Abstract
The invention provides a self-adhesive male urethral catheterization sleeve which comprises a urethral catheterization sleeve body, a release agent layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the release agent layer is attached to the outer surface of the urethral catheterization sleeve body, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is attached to the release agent layer. The invention has simple structure, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can well bond the inner surface of the silicon rubber urine sleeve and has good release effect on the outer surface of the silicon rubber urine sleeve.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of urethral catheterization sleeves, in particular to a self-adhesive male urethral catheterization sleeve and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, the method for manufacturing the male urethral catheterization sleeve comprises the steps of firstly coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the surface of a dipping die, then dipping the dipping die coated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive into a silicone rubber solution, and simultaneously vulcanizing the pressure-sensitive adhesive and silicone rubber to obtain the silicone rubber urethral catheterization sleeve with good pressure-sensitive adhesive and silicone rubber inner surface adhesion. The above-mentioned solution is disclosed in US patent specification US 07876702. In chinese patent application CN200580033944.8, a silicone urisheath with integral adhesive is disclosed, which is made by using corona or plasma treatment to increase the surface tension of the silicone rubber inside the urisheath after partial or complete vulcanization, so that various pressure sensitive adhesives are adhered on the surface of the silicone rubber.
Chinese invention patent CN200580033944.8 discloses that the surface tension of silicone rubber is increased by removing unvulcanized silicone oil on the surface of silicone rubber by corona or plasma method. However, the silicone oil is gradually separated out to the surface from the interior of the silicone rubber along with the time, the surface tension is gradually reduced, the adhesion force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the surface of the silicone rubber urisheath is influenced, and the process is complex and difficult to operate.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for manufacturing a self-adhesive male urethral catheterization sleeve, which has simple process, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can well adhere to the inner surface of the silicone rubber urethral sleeve and has good release effect on the outer surface of the silicone rubber urethral sleeve.
A method for manufacturing a self-adhesive male urethral catheterization sleeve comprises the following steps:
s1, sizing and curing: the mold is immersed into the silicone rubber solution, and then taken out to be cured for 3-20min at the temperature of 100-.
S2, sizing, curing and vulcanizing: immersing the mould into the silicon rubber solution, taking out the mould, curing the silicon rubber sleeve for 3-20min at the temperature of 100-200 ℃, and then vulcanizing the silicon rubber sleeve for 0.2-4h at the temperature of 170-220 ℃.
S3, coating, curing, gluing and curing: coating a release agent on the outer surface of the silicone rubber sleeve, curing the release agent at the temperature of 120-160 ℃ for 5-10min, coating an adhesive material on the outer surface of the silicone rubber sleeve, and curing the adhesive material at the temperature of 100-170 ℃ for 1-10 min.
S4, bonding the finished product: and contacting and bonding the bonding material on the outer surface of the silicone rubber sleeve to the inner surface of the silicone rubber sleeve, thus obtaining the finished product.

The scheme adopts a vulcanization process, and the urethral catheterization sleeve has no volatile substances; adding a coupling agent with binding capacity to pressure-sensitive adhesive and silicon rubber into the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to increase the bonding strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the silicon rubber; the release agent is coated on the outer surface of the urine sleeve, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive has a good release effect on the outer surface, and the urine sleeve is easy to unfold when in use.

