The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
(1) Space management system organization architecture
The whole system consists of a master control platform (comprising a hardware server and control software) and a plurality of intelligent devices, wherein the automatic devices in the space comprise: entrance guard, autonomic physical examination equipment, video monitoring, system, air quality monitoring system, sport equipment, article storing compartment, air conditioner and fan, alarm device, shower accuse water installation etc.. Various intelligent devices in the space and the master control platform form a local area network, and the control center can uniformly manage and directly monitor all the devices in the space. Therefore, each device in the system is interconnected and intercommunicated through a unified management platform, and information interaction and linkage among the devices are facilitated.
The user can use the equipment after swiping a card or scanning a code by mobile phone WeChat, all the equipment and the master control platform are connected through a network (wired/wireless) and transmit related data back and forth in real time, and the master control platform stores, counts and analyzes the related data. (2) Entrance guard setting
Users need to enter the space after opening the main entrance guard and enter each subspace through entrance guards (except book reading rooms) of all the subsections, so that an integral-subsection relatively independent space environment is formed, and management and coordination of space resources are facilitated. For internal member users, the entrance guard is provided with a face recognition device for direct face brushing access; for general visitors, the entrance guard can be opened by swiping a card (authorized) or scanning a mobile phone WeChat code (authorized by a system administrator).
The system collects relevant data information (occupation conditions of all sub-spaces, personnel distribution conditions, occupation conditions of public equipment, environmental parameters and the like) in the space to a master control platform in a unified mode through a local area network, and sends the relevant data information to a user mobile phone and a hall display screen after the relevant data information is processed and analyzed by the master control platform, so that a user can know the occupation conditions of the space and the equipment, plan adjustment is carried out in time, and idle and waste of resources are avoided. Meanwhile, a user can pay attention to the public number of the space management system, and the service condition and the use experience of the equipment are fed back to the master control platform in a message leaving mode, so that the management and maintenance of the equipment and the improvement of the service quality are facilitated.
(4) Intelligent system linkage
The environment monitoring device can monitor various environmental parameters (air temperature and humidity, harmful gas, PM2.5 index and the like) in the space in real time and upload the parameters to the master control platform in time for processing and analysis; when certain monitoring data exceeds a preset threshold value of the system, the system automatically starts the air conditioner fresh air system to adjust the air quality, and simultaneously starts the environment alarm to remind a manager.

The energy-saving control of the system is mainly embodied in the aspect of illumination control, and two control modes are provided, wherein firstly, energy saving is realized by presetting illumination time (such as a meeting room and the like), and secondly, energy saving is realized by monitoring and analyzing the working state of each subspace device (such as sports equipment and the like) and adjusting the illumination brightness in the space through the lamp control device according to the monitoring result of the camera.
The invention has the following technical effects:

(3) Each device in the system realizes interconnection and intercommunication through a unified management platform, which is beneficial to information interaction and linkage among the devices and is beneficial to unified management and direct monitoring of all devices in the space by the master control platform. .
(4) Energy-saving control adopts two control modes (preset time + sampling analysis of equipment)
(5) The intelligent linkage among the devices in the system ensures the timely response to the emergency. The system judges the health degree of the equipment according to the working state data information of the equipment, and then maintenance work is done in advance.
