Abstract
The invention discloses a bright porcelain-imitating double-color flowerpot which is a multilayer plastic flowerpot and sequentially comprises a bright light transmitting layer, a color layer, a sandwich layer, a black gray layer and a transparent layer from outside to inside. The flowerpot is novel and unique in structure, has the appearance of a ceramic flowerpot, and also has strong ultraviolet resistance and ageing resistance; the surface layer of the flowerpot is a bright light transmitting layer, the inner layer of the flowerpot is a black and gray layer, the whole appearance is a bicolor flowerpot, the whole aesthetic feeling of the flowerpot is improved, and meanwhile, the black and gray layer effectively blocks sunlight to promote plants to disperse and root; the transparent layer is arranged on the innermost layer of the flowerpot, so that heavy metals possibly existing in other layers of the flowerpot can be further blocked, and the heavy metals are prevented from leaking; the flowerpot has low production cost, the damaged flowerpot can be recycled, and the surface layer of the flowerpot can be printed and is not easy to fall off.

Specifically, the black and gray layer is prepared by combining plastic master batches with carbon black as a raw material, and the carbon black accounts for 20-30 wt% of the mass of the plastic master batches in some embodiments.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the bright porcelain-imitating double-color flowerpot is novel and unique in structure and has the appearance of a ceramic flowerpot;
2. the flowerpot disclosed by the invention has stronger ultraviolet resistance and ageing resistance;
3. the surface layer of the flowerpot is a bright light transmitting layer, the inner layer of the flowerpot is a black and gray layer, the whole appearance is a bicolor flowerpot, the whole aesthetic feeling of the flowerpot is improved, and meanwhile, the black and gray layer effectively blocks sunlight to promote plants to disperse and root;
4. the transparent layer is arranged on the innermost layer of the flowerpot, so that heavy metals possibly existing in other layers of the flowerpot can be further blocked, and the heavy metals are prevented from leaking;
5. the flowerpot has low production cost, the surface layer can be printed, and the flowerpot is not easy to fall off;
6. the flowerpot can be recycled for multiple times, and is beneficial to environmental protection;

Example 1
A bright porcelain-imitating double-color flowerpot is shown in figures 1-2 and sequentially comprises a transparent bright layer 1, a color layer 2, a sandwich layer 3, a black gray layer 4 and a transparent layer 5 from outside to inside. The transparent bright light layer is a surface layer and comprises plastic master batches, an ultraviolet resistant agent and an anti-aging agent, wherein the plastic master batches are PE master batches, the adding amount of the ultraviolet resistant agent accounts for 1 wt% of the mass of the PE master batches, and the adding amount of the anti-aging agent accounts for 5 wt% of the mass of the PE master batches. The color layer is a color master batch with high dispersion and high brightness. The raw materials of the sandwich layer comprise leftover materials in the plastic production process, and a certain amount of reinforcing and toughening agent is added at the same time, wherein the amount of the reinforcing and toughening agent accounts for 3 wt% of the mass of the leftover materials.
The black gray layer is prepared by combining plastic master batches with carbon black as a raw material, wherein the carbon black accounts for 24 wt% of the mass of the plastic master batches.
The transparent layer is made of PE master batch as plastic master batch.

the transparent bright light layer is a surface layer, and the components of the transparent bright light layer comprise plastic master batches, an anti-ultraviolet agent and an anti-aging agent, wherein the addition amount of the anti-ultraviolet agent accounts for 1-5 wt% of the mass of the PE master batches, and the addition amount of the anti-aging agent accounts for 5-10 wt% of the mass of the PE master batches;
