Description

Rubber adhesive tape primer, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of adhesive tape base coating agents, in particular to a rubber adhesive tape base coating agent, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Pressure-sensitive adhesives can be classified into rubber type and resin type according to the main resin component. Rubber types can be divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber; the resin type also includes mainly acrylic type, silicone type and polyurethane type. The rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by adding other auxiliary components such as tackifying resin, viscosity regulator and the like besides the main component of rubber. The rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive is widely applied to the fields of adhesive tapes, labels and the like, and the evaluation standards of the adhesive property of the rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive comprise three items of initial adhesiveness, peel strength and permanent adhesiveness. However, most of the existing rubber type pressure sensitive glue has low binding force on a film and paper, the problem of degumming between adhesive tapes is caused by the mutual adhesion, and meanwhile, the temperature resistance and the residual glue resistance of the adhesive tapes are poor. In view of the above, the present invention provides a rubber tape primer that improves the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the rubber adhesive tape primer and the preparation method thereof, which can effectively improve the binding force of rubber type glue on films and paper.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the rubber tape primer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:

further, the preparation raw materials of the primer comprise the following components in percentage by weight:
Figure BDA0002338197890000022
further, the preparation raw materials of the primer comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 49.5 percent of latex, 49.5 percent of waterborne polyurethane resin, 0.5 percent of flatting agent and 0.5 percent of wetting agent.
Further, the latex is natural rubber latex and/or chloroprene rubber latex.
Further, the leveling agent is polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane.
Further, the wetting agent is a fluorocarbon polymer.
A preparation method of a rubber tape primer comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing raw materials required for preparing the rubber tape primer;
step 2: adding latex and waterborne polyurethane resin into a reaction kettle, then dropwise adding a leveling agent and a wetting agent while stirring, completing dropwise adding within 10min, and continuing stirring for 30-50min after completing dropwise adding to obtain a reaction solution;
and step 3: and filtering the reaction solution by using a filter screen, and then adjusting the pH value of the reaction solution to 8-9 by using ammonia water to obtain the rubber tape primer.
Further, the filter screen is 200-300 mesh.
Further, the rubber tape primer described above can be used as a primer in the process of coating a tape glue.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the primer for the rubber adhesive tape provided by the invention is used as a primer in the coating process of the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the bonding force between the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive and a base material can be effectively improved, and the temperature resistance of the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive can be improved.
