Specifically, as shown in fig. 3a, a surface printing process is adopted on a starch film 211 which is easily naturally degraded, a barrier coating 212 is coated on the upper surface of the starch film 211, the barrier coating 212 is also a modified microfibrillated cellulose aerogel, the surface strength of the starch film 211 is enhanced, simultaneously, the oxygen and gas barrier properties of the starch film 211 are improved, then, printing patterns 213 and coating a protective layer 214 are printed on the barrier coating 212 to enhance the wear resistance and the service life of the printing patterns 213, so as to obtain a first peeling layer 21, then, an adhesive layer 22 is coated on the first peeling layer 21, and the adhesive layer 22 and a second peeling layer 23 are adhered together to form a main body film material of the liquid-leaking bowl cover.
As shown in fig. 3b, a first peeling layer 21 is formed by a back printing process, and then an adhesive layer 22 is coated on the first peeling layer 21, and the adhesive layer 22 and a second peeling layer 23 are bonded together to form a main body film material of the liquid-leaking bowl cover, which has the same functionality as the main body film material of the liquid-leaking bowl cover shown in fig. 3 a.
The adhesive layer in this embodiment can adopt commercially available glue to prepare and form, can adjust the peel force on adhesive layer through the glue that adopts different sticknesses, and wherein the peel force on adhesive layer one is 5~7N 15mm, and the peel force on adhesive layer two is 1~3N 15mm, and the peel force on adhesive layer one 221 is greater than the peel force on adhesive layer two 222, forms adhesive layer 22 jointly, again with second peel ply 23, aluminium foil layer promptly, closely bonds together. The first adhesive layer 221 has strong peeling performance, so that the first peeling layer 21 and the second peeling layer 23 can be peeled off only by achieving destructive peeling force in the area coated with the first adhesive layer, and the area coated with the second adhesive layer 222 only has weak peeling performance, so that the first peeling layer 21 and the second peeling layer 23 can be completely peeled off only by needing smaller peeling force in the area coated with the second adhesive layer, for example, the two peeling layers can be completely peeled off by using both hands, so that the simple, fast and convenient separation and recycling of aluminum and plastic are realized, a consumer can separate the aluminum and plastic layers after using the aluminum and plastic layers, the increase of the recycling cost caused by recycling methods such as a mechanical method and a chemical method in the existing aluminum and plastic recycling process is avoided, and particularly, if the chemical separation method is improperly treated, much sewage is discharged, and is unfavorable to the environment and even unavailable.
As shown in fig. 4, the bowl cover 2 having the first peeling layer 21, the adhesive layer 22 and the second peeling layer 23 is through-die cut according to the designed shape and size of the bowl cover 2 to form the bowl cover 2 having the first peeling sheet 24 and the second peeling sheet 25, and through-die cuts are formed in the second peeling layer 23, i.e., the aluminum foil layer, through cross cuts close to the second peeling sheet 25, while no cross cuts are formed in the area of the first peeling layer 21, so that the bowl cover 2 still has good sealability and barrier property under the condition of the first adhesive layer 221 having strong adhesiveness.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, when the first peeling layer 21 at the second peeling layer 25 is peeled off by a large external force, such as a force applied by two hands, the transverse cut 261 penetrates through the second peeling layer 23, i.e., the aluminum foil layer, so that the transverse cut is separated vertically, the second peeling layer 23 facing the first peeling layer 24 of the transverse cut 261 is pulled upward together with the first peeling layer 21 under the action of the first highly adhesive layer 221, the second peeling layer 23 facing the second peeling layer 25 of the transverse cut 261 is separated from the first peeling layer 21, and when the first peeling layer 21 and the second peeling layer 23 are separated to the protruding portion 262 on the transverse cut, the first peeling layer 21 and the second peeling layer 23 are difficult to be peeled off continuously and stopped under the action of the first adhesive layer 221, so that the liquid leakage port 26 is formed in the transverse cut. In the embodiment, the size and the shape of the transverse cut are not strictly limited, so that soup can be conveniently filtered out, and noodles and foodstuff can be isolated.
As shown in fig. 9, the present invention provides an instant noodle package, which comprises the instant noodle bowl 1, the liquid-leaking bowl cover 2, the sealant 3 and a shrink-wrapping film (not shown in the figure), wherein the sealant 3 is coated on the upper surface of the bowl mouth flange 11 of the instant noodle bowl 1, so as to connect and combine the lower surface of the second peeling layer 23 of the liquid-leaking bowl cover 2 and the upper surface of the bowl mouth flange 11 together, and realize the sealing which can be peeled from the upper surface of the bowl mouth flange 11.

The method comprises the steps of cutting a printed paperboard 101 into fan-shaped paper surfaces by a die cutting machine according to a design size, adhering and forming a bowl body 12 on a paper bowl forming machine through an adhesive 105, forming a bowl opening flange 11 on the upper portion of the bowl body 12, punching and cutting an unprinted small roll of the natural-color offset roll paper into a wafer serving as a bowl bottom 13 on the paper bowl forming machine, forming an instant noodle bowl 1 together with the wafer through the adhesive 105, and forming a reticulate knurling 106 on the upper surface of the bowl opening flange 11 through a knurling process.
Selecting a starch film with the thickness of 15 microns as a starch film layer 211, coating a layer of modified microfibrillated cellulose aerogel on the surface of one side of the starch film by a gravure printing machine by adopting a surface printing process, wherein the coating thickness is 8 microns, forming a barrier coating 212 on the surface of the starch film, completing printing of printing pictures and texts 213 on the barrier coating 212, printing full-page transparent gloss oil on the printing pictures and texts to form a protective layer 214, and obtaining the first stripping layer 21 after printing.
Using a flexographic printing machine with a multi-layer composite function, printing a first adhesive layer 221 and a second adhesive layer 222 in the area of the first peeling layer 21 on the other side of the starch film layer 211 to form an adhesive layer 22 on the lower surface of the first peeling layer 21, and tightly bonding the adhesive layer 22 with a second peeling layer 23 made of aluminum foil with the thickness of 10 μm to form a main body film material of the bowl cover 2 of the present invention.
And (3) cutting the formed main body film material into the bowl cover 2 with the first lifting piece 24 and the second lifting piece 25 by a roll-to-roll die cutting machine according to the design appearance and the size of the bowl cover 2, and forming a penetrating transverse cut 261 on the second lifting layer 23 close to the second lifting piece 25 so as to form the bowl cover 2 with the liquid leakage port 26.
The hot melt adhesive is used as the sealant 3 to be coated on the reticulate pattern knurl 106 on the upper surface of the bowl mouth flange 11, the lower surface of the second stripping layer 23 of the bowl cover 2 with the liquid leakage port 26 is sealed and adhered with the upper surface of the bowl mouth flange 11 of the instant noodle bowl 1 with instant noodles, and the sealing which can be stripped from the upper surface of the bowl mouth flange 11 is realized. When the instant noodle bowl is used, the lower part of the bowl body 12 of the instant noodle bowl 1 is held by one hand, the first lifting piece 24 is held by the other hand, the first lifting piece 24 is separated from the sealant 3, so that a certain opening is formed between the bowl cover 2 and the bowl opening flange 11, a proper amount of boiled water is poured from the opening, then the first lifting piece 24 is buckled to the bowl opening flange 11 and is folded and buckled on the bowl opening flange 11 towards the lower part of the bowl opening flange 11, so that the heat of the boiled water is stored in the instant noodle bowl 1, after several minutes, the first lifting piece 21 is lifted upwards from the second lifting piece 25, the first lifting piece 21 is separated from the second lifting piece 23, a liquid leakage opening 26 is formed in the area of the transverse cut 261, and the hot water in the instant noodle bowl 1 leaks from the liquid leakage opening 26.
Example two
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, the present embodiment provides an environment-friendly and easily recyclable instant noodle package according to embodiment 1, which is different from the first embodiment in that: when the bowl cover 2 is die-cut and formed, a second transverse cut 251 is added at the second lifting piece 25, and the second transverse cut 251 penetrates through the die-cut second peeling layer 23, so that the first peeling layer 21 and the second peeling layer 23 can be separated conveniently. When the instant noodle bowl is used, the second lifting piece 25 is lifted from the second lifting piece 25, the second stripping layer 23 at the second lifting piece 25 penetrates through the die-cutting position from the second transverse cut 251 to be disconnected, the second stripping layer 23 adhered to the upper surface of the bowl opening flange 11 through the sealant 3 is adhered to the upper surface of the bowl opening flange 11 under the adhesive force, the first stripping layer 21 connected with the second lifting piece 25 is quickly separated, and the liquid leakage port 26 is formed in the area of the transverse cut 261, so that hot water in the instant noodle bowl 1 leaks from the liquid leakage port 26.

Referring to fig. 16 to 17, the present embodiment provides an environment-friendly and easily recyclable instant noodle package according to embodiment 1, which is different from the first embodiment in that: the method comprises the steps of adopting a paper pulp molding process, adsorbing paper pulp fibers by wood pulp through a molding die, dehydrating, hot-pressing, drying and punching to form a square paper pulp molded instant noodle bowl 1, coating a layer of modified microfibrillated cellulose aerogel on the inner side of the paper pulp molded instant noodle bowl 1, wherein the coating thickness is 10 mu m, and transferring a color pattern on the outer side of the paper pulp molded instant noodle bowl 1 through a paper pulp molded color three-dimensional transfer process.
Through a roll-to-roll die cutting machine, according to the design appearance and the size of the bowl cover 2, the formed main body film is die-cut into the square bowl cover 2 with the first lifting piece 24 and the second lifting piece 25, a transverse cut 261 penetrating through the second lifting layer 23 is arranged on the position close to the second lifting layer 23, so that the bowl cover 2 with the liquid leakage opening 26 is formed, and a second transverse cut 251 is added at the position of the second lifting piece 25.

2. The environment-friendly easily-recycled instant food package according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the barrier coating of the main material of the box body (1) is 30-100 μm.
