The quick opening mechanism 70 includes a bracket fixed on the frame 10 and a lifting cylinder, one end of the bracket is located above the filter, the lifting cylinder is fixed on the end of the bracket, and the telescopic end is connected with the upper shell of the filter for opening or closing the filter. The filter is a combined structure with an upper shell and a lower shell.
The frame 10 of the automatic lubricating grease filtering device provided by the embodiment of the invention is split, namely, each part mechanism is arranged on the independent frame 10, so that the assembly and disassembly of each part mechanism are convenient, and the adjustment or change of each part mechanism is also convenient.

the empty barrel unloading mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for taking out the raw material empty barrel in the material taking mechanism;
the filter is arranged on the rack, is communicated with the material taking mechanism and is used for filtering the lubricating grease raw material which is extracted and transmitted by the material taking mechanism;
the cleaning mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for cleaning the raw material empty barrel unloaded by the empty barrel unloading mechanism; the cleaning mechanism comprises a transmission track, a barrel washing assembly and an empty barrel transfer assembly; the transmission track is connected with the empty barrel unloading mechanism; the barrel washing assembly is used for washing the raw material empty barrel transferred from the empty barrel unloading mechanism; the empty barrel transfer assembly is arranged at the tail end of the conveying track and used for transferring the cleaned raw material empty barrels to the lower end of the outlet of the filter; the barrel washing component comprises a sliding plate, a support, a clamping plate, a third telescopic structure, a turnover cylinder and a high-pressure water gun; the sliding plate is arranged on the rack in a sliding mode and used for sliding back and forth along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying track; the two brackets are oppositely arranged and are used for relatively sliding on the sliding plate along the conveying direction of the conveying track; the clamping plates are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two supports, are arranged oppositely and are rotatably connected with the supports respectively, and are used for moving along with the two supports relatively and clamping the raw material empty barrel transmitted by the transmission rail; the third telescopic structures are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two supports, the two third telescopic structures are respectively connected with the two clamping plates in one-to-one correspondence, fixed ends of the two third telescopic structures are respectively fixed on the two supports, and extending ends of the two third telescopic structures are respectively connected with the two clamping plates and are used for driving the two clamping plates to move relatively and clamping the side wall of the raw material empty barrel transmitted by the transmission track; the turning cylinders are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two supports, the cylinder bodies of the two turning cylinders are hinged with the supports, and the end parts of the piston rods are respectively hinged with the two clamping plates and used for driving the two clamping plates to rotate on the supports in a pitching manner and enabling the openings of the raw material empty barrels clamped by the clamping plates to face the unloading direction; the high-pressure water gun is arranged on the rack and used for washing the turned raw material empty barrel;
the feeding mechanism and the empty barrel unloading mechanism are respectively positioned on two sides of the material taking mechanism.
2. The automatic grease filtering device according to claim 1, wherein the extracting mechanism comprises:
the portal frame is fixedly arranged on the rack;
the lifting assembly is arranged below a raw material barrel filled with lubricating grease in the material taking mechanism, is arranged on the rack and is used for driving the raw material barrel to lift, and the lifting assembly is positioned right below the portal frame; and
and the grease pumping assembly is positioned above the raw material barrel filled with lubricating grease in the material taking mechanism, is arranged on the portal frame, and is used for pumping the lubricating grease raw material in the raw material barrel and transmitting the lubricating grease raw material to the filter.
3. The grease lubricant automatic filtration device according to claim 2, wherein the lifting assembly comprises:
the tray is arranged at the bottom of the material taking mechanism and is flush with the rack, and the upper side surface of the tray is used for abutting against the bottom of a raw material barrel or a raw material empty barrel filled with lubricating grease so as to bear the raw material barrel or the raw material empty barrel filled with the lubricating grease; and
the fixed end of the first telescopic structure is fixedly arranged on the rack, and the telescopic end of the first telescopic structure is connected with the tray and used for driving the tray to lift.
4. The grease automatic filtration device according to claim 3, wherein the grease extracting assembly comprises:
the transmission pipeline is arranged between the filter and the raw material barrel filled with the lubricating grease, two ends of the transmission pipeline are respectively communicated with the inlet of the filter and the raw material barrel filled with the lubricating grease, and the transmission pipeline is used for transmitting the lubricating grease in the raw material barrel to the filter; and
and the booster pump is arranged on the transmission pipeline, is fixedly arranged on the portal frame and is used for transmitting lubricating grease and accelerating the transmission speed of lubricating grease raw materials.
5. The automatic grease filtering device according to claim 4, wherein the extracting mechanism further comprises a guard assembly for preventing the raw material bucket filled with the grease from being toppled when the raw material bucket is lifted, the guard assembly comprising:
the two protection plates are arranged oppositely and used for enclosing to form an annular channel for the raw material barrel filled with lubricating grease to move up and down; and
and the two second telescopic structures are in one-to-one correspondence with the protection plates, fixed ends of the two second telescopic structures are fixedly arranged on the portal frame respectively, and the telescopic ends of the two second telescopic structures are connected with the two protection plates respectively and used for driving the two protection plates to move relatively.

The automatic grease filtering device according to claim 3, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a fourth telescopic structure, and a protruding end of the fourth telescopic structure is opposite to the tray in the material taking mechanism and is used for pushing a raw material barrel filled with grease into the tray in the material taking mechanism;
the empty barrel unloading mechanism comprises a fifth telescopic structure and a sixth telescopic structure, the fifth telescopic structure is opposite to the material taking mechanism and used for taking out the empty barrel of the raw materials in the material taking mechanism, and the sixth telescopic structure is used for pushing the empty barrel of the raw materials taken out by the fifth telescopic structure into the conveying track.
7. The automatic grease filtering device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a quick opening mechanism for moving the upper housing of the filter up or down to open or close the filter, the quick opening mechanism comprising:
the bracket is fixedly arranged on the rack;
and the lifting cylinder is fixedly arranged on the support and is positioned right above the filter, and the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder is connected with the upper shell of the filter and is used for driving the upper shell of the filter to ascend or descend.
