本发明涉及电热材料制作发热领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯远红外发热地毯。
背景技术
传统的供暖系统有散热器、空调、以暖气片为代表的的点式供暖系统、以发热电缆为代表的线式供暖系统,传统的供暖方式具有耗能大、占用空间大、热能利用率低等缺点。
目前,发热芯片供暖作为新型供暖方式发展起来,发热芯片是由可导电的特制油墨、金属载流条经加工、热压在绝缘聚酯薄膜间制成。工作时以电热膜为发热体,将热量以辐射的形式送入空间,其综合效果优于传统的对流供暖方式。石墨烯具有非常好的热传导性能,导热系数高达5300W/mK,是目前为止导热系数最高的碳材料,目前已有采用石墨烯制备的发热地板或墙板。但是目前利用石墨烯发热芯片的地板或其他发热产品(如地毯)所面临的问题是散热效果不理想,无法使所加热的空间快速升温,功能性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种石墨烯远红外发热地毯,该地毯散热效果好,电热装置铺设拼接操作简单,可自由调整且安全性高。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是一种石墨烯远红外发热地毯,包括毯层,所述毯层下通过边缘缝合方式连接有底层,连接后形成罩体,所述罩体一侧设有拉链,所述罩体内设有芯层,所述毯层由上层的涤纶纤维栽绒层和下层的涤纶无纺布层构成,所述涤纶无纺布层通过钢针均匀插植有抑菌导热纤维;所述底层为反面刷有乳胶的涤纶纤维梭织面料,所述芯层为带有石墨烯发热传热的电热层,所述罩体内还设有连接所述电热层的自动控温调节装置;其中,所述抑菌导热纤维由重量比为1:0.8-1.5石墨烯纤维和植物纤维混合而成。
进一步的,所述植物纤维由棉纤维表面喷涂植物溶液而成,所述植物溶液包括以下重量份数的原料:艾草20-30份、迷迭香20-30份和黄柏8-15份;
所述植物纤维的制备方法为:将所述重量份数的原料烘干,烘干后的原料水分含量低于10%,然后进行研磨成粉状,将粉状物料放入分散剂中,加水溶解,得到浓度0.1-50g/L的植物溶液,通过喷涂的方式将植物溶液喷至棉纤维上,喷涂中通过振动或转动方式棉纤维扬起,喷涂完成进行冷风干燥,即得所述植物纤维。
再进一步的,所述电热层由多个电热单元前后拼接而成,所述电热单元由下至上包括
第一绝缘层;
反射层,位于所述第一绝缘层上表面;
导电发热层,包括设于所述反射层上的发热元件和设于所述发热元件上方的散热件;所述发热元件由石墨烯粉末、双酚A型环氧树脂、羟烷基酰胺、乙醇水溶液制备的混合溶液涂覆而成,所述散热件为均匀铺设于所述发热元件表面的第一石墨烯齿条层;
覆盖于所述导电发热层上方的覆盖层,包括上层的导热绝缘层以及均匀铺设于所述导热绝缘层底面的第二石墨烯齿条层;所述覆盖层至少有一部分的伸出部未覆盖于所述导电发热上,使得所述导电发热层至少有一部分的裸露部上表面未被覆盖;
第二绝缘层,位于所述覆盖层的上表面;
所述第一绝缘层下表面的一侧设有下预贴膜,所述第二绝缘层上表面的一侧设有上预贴膜。
进一步的,所述发热元件由下述重量份数的原料制成:石墨烯粉末30-50份、乙醇水溶液40-85份、双酚A型环氧树脂10-30份、羟烷基酰胺3-8份;所述发热元件的制备方法为:称取所述重量份的石墨烯粉体经过乙醇水溶液浸泡1-5小时后,加入羟烷基酰胺充分混合,再加入5倍重量的蒸馏水,50-60kHz功率超声处理10min,混合均匀得到混悬液,减压浓缩至混悬液的体积缩小至原始体积的30-55%;再加入双酚A型环氧树脂至混悬液中,40-50kHz功率超声处理15min;混合均匀,即得。
