Background
The hand sanitizer is increasingly used by families, and people have more and more requirements on the variety of the hand sanitizer, wherein one variety is the frosted hand sanitizer which contains frosted functional components and has the functions of good decontamination effect, cutin removal and good cleaning effect. Some scrub hand cleansers have been disclosed in the prior art, such as CN105326706B, which discloses the use of tea cumin powder as a scrub ingredient, and CN109288698A, which discloses the use of chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles as a scrub ingredient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a frosted liquid soap, which fully utilizes silica aerogel leftover materials, is further crushed to reach the particle size, is used in the liquid soap, not only provides a frosting function, but also has lower strength, is continuously crushed along with the friction of hands until the liquid soap does not have the frosting function, and simultaneously along with the repeated friction of the hands, the temperature of the silica aerogel particles is raised by heating, the gas in the silica aerogel particles is expanded and escaped, so that the liquid soap generates bubbles, and the user experience is improved.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the frosted hand sanitizer.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the frosted hand sanitizer comprises, by weight, 0.1-5 parts of silica aerogel particles, 0.1-1 part of vitamin E, 5-20 parts of glycerol, 0.5-1.5 parts of carbomer, 7-20 parts of a surfactant, 0.3-1.0 part of a preservative, 0.1-1 part of essence, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hydroxide and 100 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, each component comprises 0.3-4 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel particles, 0.2-0.8 part of vitamin E, 7-17 parts of glycerol, 0.6-1.2 parts of carbomer, 9-16 parts of surfactant, 0.4-0.8 part of preservative, 0.2-0.8 part of essence, 0.15-0.45 part of sodium hydroxide and 100 parts of deionized water.
More preferably, the components comprise 0.5-3 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel particles, 0.3-0.7 part of vitamin E, 9-15 parts of glycerol, 0.65-1.0 part of carbomer, 10-14 parts of surfactant, 0.5-0.7 part of preservative, 0.3-0.6 part of essence, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium hydroxide and 100 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the viscosity (25 ℃) of the frosted hand sanitizer is 4500-5500 mPas.
Preferably, the silica aerogel particles have an average particle size of not more than 500 μm.
More preferably, the silica aerogel particles have an average particle size of 100-450 μm.
Preferably, the surfactant is selected from at least one of cocamidopropyl betaine, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, coconut acid monoethanolamide, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, and sorbitan olivate.
A method of making a frosted hand sanitizer according to any of the above embodiments, comprising the steps of,
s1, accurately weighing the components according to the formula, taking half weight of deionized water, heating to 40-50 ℃, slowly adding the carbomer while stirring uniformly, and cooling to obtain carbomer dispersion;
and S2, uniformly stirring the rest half weight of deionized water, the surfactant and glycerol, adding the silicon dioxide aerogel particles, uniformly stirring and dispersing, adding the vitamin E, uniformly stirring, adding the carbomer dispersion obtained in the step S1, uniformly stirring, adding the sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value to be 6.0-7.0, adding the essence and the preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the frosted hand sanitizer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the silica aerogel has low strength and is easy to break into reclaimed materials in the production and use processes. According to the invention, the silicon dioxide aerogel reclaimed materials can be processed into fine powder, so that the use efficiency of the silicon dioxide aerogel is improved.
(2) The silica aerogel particles used in the invention can be continuously cracked during the hand washing friction process to form finer particles, and the frosting feeling can be lost generally within 20 seconds to 2 minutes, so that excessive frosting is avoided, and the feeling of people can be changed in sense, and the judgment of hand washing time is formed.
(3) More than 95% of the volume of the interior of the silica aerogel is gas. When the hand sanitizer is used, as hands rub against each other, the silicon dioxide aerogel particles are heated, and the internal gas expands and overflows, so that more foams can be generated in the hand sanitizer, and the user experience is good.
