The seal clamping assembly in the sealing device is improved, firstly, the seal 50 is fixed by using the elastic jacket 11 and the fixed sleeve 12, the seal 50 is firstly placed in the elastic jacket 11, the elastic jacket 11 is in clearance fit with the seal 50 in the initial state, the seal 50 can be sleeved from bottom to top or from top to bottom, after the seal 50 is screwed on the fixed sleeve 12, the side wall of the elastic jacket 11 is extruded and bent inwards, so that the seal 50 is clamped, and the tightness is adjustable; secondly, the lower end of a positioning screw 13 on the fixed sleeve 12 is abutted against the top of the stamp 50, and the positioning screw 13 can rotate and lift, so that the stamp fixing device can adapt to stamps with different heights, and the stamp 50 is ensured to be completely fixed in the fixed sleeve 12; thirdly, the levelness of the seal 50 can be adjusted by utilizing the ball head rod 14, the rotary cover 15 and the connecting sleeve 16, the ball head of the ball head rod 14 is placed between the rotary cover 15 and the connecting sleeve 16, the rotary cover 15 is not completely screwed down, the fixed sleeve 16 is screwed at the lower end of the ball head rod 14, the seal 50 can be adjusted on line at the moment, the lifting shaft 2 is controlled to gradually descend, the seal 50 is enabled to be in contact with a sealing plate, the ball head is not completely fixed, the angle of the ball head can be adjusted to be completely horizontal in a self-adaptive mode (or completely parallel to the sealing plate), then the rotary cover 15 is screwed down, the ball head rod 14 is completely fixed, the lifting shaft 2 is lifted, and the sealing effect is good due to the extremely high levelness after on-line adjustment. In general, the side wall of the elastic jacket 11 is outwardly provided with a drawing angle of 3-5 degrees, so that the tightening effect is better.

The first automatic paper feeding and returning device 81 is used for conveying the document pages conveyed by the synchronous belt conveying device 82 to the paper taking port 31, and when a seal with a perforation needs to be covered, the document pages at the paper taking port 31 are taken again and conveyed back to the synchronous belt conveying device 82; the synchronous belt conveying device 82 is used for conveying the document pages in a two-way mode, the deviation-setting and correcting device 83 is used for setting the document pages on the synchronous belt conveying device 82 in a deviation-setting and correcting mode, and the second automatic paper feeding and discharging device 84 is used for taking out and conveying the document pages in the stamping device 30 to the synchronous belt conveying device 82 and conveying the document pages on the synchronous belt conveying device 82 to the stamping device 30.
In this embodiment, the deviation corrector 832 includes a fixing plate 8321, an electromagnet 8322, a spring steel sheet 8323 and a deviation correcting hammer 8324, one end of the spring steel sheet 8323 is fixed on the fixing plate 8321, the deviation correcting hammer 8324 is fixed at the free end of the spring steel sheet 8323, the electromagnet 8322 is fixed on the fixing plate 8321 and is located below the middle position of the spring steel sheet 8323, a rubber hammer head 8325 is further sleeved on the deviation correcting hammer 8324, the function action is similar to that of a dotting timer, the electromagnet 8322 is energized to generate an attractive force, the deviation correcting hammer 8324 descends to block the transmission of the document page, when the electromagnet 8322 is not energized, the attractive force is not generated, the deviation correcting hammer 8324 is restored to the original position, the transmission of the document page is not blocked, and the sensor 831 is an infrared sensor.
When the seal of the perforation is not needed, the second automatic paper feeding and discharging device 84 takes out the document pages in the seal device 30 and transmits the document pages to the synchronous belt conveyer 82, the synchronous belt conveyer 82 transmits the document pages to the first automatic paper feeding and discharging device 81, and the first automatic paper feeding and discharging device 81 transmits the document pages transmitted by the synchronous belt conveyer 82 to the paper taking port 31, so that the seal work of single page or multiple pages is completed. When the seal needs to be closed, the first automatic paper feeding and returning device 81 feeds the document page at the paper taking port 31 back to the synchronous belt conveying device 82; the synchronous belt conveying device 82 conveys the document pages back to the second automatic paper feeding and returning device 84, in the conveying process, the deviation-setting correction device 83 starts a left deviation-setting corrector or a right deviation-setting corrector, the required deviation angle is achieved by preventing the transmission of the left end and the right end of the document pages for a short time, the second automatic paper feeding and returning device 84 sequentially conveys the document pages after deviation to the stamping device 30, the document pages are stacked up and down, and then the stamping device 30 is started to stamp; after the stamping is finished, the offset document pages in the stamping device 30 are sequentially taken out and conveyed to the synchronous belt conveying device 82 by the second automatic paper feeding and returning device 84, the document pages are conveyed back to the first automatic paper feeding and returning device 81 by the synchronous belt conveying device 82, in the conveying process, the offset correcting device 83 starts the left offset corrector or the right offset corrector, the transmission at the left end and the right end of the document pages is prevented in a short time to correct the offset, the document pages are recovered to a normal angle, the document pages conveyed by the synchronous belt conveying device 82 are conveyed to the paper taking port 31 by the first automatic paper feeding and returning device 81, and the whole stamping operation is finished. The embodiment has the function of stamping the perforation, perfects the stamping type of the stamping device and has wider application range.