进一步的,所述第一石墨烯齿条层和第二石墨烯齿条层由重量配比为1:1-2.5的纳米尺寸石墨烯碎片与溶剂混合制成的溶液点涂而成;所述溶剂包括重量份数为10-20份的二甲基甲酰胺溶剂和0.5-2份的氨基乙基哌嗪混合而成;所述第一石墨烯齿条层的齿条和第二石墨烯齿条层的齿条的直径均为30-45μm,厚度均为100-400μm;所述第一石墨烯齿条层的齿条之间和第二石墨烯齿条层的齿条之间的距离均为25-35μm。
再进一步的,所述导热绝缘层由下述重量份数的原料制成:电气石粉末20-40份、石墨烯粉末20-45份、乙醇水溶液50-95份、双酚A型环氧树脂18-32份以及氮化铝粉10-30份;
所述导热绝缘层的制备方法为:所述重量份的石墨烯粉末经过乙醇水溶液浸泡1-5小时后,加入电气石粉末和氮化铝粉,加入5倍重量的蒸馏水,50-60kHz功率超声处理10min,混合均匀得到混悬液,减压浓缩至混悬液的体积缩小至原始体积的35-60%;再加入双酚A型环氧树脂至混悬液中,40-50kHz功率超声处理20min;混合均匀,即得导热绝缘层材料。
又一个优选的技术方案,所述导电发热层还包括有导通层,所述导通层设于所述发热元件的下表面、对应所述伸出部的侧面和对应所述裸露部的侧面;所述导通层的厚度为0.5-2mm。
再进一步的,所述导通层采用下述重量份数的原料混合而成:导电银浆30-40份、碳化硅粉25-35份、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷12-25份和氨基乙基哌嗪1-3份;所述导通层的制备方法为:将碳化硅粉、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基乙基哌嗪放入搅拌装置进行混合,混合后放置研磨机中研磨,直至原料细度大小为1-10μm;将导电银浆加入研磨好的物料中,进一步研磨混合至原料细度大小为20μm以下,即得所述导通层溶液。
此外,粘结部位还一个优选的改进方案为:对应所述伸出部侧的所述第一绝缘层向外延伸设有与伸出部相对应的第一延伸绝缘部;对应所述裸露部侧的所述第二绝缘层向外延伸设有与裸露部相对应的第二延伸绝缘部;
所述下预贴膜设于所述第一绝缘层的第一延伸绝缘部下表面的一侧,所述上预贴膜设于同侧的所述第二绝缘层的上表面。
更进一步的,所述上预贴膜和下预贴膜为可撕式胶贴或热熔胶膜;所述第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层采用有机聚合物材料制成;所述反射层为纳米银粒子纤维膜,所述纳米银粒子纤维膜采用纤维状纳米银、三甲氧基丙基硅烷、磷化氢以及醇盐化合物经过水解、缩聚反应后得到。
本发明石墨烯远红外发热毛毯通过设置抑菌导热纤维,进一步扩大传热面,通过抑菌植物溶液设置于毯层上,使其药物作用从脚底向上传递,该毛毯具有养生保健、抑菌、杀菌的效果。
本发明的石墨烯远红外发热毛毯的电热单元通过上下层相互错位的结构实现拼接,拼接操作简单、适用性广,可根据不同的图画进行电热单元的适应性拼接;其中的导电发热层和覆盖层的石墨烯齿条相互插接形成多点式、高比表面积的散热结构,使得该电热膜具有优异的散热效果。此外,本发明在石墨烯发热的基础上进一步在绝缘导热层添加电气石,使得电气石粉在石墨烯层的加热作用下辐射出远红外,进一步增强石墨烯层的加热效果,并增强人体对远红外的吸收。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
图1示出了一种石墨烯远红外发热地毯,所述地毯包括毯层9,所述毯层9下通过边缘缝合方式连接有底层8,连接后形成罩体,所述罩体一侧设有拉链,所述罩体内设有芯层7,所述毯层9由上层的涤纶纤维栽绒层90和下层的涤纶无纺布层91构成,所述涤纶无纺布层91通过钢针均匀插植有抑菌导热纤维;所述底层8为反面刷有乳胶的涤纶纤维梭织面料,所述芯层7为带有石墨烯发热传热的电热层,所述罩体内还设有连接所述电热层的自动控温调节装置;其中,所述抑菌导热纤维由重量比为1:0.8-1.5石墨烯纤维和植物纤维混合而成。

