It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a shower device with a four-bar linkage, comprising: the base is fixedly arranged and is provided with a water inlet channel communicated with the water supply pipeline; the bottom end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the base; the second connecting rod is opposite to the first connecting rod, and the bottom end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the base; the ejector rod is hinged with the top end of the first connecting rod and the top end of the second connecting rod, and a top shower is fixedly arranged on the ejector rod; the base, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the ejector rod approximately enclose a four-bar mechanism, and the first connecting rod and/or the second connecting rod are/is provided with a water passing channel communicated with the water inlet channel and the top shower head.
The key point of the invention is that the four-bar mechanism is arranged on the shower device, under the action of the four-bar mechanism, the first connecting bar and the second connecting bar are rotated relative to the base, so that the ejector rod can be displaced in the horizontal direction or the angle of the ejector rod can be changed, and further a user can adjust the horizontal position or the spraying angle of the top spraying shower head according to the requirement, and the shower device has a simple structure and is convenient to adjust.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a shower apparatus with a four-bar linkage according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a four-bar linkage 10, a top shower head 20, and a side shower head 30.
The four-bar linkage mechanism 10 comprises a base 11, a first link 12, a second link 13 and a top bar 14, wherein the base 11 and the top bar 14 are arranged in parallel or approximately parallel, and the first link 12 and the second link 13 are arranged in parallel or approximately parallel, that is, the four-bar linkage mechanism 10 is a parallel four-bar linkage mechanism or an approximately parallel four-bar linkage mechanism, so that the top shower 20 can always move horizontally or basically move horizontally in the adjusting process, and the spraying angle of the top shower 20 is unchanged or basically unchanged, and the structure can be selected by a user who does not want to change the spraying angle of the top shower 20 in the adjusting process.
The base 11 is fixedly installed and has a water inlet channel 111 communicating with the water supply pipeline 80, and the base 11 can be selectively fixed on a wall or directly fixed on the water supply pipeline 80 or other fixed parts in the toilet. The first link 12 has a bottom end hinged to the base 11 and a top end hinged to the top plate 14. The bottom end of the second connecting rod 13 is hinged with the base 11, and the top end is hinged with the top plate 14. The top shower head 20 is fixedly arranged on the top rod 14, and the side shower head 30 is arranged on the first connecting rod 12. By changing the angles of the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 relative to the base 11 and adjusting the position of the ejector rod 14 in the horizontal direction, the ejector rod 14 can always keep horizontal movement, so that the water outlet angle of the top shower 20 is unchanged.
In this embodiment, the first connecting rod 12 is provided with a water passage 121 communicating the water inlet passage 111 and the top shower head 20, a first sealing member 91 is disposed at a hinge joint between the bottom end of the first connecting rod 12 and the base 11, and a second sealing member 92 is disposed at a hinge joint between the top end of the first connecting rod 12 and the top plate 14, so that the water inlet passage 111 and the water passage 121 are in sealed communication, and the water passage 121 and the top shower head 20 are in sealed communication. The water channel 121 communicating the water inlet channel 111 with the top shower head 20 is directly arranged on the first connecting rod 12, so that the structure is simpler and more compact.
The first connecting rod 12 is a hollow strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, the water passing channel 121 is formed in the hollow inner cavity of the strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, the side shower 30 is communicated with the water passing channel 121, in the embodiment, the spray holes of the side shower 30 are directly formed in the outer side wall of the first connecting rod 12, and the structure is simpler. Of course, the water passing channel may be provided on the second connecting rod 13, or the water passing channel may be provided on both the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13.
In this embodiment, the valve element 50 for opening and closing the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30 is disposed at the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30, the valve element 50 is specifically a shaft structure, a sealing ring for sealing the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30 is disposed on an outer wall of the shaft structure, and when the sealing ring is separated from the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30, the valve element 50 opens the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30. The second link 13 is provided with a linkage portion 131, and the linkage portion 131 is a convex portion protruding from the outer wall of the second link 13 toward the first link 12. When the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 rotate relative to the base 11 to move close to each other in the transverse direction, the linkage portion 131 on the second connecting rod 13 links the valve core 50 to drive the valve core 50 to open or close the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30, so that the water outlet channel is switched while the horizontal position of the top shower 20 and the angle of the side shower 30 are adjusted, and the water outlet channel is switched without additionally arranging a switching button or a switching knob and by operating the switching button or the switching knob, which is very convenient.
