The multifunctional pollutant adsorbing and purifying material of claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of deionized water, 50 parts of activated carbon, 10 parts of macroporous adsorption resin, 2 parts of an AC foaming agent, 30 parts of a quaternary ammonium salt surfactant, 10 parts of an oxide, 10 parts of an organic acid, 30 parts of lignin and 5 parts of a microbial enzyme.

The multifunctional pollutant adsorbing and purifying material of claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 150 parts of deionized water, 60 parts of activated carbon, 20 parts of macroporous adsorption resin, 4 parts of AC foaming agent, 40 parts of quaternary ammonium surfactant, 15 parts of oxide, 15 parts of organic acid, 40 parts of lignin and 7 parts of microbial ferment.

The multifunctional pollutant adsorbing and purifying material of claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of deionized water, 70 parts of activated carbon, 30 parts of macroporous adsorption resin, 5 parts of an AC foaming agent, 50 parts of a quaternary ammonium surfactant, 20 parts of an oxide, 20 parts of an organic acid, 50 parts of lignin and 10 parts of a microbial enzyme.
5. The multifunctional pollutant adsorbing and purifying material of claim 1, wherein: the oxide is one or more of sodium chromate, potassium chromate and potassium manganate, and the organic acid is one or more of organosilicate and organic titanate.
6. The multifunctional pollutant adsorbing and purifying material of claim 1, wherein: the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, preliminary mixing of materials: weighing a certain amount of deionized water, pouring the deionized water into a sterilized measuring cup, heating the measuring cup to room temperature, then carrying out heat preservation, then adding activated carbon, quaternary ammonium surfactant, oxide and lignin into a mixer according to the weight ratio, mixing the mixture for 5 minutes at a speed of 1500r/min, taking out the mixture after the mixture is uniformly mixed, pouring the mixture into the measuring cup filled with ionized water, then adding organic acid, stirring and mixing the organic acid through a stirring rod, and standing the mixture for 5 minutes after the mixture is uniformly mixed until the mixture is settled;
s2, preparation of materials: filtering the mixture by a filtering device, washing the mixture for 3-4 times by distilled water after the filtering is finished, and then drying the material in a vacuum drying oven at the temperature of 50-70 ℃;
s3, ending operation of the material: and taking out the dried mixture, standing and cooling to room temperature, adding macroporous adsorption resin, an AC foaming agent and microbial enzyme into the obtained mixture, uniformly mixing, adding the uniformly mixed mixture into a mold, extruding at the pressure of 50-65MPa to obtain a flat plate blank net with required specifications and containing honeycomb-shaped through holes, taking out the blank net, and finishing processing.

The multifunctional pollutant adsorbing and purifying material according to the claims 1-6, wherein the using device comprises a fixed box (1) and a filter plate (2), the bottom of the filter plate (2) penetrates the top of the fixed box (1) and extends to the inner cavity of the fixed box (1), the surface of the filter plate (2) is connected with the inner cavity of the fixed box (1) in a sliding way, the bottom of the inner cavity of the fixed box (1) is provided with a clamping plate (3), the bottom of the filter plate (2) penetrates the top of the clamping plate (3) and extends to the inner cavity of the clamping plate (3), and the inner cavity of the clamping plate (3) is connected with the surface of the filter plate (2) in a sliding way.
