In general, the side wall of the elastic jacket 11 is provided with a drawing angle of 3-5 degrees outwards, so that the tightening effect is better.
In this embodiment, the lifting shaft 2 is provided with a transverse hole 21, a spring positioning column 3 is disposed in the transverse hole 21, the connecting sleeve 16 is correspondingly provided with a transverse positioning hole 162, and when the connecting sleeve 16 is sleeved on the lifting shaft 2, the spring positioning column 3 enters the transverse positioning hole 162 to lock the connecting sleeve 16 on the lifting shaft 2. As shown in fig. 10 to 18, the first difference between the embodiment of the integrated machine for self-service customer object taking and printing according to the present application and the first embodiment is that the integrated machine further includes a seal-riding transmission positioning device 80, the seal-riding transmission positioning device 80 is located between the seal device 30 and the paper taking port 31, and includes a first automatic paper feeding and reversing device 81, a synchronous belt conveying device 82, a bias correcting device 83 and a second automatic paper feeding and reversing device 84, the bias correcting device 83 includes at least one set of sensors 831, two sets of bias correcting devices 832 and a second processing device (not shown), each set of sensors 831 includes a left sensor and a right sensor for detecting the positions of the left end and the right end of a document page, each set of bias correcting devices 832 includes a left bias correcting device and a right bias correcting device for temporarily blocking the transmission of the left end and the right end of the document page, the two sets of bias correcting devices 832 are located on the front and rear sides of the sensors 831 for respectively performing bias correcting work during bidirectional document page transmission, the first processing device further includes at least one set of sensors 831, two sets of bias correcting devices 832 and a second processing device (not shown) for obtaining the angle of the bias correcting device should be controlled by the first processing device and the second processing device to obtain the angle of the bias correcting device.
The first automatic feeding and discharging device 81 is used for conveying the document pages conveyed by the synchronous belt conveying device 82 to the paper taking port 31, and when a seal is required to be covered, the document pages at the paper taking port 31 are subjected to paper taking and conveying back to the synchronous belt conveying device 82; the synchronous belt conveying device 82 is used for two-way conveying of document pages, the deviation correcting device 83 is used for deviation and correction of the document pages on the synchronous belt conveying device 82, and the second automatic paper feeding and withdrawing device 84 is used for taking out and conveying the document pages in the stamping device 30 to the synchronous belt conveying device 82 and conveying the document pages on the synchronous belt conveying device 82 to the stamping device 30.
In this embodiment, the offset corrector 832 includes a fixing plate 8321, an electromagnet 8322, a spring steel sheet 8323 and an offset corrector 8324, one end of the spring steel sheet 8323 is fixed on the fixing plate 8321, the offset corrector 8324 is fixed at the free end of the spring steel sheet 8323, the electromagnet 8322 is fixed on the fixing plate 8321 and is located below the middle position of the spring steel sheet 8323, a rubber hammer 8325 is sleeved on the offset corrector 8324, the function action is similar to a dotting timer, the electromagnet 8322 is electrified to generate attractive force, the offset corrector 8324 is lowered to block the transmission of the document pages, when the electromagnet 8322 is not electrified, the offset corrector 8324 is restored to the original position, the transmission of the document pages is not blocked, and the sensor 831 is an infrared sensor.
When the seal is not required to be sealed, the second automatic paper feeding and discharging device 84 takes out the document sheet in the seal device 30 and transmits the document sheet to the synchronous belt conveying device 82, the synchronous belt conveying device 82 conveys the document sheet to the first automatic paper feeding and discharging device 81, and the first automatic paper feeding and discharging device 81 conveys the document sheet conveyed by the synchronous belt conveying device 82 to the paper taking port 31, namely, the seal work of single or multiple sheets is completed. When the seam is required to be covered, the first automatic paper feeding and discharging device 81 feeds the document pages at the paper taking port 31 back to the synchronous belt conveying device 82 after paper taking; the synchronous belt conveying device 82 conveys the document pages back to the second automatic paper feeding and reversing device 84, in the conveying process, the deviation correcting device 83 starts the left deviation correcting device or the right deviation correcting device, the required deviation angle is achieved by preventing the transmission of the left end and the right end of the document pages for a short time, the second automatic paper feeding and reversing device 84 sequentially conveys the biased document pages to the stamping device 30, the document pages are stacked up and down, and then the stamping device 30 is started for stamping; after stamping, the second automatic feeding and discharging device 84 sequentially takes out the offset document pages in the stamping device 30 and transmits the offset document pages to the synchronous belt transmission device 82, the synchronous belt transmission device 82 transmits the document pages back to the first automatic feeding and discharging device 81, in the transmission process, the left deviation corrector or the right deviation corrector is started by the deviation corrector 83, the deviation correction is performed by preventing the transmission of the left end and the right end of the document pages for a short time, the document pages are recovered to a normal angle, and the first automatic feeding and discharging device 81 transmits the document pages transmitted by the synchronous belt transmission device 82 to the paper taking port 31, so that the whole stamping operation is completed. The embodiment has the function of stamping the saddle stitch, improves the type of stamping of the stamping device, and has wider application range.

Claims (4)

1. the seal device comprises a lifting shaft and a seal clamping assembly, the seal clamping assembly is used for fixing a seal, the seal clamping assembly comprises an elastic jacket, a fixing sleeve, a positioning screw rod, a ball head rod, a rotary cover and a connecting sleeve, the inner diameter of the elastic jacket is matched with the size of the seal and is used for accommodating the seal, the elastic jacket is provided with external threads, a plurality of semi-open notches are formed in the side wall of the elastic jacket, the notches enable the side wall of the elastic jacket to have elasticity capable of bending inwards and outwards, the lower end of the fixing sleeve is provided with internal threads and is matched with the external threads of the elastic jacket, the fixing sleeve is screwed on the elastic jacket, the side wall of the elastic jacket is inwards bent to clamp the seal, the upper end of the fixing sleeve is provided with a hollow threaded column, threads are arranged inside and outside the hollow threaded column, the positioning screw rod is used for preventing the seal from sliding upwards, the lower end of the ball head rod is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is provided with internal threads, the hollow threaded column is screwed in the mounting hole, the connecting sleeve is used for being connected with the lifting shaft, the rotary cover and the connecting sleeve is screwed up and down, a space between the rotary cover and the ball head rod is matched with the spherical head rod, and the spherical head rod is accommodated; the side wall of the elastic jacket is outwards provided with a die drawing angle of 3-5 degrees;
the lifting shaft is provided with a transverse hole, a spring positioning column is arranged in the transverse hole, the connecting sleeve is correspondingly provided with a transverse positioning hole, and when the connecting sleeve is sleeved on the lifting shaft, the spring positioning column enters the transverse positioning hole to lock the connecting sleeve on the lifting shaft.

4. The integrated machine for self-service document taking and entity printing as in claim 1 wherein said first processing means is further adapted to control said scanning means to withdraw a document page therefrom when a document inconsistency is identified.
