The automatic mattress packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein a connector lug accommodating chamber and a spring accommodating chamber are provided in the connector lug accommodating chamber, a connector lug is provided in the connector lug accommodating chamber, a tension rod for tensioning the spring is provided in the spring accommodating chamber, and the tension rod is connected with the connector lug and can keep the heating plate fixed on the connector lug in tension under the tension action of the tension spring.

The automatic mattress packaging machine of claim 4, wherein said air cooling mechanism includes an air inlet, an air outlet and an air supply mechanism; the air inlet is arranged on one side of the wiring box and corresponds to the wiring head accommodating cavity, the air outlet is arranged behind the spring accommodating cavity, and the air supply mechanism is used for blowing cooling air into the air inlet; the lower cross beam is also provided with a metal cushion block, and the working area of the heating plate is supported on the metal cushion block.

The automatic mattress packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the packaging film conveying mechanism further comprises a tensioning device including a fixed tensioning roller 23 and a movable tensioning roller 24, the fixed tensioning roller 23 is disposed in front of the movable tensioning roller 24 for guiding the packaging film, and the movable tensioning roller 24 applies a tensioning force to the packaging film equivalent to the gravity applied to the packaging film.

The automatic mattress packaging machine of claim 2 wherein said main transport mechanism further comprises a centering mechanism comprising a horizontally symmetrically disposed pusher and a centering drive mechanism for driving the pusher to move in unison; the centering driving mechanism comprises a centering speed reduction motor, a transmission rod, a chain, a centering sliding rod and a centering sliding block, the centering speed reduction motor is connected with the transmission rod, and the transmission rod drives the chain to move through a chain wheel; the centering slide block is arranged on the centering slide rod, the slide block is fixedly connected with a certain section of the chain, and the push plate is fixedly arranged on the slide block.
