Abstract
The invention provides a plastic product molding method, a mold and a corresponding product thereof, wherein the plastic product molding method comprises the following steps: injecting a first plastic material in a first injection mold; feeding a film into a second injection mold, wherein the film is printed with ink; injecting a second plastic material in the second injection mold, and transferring the printing ink on the film onto the product, wherein the second plastic material is softer than the first plastic material; and opening the second injection mold and taking out the product. According to the plastic product molding method, the mold and the corresponding product, the high-quality product can be obtained, and the product has a soft touch effect and meets the requirements of customers; the post-processing procedures of spraying primer, laser, leather paint and the like in the prior art are omitted, and the process is simple; the soft touch effect is directly transferred to the product through the film, the cost is low, and the environment is protected.
Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a method for molding a double-color product, in particular to a method for molding a plastic product, a mold and a corresponding product.
[ background of the invention ]
Many plastic products are injection molded through a single color mold, and as the requirements of customers change, the customers prefer the Soft Touch effect (Soft Touch) effect, such as a remote controller and other plastic products. In the prior art, in order to achieve the soft touch effect, a common method is to open a double-color mold on a mold, i.e. respectively injecting hard glue and soft glue, and then performing a post-processing: spraying primer, laser, leather paint and the like to achieve the effect of soft touch.
However, the process for realizing the soft touch effect in the prior art is complex, and after a plurality of post processes are completed, the cost is high, and the paint spraying is not environment-friendly.
In view of the above, there is a need to develop a method and a mold for molding a plastic product and a corresponding product thereof, so as to solve the problems of complex process, high cost and environmental pollution when realizing a soft touch effect in the prior art.

Therefore, the present invention is directed to a method and a mold for molding a plastic product, and a corresponding product thereof, which can save the post-processing step, save the cost, and protect the environment.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for molding a plastic product, comprising the steps of:
(1) injecting a first plastic material in a first injection mold;
(2) feeding a film into a second injection mold, wherein the film is printed with ink;
(3) injecting a second plastic material in the second injection mold, and transferring the printing ink on the film onto the product, wherein the second plastic material is softer than the first plastic material;
(4) and opening the second injection mold and taking out the product.
Optionally, the first plastic material is hard glue, and the second plastic material is soft glue.
Optionally, the step (1) includes the steps of: after the first plastic material is injected, the first injection mold is opened, and a male mold of the first injection mold rotates 180 degrees to a female mold of the second injection mold.
Optionally, the step (3) includes the steps of: the second injection mold is evacuated, and the film is adsorbed on the surface of the cavity insert body of the second injection mold.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mold for molding a plastic product, comprising:
the first injection mold is provided with a male mold and a female mold, and a first plastic material is injection molded in the first injection mold;
the second injection mold is provided with a male mold which is completely the same as the first injection mold, the female mold is different, a second plastic material is injection molded in the second injection mold, two mold pressing frames are arranged at the female mold of the second injection mold, and one end of each mold pressing frame extends into the mold core of the second injection mold to press two sides of the film.
Optionally, an air suction groove is formed in the female die of the second injection die, the air suction groove leads to the die cavity of the second injection die, and air is sucked in the air suction groove, so that the film is adsorbed on the surface of the female die core body of the second injection die.
Optionally, the female die of the second injection die further comprises an oil cylinder, and the oil cylinder is connected with the die frame and drives the die frame to move along the die opening and closing direction of the die.
Optionally, the runner of the second injection mold passes through the back glue inlet from the bottom of the mold pressing frame, the mold pressing frame is provided with an accommodating space for allowing a heat supply pouring nozzle to pass through, and glue is fed into the runner at the bottom of the mold pressing frame.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a plastic product, which is formed by the plastic product forming method.
Optionally, the first part of the product is hard glue, and the second part of the product is soft glue.
Compared with the prior art, the plastic product molding method, the mold and the corresponding product thereof have the following advantages:
1. a high quality product can be obtained, which has a soft haptic effect to meet the needs of the customer;
2. the post-processing procedures of spraying primer, laser, leather paint and the like in the prior art are omitted, and the process is simple;
3. the soft touch effect is directly transferred to the product through the film, the cost is low, and the environment is protected.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a plastic product molding method of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating step (2) of the plastic product molding method of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the method for forming a plastic product of the present invention includes the steps of:
step 101: and (3) injecting a first plastic material into the first injection mold, wherein the first plastic material is formed into a first part of the product 10, the first part is made of hard glue, after the first plastic material is injected, the first injection mold is opened, and a male mold of the first injection mold drives the first part to rotate 180 degrees to a female mold of the second injection mold.
Step 102: the film 200 is fed into the second injection mold 300, the film 200 is printed with ink, specifically, the second injection mold 300 is opened, the film 200 with the ink is fed into the second injection mold 300 by an automatic foil feeder 201 and is automatically positioned, the film 200 is positioned between a male mold 301 and a female mold 302 of the second injection mold 300, one surface of the film with the ink faces the male mold 301, and the pattern presented by the ink can be manufactured according to actual conditions.
Step 103: and (3) injecting a second plastic material into the second injection mold 300, transferring the printing ink on the film 200 onto the product 10, forming the second plastic material into a second part of the product 10, wherein the second part is soft rubber, specifically, closing the second injection mold 300, and transferring the printing ink on the film 200 onto the product 10 by using the high temperature and the high pressure of the mold while injecting the second plastic material.
Step 104: and opening the second injection mold 300, driving the transfer-printed film 200 to be separated from the product 10 by the automatic foil feeder 201, and taking out the product 10 from the second injection mold 300.
Wherein, the step 103 further comprises the steps of: the second injection mold 300 is evacuated to suck out the gas in the mold cavity, so that the film 200 is tightly adsorbed on the surface of the cavity of the second injection mold 300, and the product 10 can be better printed.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a first state of a second injection mold in the plastic product molding mold according to the present invention, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second state of the second injection mold in the plastic product molding mold according to the present invention, and fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 4.
In this embodiment, the plastic product forming mold of the present invention is applied to the forming method, and the forming mold includes:
the first injection mold is provided with a male mold and a female mold, and a first plastic material is injection molded in the first injection mold;
the second injection mold 300 has a male mold 301 and a female mold 302 that are identical to the first injection mold, the second injection mold 300 is used for injection molding of a second plastic material, the female mold 302 of the second injection mold 300 is provided with two molding frames 303, the shapes of the two molding frames 303 can be different according to actual conditions, one end of each molding frame 303 extends into the mold core of the second injection mold 300 to press two sides of the film 200, so that the film 200 is attached to the surface of the body of the female mold core 304, and when the second plastic material is injection molded, the ink on the film 200 is transferred to the product 10.
The female mold 302 of the second injection mold 300 is provided with a suction groove 305, the suction groove 305 leads to the mold cavity of the second injection mold 300, and the suction groove 305 is evacuated to make the film 200 tightly attached to the surface of the female mold core 304 of the second injection mold 300.
A sealing ring 307 is disposed at a joint of the core insert 306 and the cavity insert 304 of the second injection mold 300 to seal and prevent air leakage in the cavity.
The female die 302 of the second injection die 300 further comprises an oil cylinder 308, the oil cylinder 308 is connected with the die frame 303, the die frame 303 is driven to move along the die opening and closing direction of the die, and accordingly a space for the die frame 303 to move is formed in the die. Referring to fig. 3 and 4 again, the first state is a state where the oil cylinder 308 does not drive the mold pressing frame 303 to rise, and the second state is a state where the oil cylinder 308 drives the mold pressing frame 303 to rise. The oil cylinder 308 does not drive the pressure die frame 303 to rise, the film 200 passes through the die and is not pressed tightly, the oil cylinder 308 drives the pressure die frame 303 to rise, and the pressure die frame 303 presses and attaches the film 200 to the template and the die core surface.
After the mold frame 303 rises, a space is left at the bottom of the mold frame, as shown in fig. 5, the runner 309 of the second injection mold 300 passes through the bottom of the mold frame 303 to feed glue, so that the product 10 can conveniently feed glue from the front side, and correspondingly, the mold frame 303 has an accommodating space for passing through the heat supply nozzle 310 to feed glue into the runner 309 at the bottom of the mold frame 303.
When a product is molded, after a first part is molded by a first injection mold, a male mold of the first injection mold drives the first part to rotate to a position of a second injection mold 300, and the first part and a female mold of the second injection mold 300 are matched to mold a second part, and meanwhile, the male mold of the second injection mold 300 rotates to a position of the female mold of the first injection mold to mold the first part.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a plastic product 10, wherein the product 10 is a product 10 formed by a plastic product forming method.
The first part of the product 10 is hard glue, the second part of the product 10 is soft glue, and the product 10 can be a remote controller and the like.
In summary, the plastic product molding method, the mold and the corresponding product thereof of the invention have the following advantages:
1. a high quality product 10 can be obtained, said product 10 having a soft haptic effect to meet the needs of the customer;
2. the post-processing procedures of spraying primer, laser, leather paint and the like in the prior art are omitted, and the process is simple;