1. A customer self-service pickup and printing integrated machine for a real object comprises a document acquisition device, a printing device and a printing module, wherein the document acquisition device is used for acquiring an electronic file; printing means for printing the electronic document into document pages; the scanning device is used for scanning the image of the document page signed and stamped by the client; the first processing device is used for identifying characters in the graph according to the image scanned by the scanning device, comparing the characters with the characters in the electronic file and identifying whether the front file and the rear file are consistent; if the two images are consistent, identifying the document page to be stamped according to the image scanned by the scanning device; the first processing device compares the files before and after the comparison in a key area comparison mode; the stamping device is used for stamping the identified document page to be stamped; the paper conveying device is used for conveying the document pages printed by the printing device and the document pages scanned by the scanning device into the stamping device, and is characterized by further comprising an invisible ink code spraying machine which is arranged behind the printing device and used for spraying and printing invisible codes on the document pages; the first processing device is also used for judging whether the document page is printed by the machine according to the content scanned by the invisible code scanning gun, if so, the document page is transmitted to the scanning device, and if not, the alarm is given.
2. The client self-service pickup and printing integrated machine for the real object according to claim 1, wherein the invisible code at least comprises a local number and a printing date.
3. The machine of claim 1, wherein the document acquisition device comprises a transceiver for receiving an electronic file sent by the service terminal.
4. The machine according to claim 1, wherein the first processing means is further configured to control the scanning means to eject the document sheet therefrom when it is identified that the front document and the back document are inconsistent.
5. The processing method of the client self-service pickup and printing all-in-one machine for the real objects according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, acquiring an electronic file;
s2 printing the electronic document into a document page;
s3 spray-printing invisible codes on the document page;
s4, the hidden code reading and image scanning are carried out on the document page signed and stamped by the client;
s5, according to the content scanned by the invisible code scanning gun, judging whether the file page is a file page printed by the machine, if not, alarming, if yes, identifying characters in a graph according to the scanned image, comparing the characters with the characters in the electronic file, identifying whether the front file and the back file are consistent, if so, identifying the file page to be stamped according to the characters obtained by scanning, and comparing in a key area comparison mode when the files are compared;
s6 stamping on the identified document page to be stamped.

The processing method according to claim 5, wherein the step S6 includes: when a plurality of stamped file pages exist, the scanning of the next file page is stopped when the stamping of the previous stamped file page is not finished, and the scanning of the next file page is continued after the stamping of the previous stamped file page is finished.