在上述方案中,所述发热元件可由下述重量份数的原料制成:石墨烯粉末30-50份、乙醇水溶液40-85份、双酚A型环氧树脂10-30份、羟烷基酰胺3-8份;所述发热元件的制备方法为:称取所述重量份的石墨烯粉体经过乙醇水溶液浸泡1-5小时后,加入羟烷基酰胺充分混合,再加入5倍重量的蒸馏水,50-60kHz功率超声处理10min,混合均匀得到混悬液,减压浓缩至混悬液的体积缩小至原始体积的30-55%;再加入双酚A型环氧树脂至混悬液中,40-50kHz功率超声处理15min;混合均匀,即得。
又一个示例中,所述第一石墨烯齿条层134和第二石墨烯齿条层141由重量配比为1:1-2.5的纳米尺寸石墨烯碎片与溶剂混合制成的溶液点涂而成;所述溶剂包括重量份数为10-20份的二甲基甲酰胺溶剂和0.5-2份的氨基乙基哌嗪混合而成;所述第一石墨烯齿条层134的齿条和第二石墨烯齿条层141的齿条的直径均为30-45μm,厚度均为100-400μm;所述第一石墨烯齿条层134的齿条之间和第二石墨烯齿条层141的齿条之间的距离均为25-35μm。该具体距离和齿条直径的设置使得齿条相互之间恰好卡住,实现初步固接。
在一个示例中,所述导热绝缘层140由下述重量份数的原料制成:电气石粉末20-40份、石墨烯粉末20-45份、乙醇水溶液50-95份、双酚A型环氧树脂18-32份以及氮化铝粉10-30份;
所述导热绝缘层140的制备方法为:所述重量份的石墨烯粉末经过乙醇水溶液浸泡1-5小时后,加入电气石粉末和氮化铝粉,加入5倍重量的蒸馏水,50-60kHz功率超声处理10min,混合均匀得到混悬液,减压浓缩至混悬液的体积缩小至原始体积的35-60%;再加入双酚A型环氧树脂至混悬液中,40-50kHz功率超声处理20min;混合均匀,即得导热绝缘层材料。
本发明技术方案设置有“较厚”的石墨烯材料层,包括发热元件、石墨烯齿条以及导热绝缘层,该结构具有发热效率高,传热快且散热迅速的优点。在最外层的绝缘导热层上添加电气石,使得电气石粉在石墨烯层的加热作用下辐射出远红外,进一步增强石墨烯层的加热效果,并增强人体对远红外的吸收。
图4所示,所述导电发热层13还包括有导通层136,所述导通层136设于所述发热元件130的下表面、对应所述伸出部142的侧面和对应所述裸露部135的侧面;所述导通层136的厚度为0.5-2mm。
在一个示例中,所述导通层136采用下述重量份数的原料混合而成:导电银浆30-40份、碳化硅粉25-35份、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷12-25份和氨基乙基哌嗪1-3份;所述导通层136的制备方法为:将碳化硅粉、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基乙基哌嗪放入搅拌装置进行混合,混合后放置研磨机中研磨,直至原料细度大小为1-10μm;将导电银浆加入研磨好的物料中,进一步研磨混合至原料细度大小为20μm以下,即得所述导通层溶液。
通过导通层的设置进一步保证拼接过程的前后电热单元的电性连接,相邻电热单元内的导通层相互接触导电,在实际应用过程中,可将侧边的导通层设置若干凸柱,进一步保证可靠接触。
本发明的电热单元在需要相互拼接时,通过相邻电热单元的伸出部和裸露部相互拼接,而在不需要相互拼接时,则可将多余的伸出部和裸露部裁剪或保留。再一个示例中,如图5所示,对应所述伸出部142侧的所述第一绝缘层11向外延伸设有与伸出部142相对应的第一延伸绝缘部110;对应所述裸露部135侧的所述第二绝缘层15向外延伸设有与裸露部135相对应的第二延伸绝缘部150;