Specifically, the present embodiment further includes a seesaw 60 rotatably mounted on the first link 12 and facing the second link 13, and an elastic member 70 for urging the valve member 50 to close the inlet 31 of the side shower. The interlocking part 131 is provided on the second link 13 and faces the first link 12. One end of the seesaw 60 is engaged with the interlocking part 131, and the other end thereof interlocks the valve body 50. When the first and second connecting rods 12 and 13 rotate relative to the base 11 to move laterally closer to each other, the linkage portion 131 of the second connecting rod 13 presses one end of the seesaw 60, and the other end of the seesaw 60 drives the valve element 50 to open the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30, so that the side shower 30 can discharge water. When the first and second connecting rods 12 and 13 rotate relative to the base 11 to move away in the lateral direction, the elastic member 70 is reset to drive the valve core 50 to close the water inlet 31 of the side shower, so that the side shower 30 stops discharging water. The water outlet and water stop of the side shower 30 can be automatically controlled by controlling the angles of the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 relative to the base 11 to enable the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to be close to each other or far away from each other, and the side shower is ingenious in design concept and very convenient to use.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 70 is a compression spring, but may be an elastic member of other forms. When the first and second connecting rods 12 and 13 rotate relative to the base 11 to move away from each other in the transverse direction, the linkage part 131 on the second connecting rod 13 no longer presses one end of the seesaw 60, so that the seesaw 60 and the valve core 50 are reset under the action of the elastic member 70, and the sealing ring on the valve core 50 reseals the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30, thereby automatically stopping the water outlet of the side shower 30. In this embodiment, the elastic member 70 is elastically pressed between the valve core 50 and the first link 12 to directly apply a restoring elastic force to the valve core 50, and the valve core 50 further drives the seesaw 60 to restore; of course, the elastic member 70 may be alternatively pushed between the seesaw 60 and the first link 12 to directly apply a restoring elastic force to the seesaw 60, so that the seesaw 60 further drives the valve core 50 to restore, as long as the elastic member 70 can restore the seesaw 60 and the valve core 50 after losing the pressing of the linkage portion 131, and the position of the elastic member 70 may be selected as required.
In this embodiment, the side shower 30 and the first connecting rod 12 are integrally formed, and the top shower 20 is horizontally disposed and integrally formed with the top rod 14, so that the structure is simpler, and the number of product parts is less. In other embodiments, the side shower 30 may be fixed to the first link 12 and the top shower 20 may be fixed to the top rod 14.
In order to effectively position the rotation angle of the first link 12 and the second link 13 relative to the base 11 and avoid the problem that the first link 12 and the second link 13 cannot be positioned at the adjusted positions, in the embodiment, a positioning structure for rotatably positioning the first link 12 and the second link 13 relative to the base 11 is arranged between the base 11 and the first link 12. Specifically, in the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 8, the positioning structure includes a plurality of positioning slots 41 disposed on the base 11 at intervals and an elastic pin 42 disposed on the first connecting rod 12, and when the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 rotate relative to the base 11, the elastic pin 42 is sequentially engaged with the plurality of positioning slots 41. It is understood that the positioning slot 41 may be a positioning hole penetrating the base 11. The positioning structure adopts the elastic pin and the positioning groove/hole, the structure is simple, the positioning function is reliable, the gear feeling is realized during adjustment, and the adjustment amplitude can be intuitively felt by a user.
Alternatively, the positioning structure may be disposed between the base 11 and the second link 13. Similarly, the positioning structure includes a plurality of positioning slots 41/holes arranged at intervals on the base 11 and an elastic pin 42 arranged on the second connecting rod 13, and when the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 rotate relative to the base 11, the elastic pin 42 is sequentially matched with the plurality of positioning slots 41/holes in an embedded manner. It will be readily understood that the positioning structure may alternatively be provided between the base 11 and the first link 12, and between the base 11 and the second link 13.
