The anti-deformation support structure for a door of a steaming oven according to claim 4, wherein: the supporting legs comprise supporting rods and supporting plates, the top ends of the supporting rods are fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the supporting plates, limiting rings are arranged on the outer side walls of the lower portions of the supporting rods, perforations are arranged on the supporting plates, the outer diameters of the limiting rings are larger than the perforated apertures, the perforations are matched with the supporting rods, limiting grooves are formed in the bottom surfaces of the supporting plates, the limiting grooves are communicated with the perforations, the bottom ends of the supporting rods penetrate through the perforations to extend into the limiting grooves, and limiting nuts are arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting rods.

The anti-deformation support structure for a door of a steaming oven according to claim 5, wherein: the buffering support assembly comprises at least six pressure spring assemblies, each pressure spring assembly comprises a buffering pressure spring and a limiting sleeve, each limiting sleeve is clamped in each limiting frame, each buffering pressure spring is matched with each limiting sleeve, the lower portion of each buffering pressure spring is clamped in each limiting sleeve, the bottom ends of the buffering pressure springs are fixedly connected with the limiting sleeves, and the tops of the buffering pressure springs penetrate through the through grooves to extend to the upper portion of each supporting plate and are in extrusion contact with the bottom surface of each adjusting plate.

The anti-deformation support structure of a door of a steaming oven according to claim 6, wherein: the support bottom plate is provided with a first open slot and a second open slot, the first open slot is symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the second open slot, the first open slot is matched with the support disc, the support disc is movably clamped in the first open slot, and the limiting plate and the fixed sleeve are both positioned in the second open slot.
8. The method for installing the deformation-preventing supporting structure of the door of the steam oven based on the claim 7 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. assembling a support frame:
(1) Placing the front surface of the supporting bottom plate towards the horizontal direction, and inserting first auxiliary inserting blocks with the height of 15cm into the two first opening grooves of the supporting bottom plate;
(2) Then installing two support brackets, respectively placing the two support brackets at the left and right side ends of the support bottom plate, ensuring that the clamping sliding grooves on the two support brackets are corresponding, moving the support brackets along the surface of the support bottom plate towards the first auxiliary inserting block until the side surfaces of the support brackets are abutted against the nearest first auxiliary block, adjusting the angles of the support brackets until the side surfaces of the support brackets are completely abutted against the side surfaces of the first auxiliary block, adjusting the front and rear positions of the support brackets, ensuring that the front and rear ends of the support brackets are respectively flush with the front and rear ends of the support bottom plate, welding and fixing the joint of the support brackets and the support bottom plate, and finally taking out the first auxiliary inserting block;
b. Assembly of the adjustable support plate assembly:
(1) Placing the back surface of the supporting plate upwards horizontally, inserting a second auxiliary inserting block with the height of 3cm into two through grooves of the supporting plate, and then inserting an auxiliary inserting rod with the height of 5cm into two inserting holes of the supporting plate;
(2) Installing a limiting frame, aligning the limiting frame with the second auxiliary inserting block, clamping the limiting frame onto the second auxiliary inserting block, moving the limiting frame until the limiting frame is attached to the supporting plate, performing primary welding on the outer side of the connection between the limiting frame and the supporting plate, overturning the supporting plate, taking out the second auxiliary inserting block, and further welding and fixing the inner side of the connection between the limiting frame and the supporting plate;
(3) Then installing a fixed sleeve, sleeving the fixed sleeve on an auxiliary inserted rod, moving the fixed sleeve until the fixed sleeve is attached to the supporting plate, then primarily welding the outer side of the connection between the fixed sleeve and the supporting plate, taking out the auxiliary inserted rod, and further welding and fixing the inner side of the connection between the fixed sleeve and the supporting plate;
(4) Then the reverse side of the adjusting plate is horizontally placed upwards, two guide blocks are welded at the appointed position of the adjusting plate, four support rods are welded at the appointed position of the adjusting plate respectively, a support disc is sleeved on the support rods and is abutted against the limiting rings, and then limiting nuts are screwed into the bottom ends of the support rods, and the positions of the limiting nuts are adjusted so that the limiting nuts are attached to the end faces of the limiting grooves;
(5) Finally, placing the supporting plate horizontally with the front surface upwards, clamping a pressure spring assembly in a limiting frame, then placing the adjusting plate horizontally onto the supporting plate in the front direction, adjusting the position of the adjusting plate, enabling a guide block on the adjusting plate to be inserted into a guide groove on the supporting plate, pressing the adjusting plate downwards until the adjusting plate is attached to the supporting plate, screwing a set screw, and then installing the limiting plate at the bottom end screw of the guide block;
c. assembly between adjustable backup pad subassembly and support frame:
(1) The clamping blocks on the supporting plates correspond to the clamping sliding grooves on the supporting brackets, so that the clamping blocks are clamped into the clamping sliding grooves;
(2) Then installing the top pressing plate, clamping a limit column on the top pressing plate into a vertical chute on the support bracket, ensuring that the side surface of the top pressing plate is attached to and abutted against the side surface of the support bracket, adjusting the upper and lower heights of the top pressing plate to enable the bottom surface of the top pressing plate to be abutted against the top surface of the adjusting plate, and screwing in a compression nut;
d. mounting of anti-deformation supporting structure and steaming oven:
(1) Placing the assembled anti-deformation support structure horizontally, placing the steaming oven on the support bottom plate, adjusting the position of the steaming oven to ensure that the steaming oven is completely positioned on the support bottom plate, and fixing the top end of the support bracket with the bottom surface of the steaming oven by screws;
(2) Pulling out the adjustable supporting plate component, opening the oven door, loosening the set screw, lifting the adjusting plate under the resilience force of the buffer pressure spring until the adjusting plate is abutted against the bottom surface of the oven door, then tightening the set screw, tightening the compression nut again, closing the oven door, and finally pushing the adjustable supporting plate component into the bottom surface of the steaming oven.