所述下预贴膜17设于所述第一绝缘层11的第一延伸绝缘部110下表面的一侧,所述上预贴膜16设于同侧的所述第二绝缘层15的上表面。
其中,所述上预贴膜16和下预贴膜17为可撕式胶贴或热熔胶膜;所述第一绝缘层11和第二绝缘层15采用有机聚合物材料制成;所述反射层12为纳米银粒子纤维膜,所述纳米银粒子纤维膜采用纤维状纳米银、三甲氧基丙基硅烷、磷化氢以及醇盐化合物经过水解、缩聚反应后得到。
还需要说明的是,本发明所述伸出部和裸露部可以为长方形和正方形,如图6a所示,拼接部为长方形时适应条形拼接;图6b所示,拼接部为正方形时,还可适应转弯、迂回的拼接。当然,在本发明所述的原理下,本发明所述的电热单元除了x轴两侧相互连接外,还可同时在y轴两侧设置伸出部和裸露部,实现y轴的相互拼接,根据所需设置成矩阵排列或者其他形状的排列;该方案还更可适用于具有非规则形态的地毯中。
试验例:本发明电热层的发热、散热效果
1.试验电热膜:采用下述原料配方a制备电热单元;原料配方a如下:
所述发热元件由下述重量的原料制成:石墨烯粉末420g、乙醇水溶液682g、双酚A型环氧树脂180g、羟烷基酰胺45g。
所述导热绝缘层由下述重量的原料制成:电气石粉末305g、石墨烯粉末356g、乙醇水溶液715g、双酚A型环氧树脂220g以及氮化铝粉120g。
所述导通层由下述重量的原料混合而成:导电银浆341g、碳化硅粉300g、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷175g和氨基乙基哌嗪27g。
所述第一石墨烯齿条和第二石墨烯齿条由下述重量的原料制成::纳米尺寸石墨烯碎片253g、二甲基甲酰胺溶剂284g、氨基乙基哌嗪15g。
制备方法为:
制备方法,包括以下步骤
1)按照设置的尺寸剪裁得第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层(采用耐高温树脂--聚酰亚胺);
2)在第一绝缘层的上表面通过热熔胶粘合反射层,冷却;在冷却后的反射层上表面均匀涂覆到制备好的导通层溶液,待导通层冷却凝固后,其上表面涂覆发热元件溶液,凝固24小时形成初始导电发热层;随后在初始导电发热层的两侧边涂覆导通层溶液;通过多孔点胶头将第一石墨烯齿条溶液均匀点涂于初始导电发热层的上表面,形成导电发热层;
3)在所述第二绝缘层的下表面涂覆导热绝缘层材料,凝固,通过多孔点胶头将第二石墨烯齿条溶液点涂于导热绝缘层的表面,冷却,形成上盖面;
4)将步骤3)上盖面的第二石墨烯齿条面的侧边或四角涂覆热熔胶,且覆盖至所述第一石墨烯齿条上方,粘合,冷却;其中所述上盖面和导电发热层的两侧有部分未重叠的部位;
5)在所述伸出部和裸露部的端部边缘粘贴可撕式贴纸或热熔胶膜。
2.对照电热膜:采用下述原料配方b制备的电热单元;原料配方b如下:
所述发热元件由下述重量的原料制成:石墨烯粉末420g、乙醇水溶液682g、双酚A型环氧树脂180g、羟烷基酰胺45g。
所述导热绝缘层由下述重量的原料制成:电气石粉末305g、石墨烯粉末356g、乙醇水溶液715g、双酚A型环氧树脂220g以及氮化铝粉120g。
所述导通层由下述重量的原料混合而成:导电银浆341g、碳化硅粉300g、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷175g和氨基乙基哌嗪27g。
制备方法:
1)按照设置的尺寸剪裁得第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层(采用耐高温树脂--聚酰亚胺);