In other embodiments, the positioning structure may also be an interference fit structure, that is, an interference fit may be selected between the base 11 and the first rod 12 and/or the second link 13, and an angle of rotation of the first link 12 and the second link 13 relative to the base 11 under the interference fit may be effectively positioned.
The working process of this embodiment is briefly described as follows:
referring to fig. 1, at this time, the four-bar linkage 10 of the shower apparatus is in a vertical state, that is, the first and second links 12 and 13 are in a vertical state, the distance between the first and second links 12 and 13 in the transverse direction is the largest, and the linkage portion 131 on the second link 13 does not press against one end of the seesaw 60, and at this time, under the action of the elastic member 70, the valve core 50 is in a position of closing the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30, and the water in the water passage 121 only flows to the top shower 20 and is sprayed by the top shower 20.
When the position of the top shower head 20 in the horizontal direction needs to be adjusted, an external force is applied to the first connecting rod 12 or the second connecting rod 13 (in this embodiment, the driving handle 122 is arranged on the first connecting rod 12, so that the first connecting rod 12 is conveniently rotated), the external force overcomes the clamping acting force of the positioning groove 41 and the elastic pin 42, so that the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 can rotate relative to the base 11 at the same time, meanwhile, the elastic pin 42 is sequentially matched with the positioning grooves 41 of the plurality of positioning grooves in an embedded manner, and is positioned at a required position after being adjusted, so that the rotating angles of the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 relative to the base 11 are kept fixed. As shown in fig. 4, at this time, the first link 12 and the second link 13 are in an inclined state, the distance between the two in the transverse direction is reduced, the linkage portion 131 on the second link 13 is pressed against one end of the seesaw 60, and the other end of the seesaw 60 drives the valve core 50 to open the water inlet 31 of the side shower 30, so that the side shower 30 is discharged, and since the top shower 20 is communicated with the water passage 121, the top shower 20 keeps discharging water, that is, at this time, both the top shower 20 and the side shower 30 discharge water.
In other alternative embodiments, the first link 12 is provided with a water diversion seat (not shown) and a valve core 50 matched with the water diversion seat, the water diversion seat is provided with an inlet (not shown) communicated with the water inlet channel 111, a first outlet (not shown) communicated with the top shower 20 and a second outlet (not shown) communicated with the side shower 30. The valve core 50 moves between a first position and a second position, the second connecting rod 13 is also provided with a linkage part 131, and when the first connecting rod 12 and the second connecting rod 13 rotate relative to the base 11, the linkage part 131 on the second connecting rod 13 is linked with the valve core 50 to drive the valve core 50 to move between the first position and the second position; when the valve core 50 is at the first position, the inlet of the water distribution seat is communicated with the first water outlet of the water distribution seat, so that the top shower head 20 can spray water, and when the valve core 50 is at the second position, the inlet of the water distribution seat is communicated with the second water outlet of the water distribution seat, so that the side shower head 30 can spray water; or when the valve core 50 is at the first position, the inlet of the water distribution seat is communicated with the first water outlet or the second water outlet of the water distribution seat, and when the valve core 50 is at the second position, the inlet of the water distribution seat is communicated with the first water outlet and the second water outlet of the water distribution seat, so that the top shower head 20 and the side shower head 30 can discharge water. Through setting up the water diversion seat in this embodiment, can carry out multiple control to the play water mode of top gondola water faucet 20 and side gondola water faucet 30, can satisfy more user demands.
It can be understood that when wanting to change the position of top shower 20 in the horizontal direction, want to change the spray angle of top shower 20 again, can select to set up four-bar linkage as the non-parallel four-bar linkage, promptly, make base 11 and ejector pin 14 nonparallel or first connecting rod 12 and second connecting rod 13 nonparallel at least to make the user can adjust the horizontal position of top shower 20 and its spray angle simultaneously, very simple and convenient, user's use experience degree has been promoted greatly.
