Abstract
The invention discloses an operating table leg plate and a rapid inserting mechanism thereof, wherein the rapid inserting mechanism comprises a steel ball (1), a connecting shaft (2), a steel ball control rod (3) penetrating in the connecting shaft (2) and a driving part connected with the steel ball control rod (3), a through hole (21) is formed in the connecting shaft (2), the steel ball (1) is arranged between the steel ball control rod (3) and the connecting shaft (2) and contained in the through hole (21), and the driving part drives the steel ball control rod (3) to rotate so as to enable the steel ball (1) to protrude or retract into the through hole (21). The leg plate of the operating bed and the rapid inserting mechanism thereof can realize rapid inserting and locking, and have simple operation and no labor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of leg plates of operating tables, in particular to a leg plate of an operating table and a rapid inserting mechanism thereof.

(2) the driving part adopts a button, the rapid insertion of the operating bed and the leg plate is realized by pressing the button, and the button is released and then automatically locked, so that the insertion and the locking can be realized by only using a finger to move for a minimum distance by a user, the operation mode is convenient and accords with the human engineering;
(3) the drive part adopts the knob, realizes the quick grafting and the locking of operation table and leg board through rotatory knob, and the design is simple, and the cost is the minimum.

The present invention will be described in further non-limiting detail with reference to the following preferred embodiments and accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the quick inserting mechanism according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a steel ball 1, a housing 5, a connecting shaft 2 connected to the housing 5, a steel ball control rod 3 inserted into the connecting shaft 2, and a driving member connected to the steel ball control rod 3. The connecting shaft 2 is provided with a through hole 21, the steel ball 1 is arranged between the steel ball control rod 3 and the connecting shaft 2 and is accommodated in the through hole 21, and the driving component drives the steel ball control rod 3 to rotate so that the steel ball 1 protrudes out of or retracts into the through hole 21.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the steel ball control lever 3 includes a control portion 31 and a connecting portion 32, and one end of the connecting portion 32 is connected to the control portion 31, and the other end is connected to the driving member. The control part 31 comprises two different sections, namely an arc surface 311 and a plane 312, and the steel ball 1 is contacted with the different sections by rotating the steel ball control rod 3 to realize plugging or locking. The cambered surface 311 is contacted with the steel ball 1, so that the steel ball 1 protrudes out of the through hole 21, and the locking function is realized; the plane 312 contacts with the steel ball 1, so that the steel ball 1 retracts into the through hole 21, and the plugging function is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the driving member includes a button 41, the button 41 includes a transmission portion 411, a transmission rack 412 is disposed on the transmission portion 411, a control gear 321 engaged with the transmission rack 412 is disposed on the connecting portion 32, and when the button 41 is pressed, the up-and-down motion of the button 41 is converted into a rotation motion around the axis of the ball control lever 3 (as shown in fig. 4) through the matching transmission between the transmission rack 412 and the control gear 321. The button 41 further includes a reset portion 412 connected to the transmission portion 411 and a pressing portion 414 connected to the reset portion 412, and the pressing portion 414 is exposed outside the housing 5. The return portion 412 is mounted with a spring 413 disposed between the return portion 412 and the connecting shaft 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the button 41 is pressed, the plane 312 of the steel ball control rod 3 contacts with the steel ball 1, so that the steel ball 1 retracts into the through hole 21 under the action of gravity, and the function that the connecting shaft 2 can be quickly inserted into the mounting hole 6 is realized; as shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the button 41 is released, the button 41 is reset by the spring 413, so that the cross section of the steel ball control rod 3 changes, the plane 312 rotates, the cambered surface 311 is in contact with the steel ball 1, the cambered surface 311 abuts against the steel ball 1, the steel ball 1 partially protrudes out of the through hole 21 and is matched with the groove 61 arranged in the mounting hole 6, and the function of automatically locking the connecting shaft 2 and the mounting hole 6 is realized.
Example two:
in the present embodiment, the structure of the quick-connect mechanism is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, and the only difference is the structure of the driving member, as shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the driving member includes a knob 42 directly connected to the connecting portion 32, the knob 42 is exposed out of the housing 5, and the knob 42 is rotated to drive the steel ball control rod 3 to rotate, so that the steel ball 1 protrudes out of or retracts into the through hole 21.
The knob 42 is rotated, the plane 312 of the steel ball control rod 3 is in contact with the steel ball 1, so that the steel ball 1 retracts into the through hole 21 under the action of gravity, and the function that the connecting shaft 2 can be quickly inserted into the mounting hole 6 is realized; the knob 42 is rotated again to change the section of the steel ball control rod 3, the plane 312 rotates to form a cambered surface 311 which is in contact with the steel ball 1, the cambered surface 311 abuts against the steel ball 1 to enable the steel ball 1 to partially protrude out of the through hole 21 and to be matched with the groove 61 arranged in the mounting hole 6, and the function of automatically locking the connecting shaft 2 and the mounting hole 6 is achieved. In the present embodiment, the rotation angle of the knob 42 is preferably about 90 °.
The rapid inserting and connecting mechanisms in the two embodiments are preferably used for inserting and locking between the operating table and the leg plate, wherein the connecting shaft 2 is specifically a leg plate connecting shaft, the mounting hole 6 is an operating table mounting hole, and the steel ball protrudes or retracts into the through hole 21 through the change of the cross section of the steel ball control rod 3, so that the rapid inserting and locking between the leg plate connecting shaft and the operating table mounting hole are realized.
According to the leg plate of the operating bed and the rapid inserting mechanism thereof, the driving part is matched with the steel ball control rod to control the steel balls to protrude or retract into the through holes, rapid inserting and locking of the operating bed and the leg plate are achieved, operation is simple, and labor is saved; the driving part adopts a button, the rapid insertion of the operating bed and the leg plate is realized by pressing the button, and the button is released and then automatically locked, so that the insertion and the locking can be realized by only using a finger to move for a minimum distance by a user, the operation mode is convenient and accords with the human engineering; the drive part adopts the knob, realizes the quick grafting and the locking of operation table and leg board through rotatory knob, and the design is simple, and the cost is the minimum.
