A hanging type multilayer sound insulation wall structure as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the web plate of the vertical keel (12) is provided with a plurality of holes (122), a plurality of C-shaped buckling plates (123) are provided at positions corresponding to the holes, the C-shaped buckling plates (123) comprise a ridge plate (1232) and two bending plates (1231) which are formed by vertically bending the two sides of the ridge plate in the same direction,
the two bending plates (1231) are fixedly connected with the edges of the corresponding holes (122) of the web plate of the vertical keel (12).

A hanging type multi-layer soundproof wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the first batten (2) is provided with a plurality of holes (22) in a body thereof, and the first plate (211) of the first hanging gusset (21) is fixedly connected to edges of the corresponding holes (22) in the body of the first batten (2).

A hanging type multilayer sound insulation wall structure as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein the second batten (5) body is provided with a plurality of holes (52), and the third plate (511) of the second hanging batten (51) is fixedly connected with the edge of the corresponding hole (52) of the second batten (5) body.
7. A hanging type multi-layer soundproof wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of through holes (121) formed in the two flanges of the furring channel (12) are symmetrically formed.
8. A hanging type multi-layer soundproof wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the projections (111) provided on both flanges of the cross member (11) are semi-cylindrical structures.
9. A hanging multi-layer acoustical wall structure as in claim 1, wherein the first hanging panel (3) and/or the second hanging panel (6) is a gypsum board hanging panel.
