car body by using hydraulic scissors, taking down the car roof, then decomposing all parts of the car roof, disassembling the skylight on the car roof, decomposing all the components of the skylight, and transporting the undecomposed components according to the second step after the decomposition is finished;
step four: front and rear bumper, headlight and tail lamp disassembly
Firstly, disassembling a front bumper, disassembling the parking radar, then disassembling a headlamp and a fog lamp on the automobile, after the headlamp and the fog lamp are disassembled, disassembling a rear bumper on the automobile, then disassembling the reversing radar and the parking radar, finally, absorbing broken glass by using an industrial dust collector, and after the disassembly is completed, transporting the undecomposed parts according to the second step;
step five: disassembling a front machine cover, a moon plate and a wiper assembly:
firstly, disassembling a stay bar and a hinge on an automobile, taking down a front cover, then sequentially disassembling a wiper blade, a wiper arm and a moon plate, finally disassembling a wiper linkage mechanism, disassembling a motor, and transporting undecomposed parts according to the second step after the disassembly is finished;
step six: disassembling a rear luggage case cover and an interior trim part:
