Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
A washing method, a washing apparatus, and a laundry treating apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus according to embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a washing method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101, detecting the dirt degree of the washing object to obtain a detection grade.
The detection level may be divided into different levels, for example, light level and heavy level, or may be further divided into 1 level, 2 level, 3 level and 4 level according to the degree of contamination.
Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus is supplied with water and starts to swing, and during the swing, dirt in the laundry is dissolved into the water, so that the concentration of the washing water can be detected by the dirt detection sensor to detect the dirt level of the washing object, and the larger the concentration of the washing water is, the larger the dirt level of the washing object is, and the higher the detection level is.
In response to a setting operation for the degree of contamination, a setting level is determined, step 102.
Wherein, the set grades are divided into severe degree and mild degree according to the degree of the dirt.
Specifically, the user may manually set the degree of contamination, thereby determining the setting level in response to the user's setting operation of the degree of contamination on the interactive panel of the laundry treating apparatus.
And 103, determining the corresponding reference input amount according to the detection level.
Specifically, in the present water quality and/or load adapted input amount, a reference input amount corresponding to the detection level is determined, for example, the adapted input amount is determined according to the present water quality and/or load, wherein the harder the water quality, the more input amount is required, the larger the load, the more input amount is required, and when the detection level of the automatically detected dirt degree is heavy, i.e., dirty, the corresponding reference input amount is determined to be a, the detection level is light, i.e., clean, and the corresponding reference input amount is determined to be B.
It should be noted that, under the same water quality and load, the value of the determined a is greater than B, that is, the higher the detected contamination level is, the greater the value of the reference input amount is.
And step 104, adjusting the reference input amount according to the set grade to obtain the target input amount.
Specifically, according to the setting level, an adjustment amount is determined, and the sum of a reference input amount and the adjustment amount is determined as a target input amount, wherein the adjustment amount value corresponding to the setting level as heavy is + X1, that is, X1 is added to the reference of the reference input amount to obtain the target input amount, for example, when the determined reference input amount is a, when the user sets the level as heavy dirt, the determined target input amount is a + X1. The adjustment amount corresponding to the set level of mild degree takes the value of-X2, for example, if the determined reference input amount is a, the determined target input amount is a-X2 when the user sets the level of mild contamination. Wherein, X1 and X2 are both set values with positive values.
In practical applications, when the levels automatically detected and determined by the laundry processing apparatus are light and heavy for the same laundry, the reference input amounts set correspondingly are different, the detection level is light, that is, the degree of contamination of the laundry is considered to be light, the corresponding reference input amount is small, and the detection level is heavy, that is, the degree of contamination of the laundry is considered to be heavy, the corresponding reference input amount is large. In a scene, when the set level of the set dirt degree of the washing object is heavy, which means that the clothes are dirty, a part of the detergent input amount needs to be increased on the basis of the original detected and determined reference input amount, namely, the adjustment amount is X1, and the X1 value is larger, so as to improve the washing effect when the clothes are dirty. In another scenario, when the set level of the dirtiness of the washing object is light, which means that the clothes are not dirty, the level determined by automatic detection is also light, a part of the detergent input amount needs to be reduced on the basis of the reference input amount determined by detection, and in order to meet the washing effect, the value of the reduced adjustment amount X2 is smaller, so that X1 is greater than or equal to X2. For example, if the detection level is determined to be light by automatic detection, the determined reference input amount is 10ml, the setting level set by the user is heavy, and the target input amount corresponding to heavy dirt set by the washing object is 30ml, the value of the determined adjustment amount is +20ml, so that the determined target input amount is 30 ml; if the set grade set by the user is light, namely the dirt degree is light, the value of the determined adjustment amount is-5 ml, so that the determined target input amount is 5ml, the correction effect on the detection result based on the user setting is realized, and the washing requirement of the user is met.
