The first material cutting assembly comprises two cutter shafts, a driving wheel disc, blades and movable bearing seats, the two movable bearing seats can move under the driving of an adjusting screw rod, the second material cutting assembly comprises a cutter shaft, a driving wheel disc, blades and a fixed roller device, the cutter shaft is provided with a plurality of groups of blades, and the blades are annularly distributed around the main shaft and matched with the blades of the first material cutting assembly; and filter screens are arranged at the bottoms of the first cutting assembly and the first cutting assembly. The crushing box is combined with the dryer and the conveyor belt, so that the on-site rapid recovery can be realized; the degree of automation is high, avoids the manpower extravagant.