2)在第一绝缘层的上表面通过热熔胶粘合反射层,冷却;在冷却后的反射层上表面均匀涂覆到制备好的导通层溶液,待导通层冷却凝固后,其上表面涂覆发热元件溶液,凝固24小时形成初始导电发热层;随后在初始导电发热层的两侧边涂覆导通层溶液;
3)在所述第二绝缘层的下表面涂覆导热绝缘层材料,凝固,形成上盖面;
4)将步骤3)上盖面的底部侧边或四角涂覆热熔胶,且覆盖至发热元件上方,粘合,其中所述上盖面和导电发热层的两侧有部分未重叠的部位;
5)在所述伸出部和裸露部的端部边缘粘贴可撕式贴纸或热熔胶膜。
上述试验电热膜和对照电热膜相对应的各层厚度相同。
3.试验过程:
将对照电热膜和试验电热膜接入同一电源,放置于环境温度为10℃的相同空间。分别记录通电后使该电热膜上表面温度达到25℃所需要的时间;继续通电加热至表面温度平衡,随后停止通电,测量电热膜静置5分钟后的表面温度,采用红外线感温枪检测温度。每组试验6次,并进行比较。
4.实验结果:
结果如下表所示。

从实验结果可知,试验石墨烯复合电热膜达到25℃所需要的时间更短,即具有更快的加热效率;在表面温度平衡后5分钟表面温度更低,即具有更佳的散热效果。

所述导热绝缘层(140)的制备方法为:所述重量份的石墨烯粉末经过乙醇水溶液浸泡1-5小时后,加入电气石粉末和氮化铝粉,加入5倍重量的蒸馏水,50-60kHz功率超声处理10min,混合均匀得到混悬液,减压浓缩至混悬液的体积缩小至原始体积的35-60%;再加入双酚A型环氧树脂至混悬液中,40-50kHz功率超声处理20min;混合均匀,即得导热绝缘层材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯远红外发热地毯,其特征在于,所述植物纤维由棉纤维表面喷涂植物溶液而成,所述植物溶液包括以下重量份数的原料:艾草20-30份、迷迭香20-30份和黄柏8-15份;

6.如权利要求5所述的石墨烯远红外发热地毯,其特征在于,所述导通层(136)采用下述重量份数的原料混合而成:导电银浆30-40份、碳化硅粉25-35份、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷12-25份和氨基乙基哌嗪1-3份;所述导通层(136)的制备方法为:将碳化硅粉、γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基乙基哌嗪放入搅拌装置进行混合,混合后放置研磨机中研磨,直至原料细度大小为1-10μm;将导电银浆加入研磨好的物料中,进一步研磨混合至原料细度大小为20μm以下,即得所述导通层溶液。
7.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯远红外发热地毯,其特征在于,对应所述伸出部(142)侧的所述第一绝缘层(11)向外延伸设有与伸出部(142)相对应的第一延伸绝缘部(110);对应所述裸露部(135)侧的所述第二绝缘层(15)向外延伸设有与裸露部(135)相对应的第二延伸绝缘部(150);
所述下预贴膜(17)设于所述第一绝缘层(11)的第一延伸绝缘部(110)下表面的一侧,所述上预贴膜(16)设于同侧的所述第二绝缘层(15)的上表面。
8.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯远红外发热地毯,其特征在于,所述上预贴膜(16)和下预贴膜(17)为可撕式胶贴或热熔胶膜;所述第一绝缘层(11)和第二绝缘层(15)采用有机聚合物材料制成;所述反射层(12)为纳米银粒子纤维膜,所述纳米银粒子纤维膜采用纤维状纳米银、三甲氧基丙基硅烷、磷化氢以及醇盐化合物经过水解、缩聚反应后得到。
