In one embodiment, the cutting device comprises a fixed plate, screw rods, first swing rods, cutting motors and cutting wheels, wherein the fixed plate is fixedly connected to one end of the first sliding rod, the two screw rods are mounted on one side of the fixed plate, the two first swing rods are connected to the bottom of the fixed plate through the two screw rods, one end of each first swing rod is fixedly connected with one cutting motor, and one cutting wheel is fixedly connected to an output shaft of each cutting motor.

The fixing device 19 comprises a support rod 191, a fixed slide rod 192, a fixed roller 193, a fixed spring 194, a fixed pressing plate 195 and a hollow inner cam 196, the support rod 191 is fixedly connected to the right side of the placing seat 18, the upper end of the support rod 191 is movably connected with the fixed slide rod 192, the fixed roller 193 is installed at the upper end of the fixed slide rod 192, the fixed spring 194 is sleeved on the lower portion of the fixed slide rod 192, the fixed pressing plate 195 is installed at the lower end of the fixed slide rod 192, the hollow inner cam 196 is fixedly connected to one side of the hollow gear 7, the hollow inner cam 196 is located on the side close to the cutting device 16, and the inner side of the hollow.
