Citrus canker is a bacterial disease caused by the pathogen citrus canker. The citrus canker pathogen is Flavobacterium carpoformomonas xanthomonas citri pathogenic variety of the Leptomonas melegueta of the phylum LeptomonasXanthomonas axonopodis pv. citriThe citrus canker pathogen can infect various rutaceae plants, and is most susceptible to diseases of common sweet oranges, navel oranges, sour oranges and the like. The germs can be transmitted along with splashed raindrops and high-speed wind, and penetrate through skin holes, stomata and wounds to invade plants, so that leaves, fruits and stem parts are in crater scabs, and immature fruits are cracked, deformed, dropped and fallen leaves are caused. The existing medicines for preventing and treating citrus canker pathogenic bacteria mainly take copper preparation single agents and compound preparations as main materials, such as copper hydroxide, copper oxychloride, kasugao, copper oxychloride, copper zineb, copper calcium sulfate, basic copper sulfate, kasuga, oxine-copper, mesogen copper acetate, copper rosinate, cuaminosulfate, copper succinate and the like. But copper formulationsHas certain limitations of poor crop safety, poor mixability or serious drug resistance and the like. Therefore, the development of drugs or compound combinations with high biological activity on citrus canker is urgent.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the bacteriostatic mechanism of kasugamycin is mainly to prevent the initiation of protein translation (Tanaka N, 1965), thereby affecting protein synthesis and causing bacterial death; the chemical structure of silver determines that the silver has higher catalytic capability, and the reduction potential of Ag ions is extremely high enough to enable the surrounding space to generate active oxygen which can sterilize. Meanwhile, when the Ag ions contact with bacteria, the Ag ions immediately permeate into cells or are kept on cell membranes, so that the Ag ions have the effects of blocking the growth and synthesis path of the bacteria and blocking an energy system, and the denaturation of enzyme protein and the biological damage of the cell membranes are caused, thereby killing the bacteria. When the thallus is killed by Ag ions, the Ag ions are dissociated from the bacterial corpses and contact with other bacterial colonies, and the above-mentioned actions are repeated. At present, the silver particles are considered to be adhered to the outer membrane of the bacteria and then penetrate through the outer membrane to damage the bacteria so as to achieve the sterilization effect. The two active components have different action mechanisms, and the two active components are compounded for use in the invention, thereby obtaining the technical effect of being beneficial to slowing down the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria.
2. The pesticide composition has a very obvious synergistic effect on citrus canker pathogens through the synergistic effect of kasugamycin and nano-silver.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated in the following examples, which do not limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Indoor Activity assay
Indoor toxicity determination of kasugamycin and nano-silver compounded 50% water dispersible granules on citrus canker
Test subjects: the citrus canker pathogen is from Lipeboshi laboratory of Guizhou Kaili institute of Guizhou southeast national medicine comprehensive utilization engineering research center.
The test method comprises the following steps: the bacteriostatic activity of the kasugamycin and silver particle composition 50% water dispersible granules on citrus canker pathogenic bacteria is measured by a turbidity method.
Preparing the composition into drug-containing NB culture medium with different concentration gradients, and measuring OD of the 5 concentrations of drug-containing sterile NB culture medium595And the value is the OD value of the sterile medium. Respectively adding the bacterial suspension, performing shake culture in a constant temperature shaking table at 28 deg.C and 180 rpm/min for 48 h, and measuring OD of bacterial liquid with each concentration on enzyme labeling instrument595The value is the OD value of the culture medium containing bacteria, a virulence curve is drawn by adopting a double dilution method, and EC is obtained50(mean effective concentration) value.
Corrected OD value-bacteria-containing medium OD value-sterile medium OD value
Control effect (OD value of corrected contrast culture medium bacterial liquid-corrected toxic culture medium OD value)/corrected contrast culture medium bacterial liquid OD value
The synergistic effect of the combination of fungicides was evaluated according to the Wadley method.
EC50 theory=(a+b)/(a/ EC50A+b/ EC50B)
SR= EC50 theory/ EC50 practice
A and B represent the pharmaceutical components, respectively; a and b are respectively the content ratio of each component in the compound combination. When SR is less than or equal to 0.5, antagonism is obtained; 0.5 < SR < 1.5 is additive; SR is more than or equal to 1.5, which is the synergistic effect.
The results of the indoor virulence determination are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 indoor toxicity test results of kasugamycin and nano silver compounding on citrus canker pathogen
The indoor toxicity test result shows that the ratio of kasugamycin to nano silver is 100: 1-1: 100, has bacteriostasis and synergism on citrus canker germs, and particularly has the bactericidal synergism effect on citrus canker germs within 10: 1-1: between 10, the SR is more than 1.65 (including 1.65), which shows that the synergy is more remarkable.
