The invention discloses a safe waste acid storage tank lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, which comprises a tank body, a support, a polytetrafluoroethylene lining and a pump, wherein the polytetrafluoroethylene lining is uniformly adhered inside the tank body, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged outside the tank body and used for bearing liquid tension, and the support is arranged at the bottom of the tank body. A transparent sealing plate is arranged at the top of the tank body and fixedly connected with the upper surface of the tank body for sealing treatment; the breach is left to cell body open-top, and breach department is provided with rotating barrier, can open rotating barrier and empty the spent acid, the rotating barrier bottom is provided with rubber packing pad. The invention belongs to the field of industrial waste liquid treatment, and particularly relates to a safe waste acid storage tank lined with polytetrafluoroethylene.
Background
In many industrial production fields, a pickling tank is used to clean or acid-corrode a processing member or a raw material such as a steel sheet. The acid pickle after cleaning is treated by neutralization, for example, hydrochloric acid waste liquid is treated by alkali neutralization in many domestic enterprises, namely, alkaline substances are added into the acid pickle to increase the pH value of the acid pickle, heavy metal ions in the acid pickle are combined with hydroxide radicals to precipitate while the acid pickle is neutralized, and then solid-liquid separation is carried out to remove the heavy metal ions, so that the aim of discharging the acid pickle up to the standard is finally achieved. Before the waste acid is treated, the waste acid is collected for short time storage through a container, and the waste acid is uniformly treated after reaching a certain amount. The existing spent acid storage containers suffer from the following problems:
1. the fluorine-lined storage tank is adopted,
firstly, the cost is high, secondly, the waste acid condition in the tank cannot be observed, and scattered waste acid cannot be poured conveniently; the liquid inlet of the storage tank is usually arranged at the highest position, waste acid needs to be lifted, and a pump consumes a large amount of energy;
2. an open storage tank is adopted, rubber is lined,
although the cost is low, the waste acid storage tank has no sealing measure, the acid liquor has volatility, and the formed acid mist not only easily corrodes peripheral equipment and pollutes the atmosphere, but also makes workers difficult to work for a long time in such a severe operating environment. Meanwhile, the rubber material is soft, has poor impact resistance and is easy to fall off.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a safe waste acid storage tank lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, which solves the problems that the existing waste acid storage container adopts a storage tank, the manufacturing cost and the maintenance cost are high, and the use is inconvenient; the open storage tank adopting the lining rubber has poor impact resistance and poor safety.

the top of the tank body is provided with an opening, the section of the upper part of the tank body is rectangular, the lower part of the tank body is conical, the conical part is inclined inwards from top to bottom, a polytetrafluoroethylene lining layer is uniformly adhered inside the tank body, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged outside the tank body to bear the tension of liquid,
the bottom of the tank body is provided with two support seats which are symmetrically arranged to lift the tank body,
the top of the tank body is provided with a transparent sealing plate which is transparent and is convenient for observing the waste acid condition in the tank body, and the transparent sealing plate is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the tank body and is used for sealing treatment; a gap is reserved at the top opening of the tank body, a rotating baffle is arranged at the gap, one end of the rotating baffle is hinged on the tank body or the transparent sealing plate, the other end of the rotating baffle is connected with the transparent sealing plate or the tank body in a locking manner, waste acid can be poured out by opening the rotating baffle, a rubber sealing gasket is arranged at the bottom of the rotating baffle,
a base is arranged at the front part of the tank body, a pump is arranged on the base, and the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the side wall of the tank body and can pump waste liquid into the tank body; a liquid outlet is arranged below the rear part of the tank body, and the liquid outlet sends the waste liquid into a treatment tank.
Furthermore, the transparent sealing plate and the rotating baffle are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic materials comprise an upper film, reinforced polyester and glass fiber.
Furthermore, the polytetrafluoroethylene lining is spliced by polytetrafluoroethylene plates, then the joint is thermally fused, and the polytetrafluoroethylene lining is adhered to the side wall inside the groove body.

The top is covered with a glass fiber reinforced plastic sealing plate, so that the acid liquid is effectively prevented from volatilizing, and the formed acid mist corrodes peripheral equipment to cause air pollution of a working environment; the interior of the tank body is lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the tank body is strong in acid resistance, high in structural strength and strong in safety, and waste acid is prevented from corroding the tank body;
the tank body adopts a lifting design, so that the waste acid can be found in time after being leaked, and the larger damage is prevented; the rotary baffle can be opened, and scattered waste acid can be directly poured into the tank body by adopting a waste acid barrel and the like, so that the use is convenient.

a base 8 is arranged at the front part of the tank body 1, a pump 7 is arranged on the base 8, a liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the side wall of the tank body 1, and waste liquid can be pumped into the tank body 1; a liquid outlet 4 is arranged below the rear part of the tank body 1, and the liquid outlet 4 sends the waste liquid into a treatment tank.
In practical application, the transparent sealing plate 5 and the rotating baffle 6 are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic materials comprise an upper film, reinforced polyester and glass fiber.
In practical application, the polytetrafluoroethylene lining 9 is spliced by polytetrafluoroethylene plates, then the joints are thermally fused and adhered to the side wall in the groove body 1.