In addition, the amount of detergent required for heavy soiling in a design level is basically a set fixed value for the same washing target, and the value of the adjustment amount for adjusting the reference input amount will be different according to different detection levels, with the higher the detection level, i.e., the heavier the degree of soiling of the laundry, the smaller the value of the corresponding adjustment amount. When the set level is light dirt, the adjustment amount for adjusting the reference input amount is different in value according to different detected levels, specifically, the higher the detection level is, the larger the value of the corresponding adjustment amount is, so that the adjustment of the input amount of the detergent is realized according to the requirements of users, the washing requirements of different scenes are met, the cleaning ratio of clothes is improved, and meanwhile, the using amount of the detergent is saved. For example, if the detection level is determined to be light by automatic detection, the determined reference input amount is 5ml, the setting level set by the user is heavy contamination, and the target input amount corresponding to the heavy contamination is 30ml, the value of the determined adjustment amount is +25ml, if the detection level determined by automatic detection is severe, the corresponding reference input amount is 20ml, the set grade set by the user is severe contamination, the target input amount corresponding to the severe contamination is 30ml, the value of the determined adjustment amount is +10ml, thereby realizing the correction function of the user setting on the detection result, meeting the washing requirement of the user, meanwhile, the dosage of the detergent is saved, the accuracy of determining the target dosage is improved, and the problems that a small amount of stubborn stains are insoluble in water, and the dosage is carried out by utilizing the reference dosage determined by automatic detection, so that the washing effect is not ideal are solved.
Step 105, putting detergent according with the target putting amount to execute the washing process.
Specifically, the target input amount of the detergent is corrected by the user setting to execute the washing process, and the washing efficiency is improved and the washing effect is better due to the input of sufficient detergent.
Optionally, the washing parameters are adjusted according to the detection level and the setting level, wherein the washing parameters can be washing parameters such as the water level, the rinsing frequency, the washing beat and the like in the washing process, and the washing process is flexibly controlled according to the change process of stains in the washing process, so that the cleaning ratio of washing is improved, and the washing effect is good.
According to the washing method of the clothes treatment device, the dirt degree of a washing object is detected to obtain a detection level, the setting level is determined in response to the setting operation of the dirt degree, the corresponding reference input amount is determined according to the detection level, the reference input amount is adjusted according to the setting level to obtain a target input amount, detergent according with the target input amount is input to execute a washing process, the reference input amount of the detergent is determined according to the detected dirt degree level, the reference input amount is adjusted according to the set dirt level to obtain the target input amount, the target input amount is used for the washing process of clothes, and due to the fact that the input amount which is more matched with the actual dirt degree of the clothes is used, accuracy of detergent determination is improved, and further the washing effect of the clothes is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, this embodiment provides another washing method of a laundry treatment device, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of the washing method of the laundry treatment device provided in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, after the detergent meeting the target dosage is dosed to perform the washing process, the method further includes the following steps:
step 201, at least two rinsing links are executed, and detection is carried out to determine that the detection level of the dirt degree is severe.
Step 202, the last rinsing cycle is repeated.
In the embodiment, after a washing process is executed according to a target input amount of detergent, a rinsing link is executed, at least two rinsing links are executed in the rinsing link, after the last rinsing link is executed, the detection level of the dirt degree is detected and determined, if the detection level is severe, the dirt residue is still left on the clothes, so that the last rinsing link is added, namely the last rinsing link is repeatedly executed, the dirt residue on the clothes is avoided as far as possible, the dirt and the detergent residue are reduced, and the cleaning ratio of the clothes is improved.
In the washing method of the clothes processing device, the dirt degree of the washing object is detected to obtain the detection grade, the setting grade is determined in response to the setting operation of the dirt degree, determining corresponding reference input amount according to the detection grade, adjusting the reference input amount according to the set grade to obtain target input amount, inputting detergent meeting the target input amount to execute the washing process, determining the reference detergent input amount according to the detected dirt degree grade, adjusting the reference input amount according to the set dirt grade to obtain the target input amount, for use in the washing process of the laundry, the accuracy of detergent determination is improved, and further the washing effect of the laundry is improved, and further, in the rinsing stage, only the dirt degree detection is needed, and when the detection determines that the detection level of the dirt degree is severe, the rinsing process is repeatedly executed once to improve the cleaning ratio of the clothes.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the present application further provides a possible implementation manner of the washing method of the laundry processing apparatus, and since the stain change in the washing process is a dynamically changing process, in this embodiment, an adaptive function may be turned on, and the adaptive function is configured to execute a pre-washing step according to the detection level and/or the setting level, so as to flexibly control the washing process according to the stain change process in the washing process.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a washing method of a laundry treatment device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step 301, detecting the degree of soiling of the washing object to obtain a detection level.