At present, the method for manufacturing the silicone rubber urethral catheterization sleeve is generally a dipping forming method, a certain amount of solvent is required to be added for diluting and adjusting the viscosity of liquid silicone rubber, and in order to enable the urethral catheterization sleeve product to be in accordance with biocompatibility, the solvent and micromolecules in the silicone rubber are required to be fully volatilized by vulcanization at the temperature of 170-200 ℃ for more than 1 hour. The pressure sensitive adhesive used in US patent 07876702 is an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive which is difficult to withstand high temperature vulcanization for a long time.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a method for manufacturing a self-adhesive male urisheath, one end of the urisheath is a glans penis sheath, which is integrally connected with a penis sheath, comprising: s1, sizing and curing: firstly, the whole mould is immersed into the silicon rubber solution, and then the mould is taken out to solidify the silicon rubber sleeve for 3-20min at the temperature of 100-. Further, the curing temperature of the silicon rubber sleeve in S1 is 120-150 ℃, and the curing time is 5-10 min. S2, sizing, curing and vulcanizing: immersing the glans penis urine tube sleeve of the mold into the silicon rubber solution, taking out the mold, curing the silicon rubber sleeve for 3-20min at the temperature of 100-plus-one 200 ℃, and then vulcanizing the silicon rubber sleeve for 0.2-4h at the temperature of 170-plus-one 220 ℃. If the curing temperature of the silicone rubber sleeve is too low in the first two times, the curing time is prolonged, and if the curing temperature is too low, the curing is extremely slow, so that the working efficiency is reduced; when the temperature is too high, the thickness of the silica gel film is not easy to control, and obvious flow lines appear on the silica gel at the transition part of the shape of the die, so that the reject ratio of the product is improved. S3, coating, curing, gluing and curing: firstly coating a release agent on the outer surface of the condom of the silicone rubber sheath, then curing the release agent for 5-10min at the temperature of 120-. Further, the curing temperature of the adhesive material in S3 is 110-150 ℃, and the curing time is 1-5 min. The curing temperature of the adhesive material is low, the curing time is prolonged, and the crosslinking reaction is slow; when the curing temperature is too high, the adhesive material is liable to age and turn yellow. The embodiment adopts a vulcanization process, and the urethral catheterization sleeve has no volatile substances; adding a coupling agent with binding capacity to pressure-sensitive adhesive and silicon rubber into the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to increase the bonding strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the silicon rubber; the release agent is coated on the outer surface of the urine sleeve, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive has a good release effect on the outer surface, and the urine sleeve is easy to unfold when in use.

Claims (10)
1. A method for manufacturing a self-adhesive male urethral catheterization sleeve comprises the following steps:
s1, sizing and curing: firstly, immersing the mould into a silicon rubber solution, then taking out the mould, and curing the silicon rubber sleeve for 3-20min at the temperature of 100-;
s2, sizing, curing and vulcanizing: dipping the mold into the silicon rubber solution, taking out the mold, curing the silicon rubber sleeve for 3-20min at the temperature of 100-;
s3, coating, curing, gluing and curing: coating a release agent on the outer surface of the silicone rubber sleeve, curing the release agent at the temperature of 120-160 ℃ for 5-10min, coating an adhesive material on the outer surface of the silicone rubber sleeve, and curing the adhesive material at the temperature of 100-170 ℃ for 1-10 min;
s4, bonding the finished product: and contacting and bonding the bonding material on the outer surface of the silicone rubber sleeve to the inner surface of the silicone rubber sleeve, thus obtaining the finished product.
2. The method for manufacturing the self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 1, wherein the curing temperature of the silicone rubber sleeve in S1 is 120-150 ℃ and the curing time is 5-10 min.
3. The method for manufacturing a self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 1, wherein the curing temperature of the adhesive material in S3 is 110-150 ℃ and the curing time is 1-5 min.
4. The method of making a self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive material is a polar adhesive material.
5. The method of making a self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive material is an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
6. The method of making a self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive material is an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive treated with a coupling agent.
7. A self-adhesive male urethral catheterization sleeve comprises a urethral catheterization sleeve (1), a release agent layer (2) and an adhesive material layer (3), wherein the release agent layer (2) is attached to the outer surface of the urethral catheterization sleeve (1), and the adhesive material layer (3) is attached to the release agent layer (2).
8. The self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 7, wherein said urisheath (1) is the one produced through the process of S1-S2 in claim 1.
9. The self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 7, wherein said layer of adhesive material (3) is an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
10. The self-adhesive male urisheath according to claim 7, wherein said layer of adhesive material (3) is a layer of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive treated with a coupling agent.
