In order to realize free reversing of the tool vehicle, the driving wheel 2 is set as an active reversing wheel, a bogie of the driving wheel 2 is assembled on the vehicle body 1 through a steering shaft, the steering shaft is rotatably assembled with the vehicle body 1, the control handle 11 is connected with the steering shaft, and the rotation reversing of the driving wheel 2 is realized through mechanical connection of the control handle 11 and the driving wheel. As shown in fig. 4, four sets of lifting rings 13 are disposed at four corners of the top surface of the vehicle body 1, and the tool vehicle in the folded and retracted state can be lifted and moved by a lifting device mounted on the vehicle.
The specific operation of the present embodiment is described in detail below.
When the tire is folded, firstly, the fixing bolt of the bad tire on the axle is dismantled, then the movable tool vehicle and the transverse adjusting oil cylinder are moved through the control handle 11, the telescopic oil cylinder and the jacking oil cylinder support the tire from the bottom by the left jacking supporting leg 7 and the right jacking supporting leg 7, then the clamping hook 10 is rotated and tightly held, the clamping hook 10 is made to be placed right above the bad tire to hook the bad tire, the adjusting nut is screwed down again, the bad tire has a three-point supporting position, the stability of the tire is ensured, the jacking oil cylinder is slightly moved again, the stress between the tire and the axle is not caused, the control handle 11 is operated again to move the driving wheel 2 outwards, the tire is driven to be separated from the axle.
When the tire is mounted, a bad tire on an axle of a tool handle is detached and placed at a designated position, a good tire is placed on the rolling sleeves 7-1 on the left jacking supporting leg 7 and the right jacking supporting leg 7 through a working device on a vehicle-mounted guarantee vehicle, the telescopic oil cylinder is operated by operating the operating handle 11 to extend out, the lifting tail arm is lifted to a calibration position, the clamping hook 10 is rotated to clamp the clamping hook 10, the clamping hook 10 is placed right above the good tire to hook the good tire, the adjusting nut is screwed down to clamp the clamping hook 10 to clamp the good tire, and the tire has three-point support, so that the stable connection between the tire and the tool vehicle is guaranteed. The tool car is moved to the opposite side of the axle where the tire is to be installed, the jacking oil cylinder and the transverse adjusting oil cylinder are operated to enable the center of the tire to be aligned with the center of the axle, the tire can be manually rotated due to the existence of a plurality of degrees of freedom of rolling sleeves 7-1, front and back, left and right, up and down and walking and turning, the tire can be manually rotated, the tire bolt holes are aligned with the mounting bolts on the axle through up and down and left and right adjustment, the operating handle 11 is operated to push the tool car, the mounting bolts penetrate through the tire bolt holes, the mounting nuts are screwed on, the clamping hooks 10 are retracted, the tool car is withdrawn, and all the nuts are subsequently screwed by.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the tool cart in this embodiment can retract the swing leg 3, the jacking leg 7, and the clasping hook 10 to fit the machine body 1 when not in use, which is as follows: the lifting tail arm is slidably sleeved in the lifting bottom arm and freely rotates, and the clasping hook 10 can be transversely placed on the top surface of the vehicle body 1, so that the overall dimension is reduced to be as small as possible. The swing supporting legs 3 can swing and retract to be tightly attached to the surface of the vehicle body, the outline dimension of the swing supporting legs is attached to the side face of the vehicle body 1 as much as possible, and the operating handle 11 can be inverted for 90 degrees and rotated for 90 degrees, so that the outline dimension of the operating handle 11 is attached to the top face of the vehicle body 1. The pedal 12 can be turned up by 90 degrees and is attached to the rear of the vehicle body 1. Thus, the parts extending outwards of the whole trolley can be folded and contracted completely and attached to the surface of the trolley body 1 as much as possible, the overall dimension reaches the minimum, and the folded parts are shown in figure 4. Example two
The first embodiment can be used for conveying round cake-shaped objects such as tires and the like, and square objects are convenient to clamp and convey. In this embodiment, the work attachment is replaced.
Referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, the jacking accessory is replaced with a forklift tooth 7 ', the forklift tooth 7' and the jacking leg 7 are both in a right-angle structure, the tail structure of the forklift tooth is mounted on the slide bar 6 and the transverse shifting frame 8 of the lifting frame 5 in the same assembly manner, the front part of the forklift tooth structure corresponds to the existing forklift, and the forklift tooth structure can be used as a simple forklift to carry goods by utilizing the multiple degrees of freedom of the tool car to work in cooperation, can be connected with an upper lifting hook by utilizing the clasping hook above in practical application, and can be made into a small mobile crane for use.

the tool mechanism comprises two groups of jacking accessories and holding and clamping accessories which are positioned on the front side surface of the vehicle body, the two groups of jacking accessories support the object to be carried, the jacking accessory is arranged on the vehicle body through a lifting frame, the lifting frame is connected with the vehicle body through a lifting driving piece in a lifting way, the lifting accessory and the vehicle body form a lifting freedom degree, the lifting accessory is arranged on the lifting frame through the transverse shifting frame, the transverse shifting frame and the lifting frame are connected through a transverse shifting adjusting driving piece, the transverse shifting freedom degree between the jacking accessory and the vehicle body is realized, the jacking accessory is vertically arranged relative to the lifting frame through a sliding rod parallel to the translation direction of the jacking accessory, the jacking accessory and the vehicle body form a swing freedom degree, the holding clamp accessory is positioned above the jacking accessory and forms a triangular position relation with the jacking accessory, and the object is stably clamped.
2. The foldable self-walking tool car as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the jacking tool is slidably sleeved on the sliding rod, and the lower part of the jacking tool is embedded in the positioning slot of the transverse shifting frame.
3. The foldable self-propelled tool cart of claim 1, wherein the clasping attachment is disposed on the back of the traverse rack by a lifting arm with a telescoping drive member.
4. The foldable self-propelled tool cart of any of claims 1-3, wherein the jacking attachment is an L-shaped structure, one section of which is assembled to the cart body and the other section of which extends out of the cart body to support an object.
5. The foldable self-propelled tool cart of claim 4, wherein the jacking attachment is a jacking leg with a roller on the front, or a forklift tine.

The foldable self-walking tool car of claim 1, wherein the clasping tool is an L-shaped clasping hook, the tail part of the clasping tool is locked and sleeved with the top end of the lifting arm, and the front end of the clasping tool is provided with a bent hook body for clasping and fixing an object supported on the jacking tool.
7. The foldable self-propelled tool vehicle of claim 6, wherein the clasping attachment is pivotally connected to the lift arm about the lift arm as a pivot.

The foldable self-propelled tool vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the vehicle body is provided with a walking mechanism comprising a set of driving wheels and two sets of supporting wheels, the driving wheels are located at the bottom of the central axis of the vehicle body and are in transmission connection with a power unit arranged on the vehicle body, the supporting wheels are located at the bottom of swinging legs of the vehicle body, the swinging legs are symmetrically hinged at two ends of the bottom of the front side surface of the vehicle body, and the lifting accessory can bear load reliably after supporting an object.