In step 302, in response to a setting operation for the degree of contamination, a setting level is determined.
And step 303, determining a corresponding reference putting amount according to the detection level.
And step 304, adjusting the reference input amount according to the set grade to obtain the target input amount.
Specifically, step 301 to step 304 may specifically refer to step 101 to step 104 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, and the principle is the same, which is not described herein again.
Step 305, determining that the detection level and the setting level are both severe, determining whether the self-adaptive function is started, if so, executing step 306, and if not, executing step 307.
In the actual washing process of the clothes, when a washing object, for example, the clothes is dirty, the dirt in the clothes is dynamically changed along with the washing process, therefore, an adaptive function is provided in the application, the adaptive function is used for executing a pre-washing link according to a detection level and/or a setting level, and whether the pre-washing link is added or not is determined through the opening and closing of the adaptive function, so that the washing effect of the heavily-dirty clothes is improved according to the change process of the dirt in the washing process.
As a possible implementation manner, when it is determined that the detection level and the setting level are both severe, it is determined that the adaptive function is turned on, and then the pre-washing step 306 is performed, and if the adaptive function is not turned on, the intensive washing step 307 is performed to enhance the washing effect.
Step 306, a pre-wash step is performed.
The detergent input amount of the pre-washing link in the embodiment is smaller than the target input amount, and the washing effect is improved by adding the pre-washing link.
It should be noted that, in order to not excessively increase the washing duration, the number of times of executing the pre-washing step may be counted, and when the number of times of executing the pre-washing step reaches the preset number of times, the number is set to two in this embodiment, that is, after the pre-washing step is executed for the second time, the soiling degree of the washing object may not be detected, but step 309 is directly executed, and the formal washing process is entered. The number of times of execution of the pre-washing step is not limited in this embodiment.
And 307, putting the detergent according with the target putting amount to execute the washing process, enhancing the beat setting of the washing process and/or prolonging the washing time setting of the washing process.
Specifically, if the adaptive function is not turned on, the pre-washing step cannot be executed, so that when it is determined that the detection level and the setting level are both heavy, that is, the degree of contamination of the washing object is heavy, detergent in accordance with the target input amount is input, the beat setting of the washing process is enhanced, and/or the washing duration setting of the washing process is extended, so that the washing effect is improved by the strong beat and/or the delayed washing time.
Step 308, after the pre-washing step is completed, detecting the dirt degree of the washing object again, determining whether the detection level reaches a preset level, if so, executing step 306, otherwise, executing step 309.
The preset level may be a level with a heavy degree of contamination, such as a heavy level.
In this embodiment, in the washing process, the degree of contamination of the washing object is dynamically monitored for multiple times to determine the washing effect, after the increased pre-washing step is completed, the degree of contamination of the washing object is monitored again, if the detection level does not reach the preset level, the washing process in step 309 is executed, if the detection level reaches the preset level, if the detection level is still severe, which indicates that the degree of contamination of the washing object is still serious, the pre-washing step needs to be executed again, and by increasing the pre-washing step, the amount of the detergent is dynamically adjusted to improve the washing effect. If the detection grade is not severe, a pre-washing link is not added, and the detergent according with the target input amount is directly input to execute the washing process, so that a better washing effect can be realized.
Step 309, a detergent is dosed in an amount that meets the target dosing amount to perform the washing process.
In step 310, a first rinsing process is performed.
In step 311, a second rinsing process is performed.
In step 312, a determination is made as to whether the detected degree of the degree of contamination is severe, if so, step 311 is performed, and if not, the washing is ended.
In the embodiment, the rinsing is performed 2 times, but may be performed 3 times or more in practical applications, and the embodiment is not limited in this embodiment. Specifically, after the second rinsing is performed, the detection level of the dirt degree is detected and determined, if the detection level is severe, the dirt residue is still left on the clothes, so that one rinsing link is added, namely the last rinsing link is repeatedly performed, the dirt residue on the clothes is avoided as much as possible, the residue of dirt and detergent is reduced, and the cleaning ratio of the clothes is improved.
