Abstract
A method, a device, a computer storage medium and a terminal for document tracking are provided, which comprises: comparing the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made with the second document of each account; determining an account of the first document according to a comparison result of the first document and the second document; and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different. According to the embodiment of the invention, through comparison of the first document and the second document, technical support is provided for determining the account to which the first document belongs, and the security of the document is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to, but not limited to, information processing technology, and more particularly, to a method, an apparatus, a computer storage medium, and a terminal for document tracking.
Background
Documents relating to enterprise decision making or core technology generally belong to confidential documents of an enterprise or organization in the fields of business, military, intellectual property, and the like.
Confidential documents can only be consulted by core staff generally, and when confidential documents leak, how to determine the divulger or what staff the documents leak from becomes a problem difficult to confirm.

The following is a summary of the subject matter described in detail herein. This summary is not intended to limit the scope of the claims.
The embodiment of the invention provides a document tracking method and device, a computer storage medium and a terminal, which can improve the security of a document.
The embodiment of the invention provides a document tracking method, which comprises the following steps:
comparing the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made with the second document of each account;
determining an account of the first document according to a comparison result of the first document and the second document;
and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different.
Optionally, the different editing processing manners adopted by the second documents of different accounts include:
and the second document of different accounts is edited in different formats and/or different areas.
Optionally, the format of the editing process includes one or more of the following formats:
rotation, stretching, and zooming.
Optionally, after the second documents of different accounts are edited by using a preset editing policy, before the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made is compared with the second document of each account, the method further includes:

and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different.

Compared with the related art, the technical scheme of the application comprises the following steps: comparing the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made with the second document of each account; determining an account of the first document according to a comparison result of the first document and the second document; and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different. According to the embodiment of the invention, through comparison of the first document and the second document, technical support is provided for determining the account to which the first document belongs, and the security of the document is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, by setting the document after the editing process as a readable file, the document is prevented from being edited again after the editing process, and a basis is provided for determining a document source.

It should be noted that, for the same user, if the second document is sent for multiple times, the editing processing mode of the document sent each time may be the same or different; if the editing processing modes are different, the time and the way of document leakage can be further determined;

It should be noted that the second document in the embodiment of the present invention may include a Word document, a PDF document, and the like. In still another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, where computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer storage medium, and the computer-executable instructions are configured to perform the above document tracking method.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, including: a memory and a processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the processor is configured to execute program instructions in the memory;
the program instructions read on the processor to perform the following operations:
comparing the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made with the second document of each account;
determining an account of the first document according to a comparison result of the first document and the second document;
and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the above methods may be implemented by a program instructing associated hardware (e.g., a processor) to perform the steps, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a read only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, and the like. Alternatively, all or part of the steps of the above embodiments may be implemented using one or more integrated circuits. Accordingly, each module/unit in the above embodiments may be implemented in hardware, for example, by an integrated circuit to implement its corresponding function, or in software, for example, by a processor executing a program/instruction stored in a memory to implement its corresponding function. The present invention is not limited to any specific form of combination of hardware and software.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above description is only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (11)
1. A method of document tracking, comprising:
comparing the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made with the second document of each account;
determining an account of the first document according to a comparison result of the first document and the second document;
and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the different editing processes used by the second documents of different accounts comprise:
and the second document of different accounts is edited in different formats and/or different areas.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the format of the editing process comprises one or more of the following formats:
rotation, stretching, and zooming.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein after the second documents of different accounts are edited by using a preset editing policy, and before the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made is compared with the second documents of the respective accounts, the method further includes:
and setting each second document as a readable file.
5. The method of any of claims 2 to 4, wherein the different accounts comprise:
accounts with different mailbox addresses, communication accounts with different names, communication accounts with different identity identifications and accounts with different internet protocol addresses (IP).
6. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the first document comprises:
the document which is completely the same as the second document is obtained through copying or cutting, the document which is obtained after shooting the second document and contains the content of the second document, and the document which is stored after scanning the second document.
7. An apparatus for document tracking, comprising: a comparison unit and a determination unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the comparison unit is used for: comparing the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made with the second document of each account;
the determination unit is used for: determining an account of the first document according to a comparison result of the first document and the second document;
and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the different editing processing manners adopted by the second documents of different accounts include:
the formats and/or areas of the second documents of different accounts are different;
wherein the format of the editing process comprises one or more of the following formats: rotation, stretching, and zooming.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising a setting unit for: and setting each second document as a readable file.
10. A computer storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions for performing the method of document tracking of any of claims 1-6.
11. A terminal, comprising: a memory and a processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the processor is configured to execute program instructions in the memory;
the program instructions read on the processor to perform the following operations:
comparing the first document of the account to which the determination needs to be made with the second document of each account;
determining an account of the first document according to a comparison result of the first document and the second document;
and the editing processing modes adopted by the second documents of different accounts are different.