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments by those skilled in the art based on the technical solution of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A method for forming a plastic product, comprising the steps of:
(1) injecting a first plastic material in a first injection mold;
(2) feeding a film into a second injection mold, wherein the film is printed with ink;
(3) injecting a second plastic material in the second injection mold, and transferring the printing ink on the film onto the product, wherein the second plastic material is softer than the first plastic material;
(4) and opening the second injection mold and taking out the product.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first plastic material is a hard glue and the second plastic material is a soft glue.
3. The method for molding plastic products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step (1) comprises the steps of: after the first plastic material is injected, the first injection mold is opened, and a male mold of the first injection mold rotates 180 degrees to a female mold of the second injection mold.
4. The method for molding plastic products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step (3) comprises the steps of: the second injection mold is evacuated, and the film is adsorbed on the surface of the cavity insert body of the second injection mold.
5. A plastic product forming die, comprising:
the first injection mold is provided with a male mold and a female mold, and a first plastic material is injection molded in the first injection mold;
the second injection mold is provided with a male mold which is completely the same as the first injection mold, the female mold is different, a second plastic material is injection molded in the second injection mold, two mold pressing frames are arranged at the female mold of the second injection mold, and one end of each mold pressing frame extends into the mold core of the second injection mold to press two sides of the film.
6. The plastic product molding mold according to claim 5, wherein a suction groove is provided in the female mold of the second injection mold, the suction groove leads to the cavity of the second injection mold, and the suction groove is evacuated to make the film adhere to the surface of the female mold core body of the second injection mold.
7. The plastic product molding mold of claim 5, wherein the female mold of the second injection mold further comprises an oil cylinder, and the oil cylinder is connected with the mold frame to drive the mold frame to move along the mold opening and closing direction.

A mold for molding plastic products, as claimed in claim 5, wherein the runner of the second injection mold is fed back through the bottom of the mold frame, said mold frame having a receiving space for a nozzle to pass through, and the glue is fed into the runner at the bottom of the mold frame.
9. A plastic product, characterized in that the product is formed by the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. The plastic product of claim 9, wherein the first part of the product is a hard glue and the second part of the product is a soft glue.
