Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lumbar puncture needles, in particular to a disposable infant lumbar puncture needle.
Background
The information disclosed in this background of the invention is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.
Lumbar puncture is an important method and operation for assisting in diagnosing central nervous system infectious diseases, central nervous system vascular diseases and intracranial space occupying diseases, intrathecally injecting chemotherapeutic drugs and the like. Neonates and infants have a large difficulty in puncturing because of their tender skin, thin subcutaneous fat, short distance from the skin to the subarachnoid space, and narrow subarachnoid space. At present, a plurality of units of neonatal and infant lumbar puncture needles for clinical application are disposable scalp needles, disposable syringes or common lumbar puncture needles, however, the inventor finds that the disposable scalp needles, the disposable syringes and the common lumbar puncture needles have the following defects in long-term work: (1) the needle bar of the common lumbar puncture needle is long, and the whole needle is heavy to operate and not easy to fix when being applied to newborns and infants. (2) The common lumbar puncture needle has a large diameter, and is easy to cause puncture injury, bleeding and even puncture failure. (3) Because the disposable scalp needle and the disposable injection secondary needle point have longer inclined planes, are sharper and are easy to puncture and damage, and the two have no needle cores, intracranial hypertension patients are possible to cause the danger of cerebral hernia, and epithelial cells are easy to bring into the subarachnoid space.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a disposable lumbar puncture needle specially suitable for infants, and compared with the existing disposable scalp needle, disposable syringe or common lumbar puncture needle, the infant lumbar puncture needle provided by the invention can effectively reduce some risks brought in the lumbar puncture process. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical means:
a disposable infant lumbar puncture needle comprising: the puncture needle, the connecting pipe, the scale, the handle, the needle core and the stop block; the puncture needle is of a hollow tubular structure, one end of the puncture needle is an inclined needle tip part, the other end of the puncture needle is fixedly connected with the connecting pipe in a sealing manner, the other end of the connecting pipe is used for the needle core to penetrate through, and the connecting pipe is provided with a valve; the outer surface of the puncture needle is provided with scales, and the scales start from the needle tip part of the puncture needle. The handle is fixed on the tube wall of the puncture needle and is arranged close to the connecting tube; the needle core is of a solid rod body structure, one end of the needle core is fixed on the stop block, and the stop block can be in sealing connection with the connecting pipe; the needle tip of the needle core does not exceed the inclined plane of the puncture needle after the needle core is inserted into the puncture needle from the connecting pipe.
Furthermore, the stop block is of a bottle cap-shaped structure made of plastic materials, the needle core is fixed on the inner surface of the top wall of the bottle cap-shaped structure, and internal threads are arranged on the inner surface of the side wall of the bottle cap-shaped structure; and the outer surface of the other end of the connecting pipe is provided with an external thread, and the stop block and the connecting pipe are connected in a sealing manner through the internal thread and the external thread.
Furthermore, the total length of the puncture needle and the connecting pipe is 5-6cm, and the length of the puncture needle is not less than 3 cm. The total length is about half of the length of the puncture needle which is commonly used at present, and the operation is more convenient when the puncture needle is applied to newborns and infants.
Furthermore, the outer diameter of the puncture needle is 0.30-0.36mm, and compared with the existing commonly-used lumbar puncture needle, the puncture needle is thinner, so that the risks of puncture injury, bleeding and even puncture failure caused by puncture are reduced as much as possible.
Further, the length of the scales is not less than 3cm so as to meet the depth of lumbar puncture, the puncture depth of a newborn baby is 0.5-1cm generally, and the puncture depth of a baby is 1.5-2cm generally.
Furthermore, when the valve of the connecting pipe is screwed out, the needle core can smoothly pass through the connecting pipe. The scalp needle and the needle point inclined plane of the disposable injection adopted by the existing infant lumbar puncture are long and sharp, puncture injury is easy to cause, and the scalp needle and the needle point inclined plane are both provided with no needle cores, so that the risk of encephalic hernia caused by intracranial hypertension is easy to cause, and epithelial cells are easy to bring into the subarachnoid space. The problems can be overcome through the matching of the connecting pipe and the needle core, because the valve can control the flow rate, the needle core can control the outflow time (the needle core can flow out after being drawn out), and the flow rate and the time can be controlled through the matching of the valve and the needle core, thereby avoiding the encephalic hernia caused by a high-pressure patient.
Furthermore, the puncture needle and the needle core are made of stainless steel, so that the rigidity requirement of needle head puncture can be met conveniently.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention can reduce the risk of cerebral hernia caused by intracranial hypertension during puncture by matching the puncture needle and the needle core, and is beneficial to avoiding leading epithelial cells into the subarachnoid space.
(2) The scale is arranged on the puncture needle, so that the puncture depth can be visually observed and mastered conveniently, and the injury hemorrhage caused by over-deep puncture can be reduced as much as possible.
(3) The handle is arranged, so that the needle holder is convenient to hold, and is also beneficial to preventing the problem of over-deep needle insertion caused by accidents, such as the problem of wrong grasping of puncture strength, the handle can play a role in blocking to a certain extent, and the further increase of puncture depth is avoided.
(4) The connecting pipe with the valve is arranged, so that operations such as cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurement, retention, intrathecal injection of chemotherapeutic drugs and the like can be conveniently mastered, the operation is not in a mess, and more importantly, the occurrence of cerebral hernia and the like caused by the outward spraying of cerebrospinal fluid under intracranial high pressure can be effectively reduced.
